Morgan finally returns home after a couple more long months of touring. As soon as he steps foot in the house, he immediately goes to take a shower, smirking to himself when he hears the water running already. He slowly opens the door and strips off his clothes then joins Dani. She gasps quietly as a hand wraps around her hip. She recognizes it and spins to throw her arms around his neck. "When did you get home?"

"Few minutes ago." He responds, leaning down to kiss his wife for the first time in months. "Sorry if I scared ya." She hums as she pulls him closer, her head against his chest. A smile creeps on his face while he strokes the wet mess of her hair, so glad to finally be back where he belongs. The couple stands under the hot water, just holding each other.

"We gotta get out. Johnny has been asleep for the last half hour, gotta get him up and get him some supper." She leans over to shut the water off, sighing as she wraps her towel around herself. "C'mon, he'll be excited to see his daddy." Morgan smiles, using a hand towel to dry his hair. "Y'know, we have towels in the linen closet-"

"This works just fine, baby." He winks, tugging a clean one off the towel rod. "I'll get 'em and we'll meetcha in the kitchen."

Dani smiles as she pulls on an oversized yellow t-shirt with her husbands face and name on it along with a pair of short Soffe shorts. She tosses her hair over her shoulder before heading to the kitchen to throw together some meal for her boys. She smiles when she hears a soft squealing laugh coming from Johnny's room. Her favorite boys join her in the kitchen, Dani grins at Morgan as he sits Johnny in his chair. "I got him some yogurt with granola and berries and I made us some fried catfish sandwiches with green beans and mashed potatoes."

Morgan lets out a moan as he sits next to his son, a hand on his belly. "Man, I missed your meals baby."

She blushes and rolls her eyes. "Here you boys go." Dani slides a plastic bowl in front of her son and a full plate in front of her husband before sitting on the other side of their boy.

"I missed y'all so much." Morgan smiles as he looks at his plate. "And I missed your cookin'."

"What did you guys eat on tour?"

"A lot of frozen food and take out and cereal." He mumbles around a bite before letting out a moan. "Man, I missed your cookin'."

"We missed having you 'round." She says as she wipes Johnny's mouth. "Your momma invited us to their house for the whole weekend."

"When did she do that? She never said anythin to me."

"She called me last week or somethin. She didn't want to bother you when you were on tour." Dani says as she stands, taking the now empty dishes to the sink. She turns and wraps up left over food to stick in the fridge before returning to wash the dirty dishes. "Four hours is a long drive with a baby."

"We'll have to make stops then, right? That's a good thing to do?" Morgan shrugs from his spot at the table. "We'll have to take the Bronco, backseat for the carrier."

"I gotta clean it up then, shit." She rubs her face. "It's this weekend." Morgan sighs as he stands, picking his son up to set on his hip, his free hand squeezing Dani's shoulder. "I can pack if you wanna watch him."

"Sure. I can do that. How hard can it be?" Dani chuckles as she kisses his cheek. He's been gone for months so he doesn't know the routine. "What?"

"He has toys in the living room. There's, uh, Blue's Clues queued up for him and I have some juice in the fridge-"

"Sometimes, I think you forget I'm his daddy." Morgan says as he snags the bottle of juice, kissing Dani on the lips before disappearing into the living room. She laughs when she hears a small yelp from her husband, Johnny probably got his tiny hands on his long hair.

She sighs as she lays back on their bed, tucking herself under the duvet, quickly falling asleep. Morgan makes his way to the bedroom to ask Daniella a question but stops when he sees her sleeping peacefully. He lays his son between them as they join her, sleeping through the night together again.

"Daniella! Morgan!" Lesli greets them with a dishrag in her hand. "And of course, the sweet little baby boy." Dani hands Johnny off to her mother in law, her hand going to her pudgy belly. "C'mon in y'all!" Morgan picks up their bag, following them in. "Y'all hungry? I got some dinner cookin'."

"I'm gonna run this up to the uh bedroom." Morgan says, rushing up the stairs. Dani sits down at the bar, smiling at her son and mother figure. He sneaks off to join his dad in the den to watch the Vols lose to Auburn.

"How's motherhood?" Lesli asks, bouncing her only grandchild on her hip with a spatula in her hand. "It's so nice to see this little angel again."

"It's tiring." Dani breathes out a laugh. "The night Morgan got home was the best night I've slept since bringin' him home."

"I bet, darlin." She smiles, handing Johnny a slice of banana. "It's nice to see y'all again."

"It's nice to be 'round family again." Dani nods, covering a yawn with her hand. "What's Tommy up to?"

"Probably watching the Vols lose to Auburn." The two women share laugh that gets the toddler to giggle with them. "Supper'll be ready in half an hour."

After the feast of a meal, Dani is curled up on the couch with her head on Morgan's shoulder. He keeps his arm around his wife while their child is asleep on a their bed upstairs. There's a baby monitor on the coffee table so they can still hear him. She yawns, catching everyone's attention. "My goodness, look at the time. Y'all go on up to bed." Lesli says as she cleans up empty beer bottles and glasses. "Go on."

Dani takes her time to get to her feet, stretching before following her husband up the stairs to the bedroom. "Goodnight, love y'all." She smiles at the sight of her son asleep as she gently moves him to his makeshift bed, scrunching her face up as he stirs but then falls back asleep. She turns to Morgan, blushing at the look he gives her. "No no. We can't here." She says as she changes into her pajamas: one of his t-shirts and a pair of tight Soffe shorts. Morgan bites his lip as he looks her over. "We can't with Johnny here."

"He's little still. It ain't gonna scar 'em-"

"Morgan!" She scolds quietly, shaking her head. "That's so wrong and weird."

"Okay fine. The shower?" He's presses his lips against her neck, pulling the neckline of her shirt down to get her chest. "We can be quick, baby."

"Fuck- fine." She gives in, bending over to check on their sleeping boy, grabbing the baby monitor before joining her husband in the attached bathroom.

There's a soft cry that comes from their child and Dani immediately pulls away, wrapping a towel around we soaked body. "He's fine-"

"Shut up, Wallen." She rolls her eyes, looking at Johnny. "You okay, baby?"

"Not really." Morgan responds, huffing to himself while Dani shushes her baby back to sleep. "Told you he was fine."

"You haven't been here for four months so you don't know what he's like." She shoots back, drying her hair off.

"You told me to go."

"Because it's your job! We can't keep having the same fight!"

"You started it!" He snaps as he gets out of the shower. "I know I haven't been here, Ella! And it kills me every day that I missed this!" He's leaning against the sink, arms crossed, with a towel wrapped around his hips. "I've missed some of the most important moments of his life and-" she cuts him off with a hand on his jaw and lips against his. She takes his breath away as she slides her hand over his wet hair while the other loosens the towel around his lower half. Hers drops to the floor alongside his before they return to the shower together.

When Daniella wakes the following morning, her heart drops when she sees an empty spot where her child was when they went to sleep. "What the hell?" She whispers as she sits up. "What the hell!?" She stands and looks around.

"What?" Morgan mumbles from the bed, lifting his head from the pillow. She chuckles at the sight of his bed head. "What's up?"

"Johnny-"

"Mom took him, gettin' him breakfast so we can sleep in."

She breathes out a sigh of relief. "I thought that boy got himself into trouble again. Y'know he gets that from you." She says as she slides back into bed. He hums, half asleep as he wraps his arm around her waist, pulling her close against his body.

"I know. He's probably gonna have your attitude."

"I don't have an attitude." Morgan laughs half asleep. "I don't!"

"Okay baby." He chuckles, holding her tight as he starts to doze off again. She lays awake, listening to his heart beat rhythmically, smiling to herself.

A few hours later, Morgan stirs awake, yawning loudly. Dani groans softly, turning on her back. "Morning." He whispers, sliding his arms under her, dropping his head on her chest. "This is so nice."

She whines quietly when she hears a soft cheery shriek from the kitchen. "She's probably losing her mind with him." She says softly, tucking his mess of hair behind his ear. "When did you pierce your ear?"

"Huh?"

"You have a hole in your ear." He chuckles nervously. "Morgan."

"Funny story, actually." He suddenly gets up and rushes downstairs. "Morning momma!"

"Hey baby." She smiles, sitting Johnny down in a high chair. "How'd you sleep?"

"Real good." He leans against the counter with a cup of coffee in his hand.

"Morning y'all." Dani says, sitting next to her son. "Thanks for gettin him some breakfast. We really appreciate it."

"Of course." Lesli sets two plates of breakfast in front of them at the table. "Nice to have kids back in the house." She says to Tommy who kisses her cheek.

"Since your sisters moved out, it's been pretty quiet." He says to Morgan.

"This little boy's been keepin' us pretty busy." He responds, brushing the soft blondish brown hair out of Johnny's face. Dani snorts around a mouthful of waffles. "Okay, her more than me."

The parents ask the young couple all about Morgan's tour and parenthood for a while before Johnny starts to get bored and mischievous. He glances at his mom before sliding out from under his high chair, making his way to the den. "Shit. Where did he go now?" Dani huffs under her breath. He slides under the coffee table, his little feet sticking out. "Johnny?" He giggles to himself. "Y'know he gets this from you."

"I don't know what you're talkin bout, baby." Morgan responds, sliding his hands in his pockets.

"This is something you'd pull." She sees her sons little feet poking out of his hiding spot and smiles, nodding at it. Morgan crouches behind him, grabbing his ankles to pull him out. They laugh at the squeal he lets out, his goofy giggle following. Lesli and Tommy smile at the small family, blessed with how their own has grown. Dani groans playfully as she lifts her son up, setting him on her hip as she holds her hand out to help Morgan up.

The husband and wife both press their lips to either side of their sons face making him squeal again. "Y'all are so cute." Lesli smiles. "Such a cute little family."

Dani giggles as Morgan kisses her lips. "I love you."

"I love you too baby."

After a few more days at his parents, Morgan and Daniella are back in their home with their child. Dani has unpacked and is currently cooking up a meal for her boys; the boys that are passed out together on the couch in the den. She sways to the song on the radio, jumping when she feels a hand around her waist. "Whatcha up to, baby?" Morgan whispers to her.

"Making' supper." She hums with a smile as she feels his hand slip up her shirt to her breast. "Where's Johnny?"

"Asleep in his bed."

His other hand slides down into the waistband of her jeans and slightly into her underwear. "You better be careful, Wallen." Her voice is breathy and weak. "You gotta..."

"What darlin?" She can feel the smirk against her shoulder. She lets a soft gasp out as his fingers slide further into her panties, moving around between her thighs.

"Bedroom, now." She elbows him back, putting the pot on the back burner before rushing to their bedroom. When the door is shut, Morgan presses her against it, pulling her clothes off with their lips connected. "You're something else."

"I just need my wife." She shoves him back against the bed, landing on his lap. He laughs quietly when a soft cry falls from the baby monitor on their dresser. "The number one cock blocker on this side of the Mississippi; my son, ladies and gents."

"You got him." Dani sits against their headboard. "I'm just in my panties."

"You look so good." He presses his lips against her chest and moves down to her thighs. Johnny cries a little louder. "Goddammit." He sighs as he stands, adjusting his shorts before he checks on his boy. "What's wrong, son?" He whines in response. "Fine." He scoops him up and carries him back to their bedroom. "He wants his momma."

"Yeah right." She calls from the bathroom, dressing in a sweatshirt and her jeans. Their son lets out a squeak when he sees her, making Morgan grin.

"Told ya." He hands him off. "Probably hungry."

"Go get him food then."

"You're holding him." He gives her a grin from his spot on the bed.

"I gotta finish dinner." She hands him back, heading to the kitchen. "Come eat, boys." She shouts as she sets the table. "Boys?" She shakes her head when she hears giggles and laughs from their bedroom. "What in the world are y'all doing?"

"Somethin happened." Morgan says quickly when she sees them sitting on the floor of the bathroom in a mess of soaps and lotions. "I got it handled."

"There's shit in y'all's hair!" She grabs a few towels from under the sink. Johnny giggles hard when she starts wiping his chubby baby hands. "You need a bath." She sighs, bending over to start one. She sits him in the water with a bath toy and turns to Morgan. "How did this happen?"

"He did it." He points at his boy. "It's his fault." Johnny's splashing around in the water.

"C'mon now, baby." She gives him a look.

"Fine. I set him on his feet and he took off."

"He's a toddler! You gotta watch him more now that he's walkin' on his own." Morgan strips his clothes off, dropping them in the hamper between the bathroom and closet doors. "You're next."

"You're gonna give me a bath? Momma's gonna give me a bath?"

"You can clean yourself up."

"Oh but I might need your help." He grabs her ass.

Dani elbows him away then gets her baby boy cleaned then dried as Morgan washes himself up. He smiles to himself when he hears their happy boy giggling and squealing alongside his wife.

After they get cleaned up, Morgan and John make their way to the kitchen. He sits him in his chair as their dinner is served. "What do you think about having another kid some day?" Dani asks, sitting across from her boys.

"Over the moon about the idea." Morgan beams, taking a sip of his iced tea. "Why?"

She shrugs, picking at her meal. "I think it'd be nice to have another one, y'know? I don't want Johnny to be lonely- I was lonely growing up. We should have another kid."

Morgan laughs happily, looking at their son. "Let's go try for one right now." He says as he shoots up.

"Sit your ass down and eat, Wallen." Dani points a finger at him with a small smile.

"Damn." He snickers, sitting back down. "Later then?"

"Later for sure."

Daniella hasn't been able to get out of bed for a few weeks without feeling incredibly nauseous. She hasn't been able to cook anything without wanting to vomit from the smells and she's been having weird mood swings. Currently, she's laying curled up in a ball under the sheets with an ice pack against her chest. Morgan's been keeping Johnny busy between his or Caleighs care since Dani's been feeling off. "It could be the flu." Hardy says from his spot on the small armchair in the corner of the room. "Right? Like the flu lasts a while."

"Shut up, Michael." She groans with her head throbbing. "This fuckin sucks."

"Let me get you some water."

"Hopefully that won't make me sick." Dani grumbles, taking a deep breath. Hardy excuses himself and taps Caleigh in. The brunette makes her way to the master bedroom to check on her best friend. "Help me up." She mumbles as she leans on her elbow, groaning while she slowly gets her feet to the floor.

"You gonna throw up? I can just grab a trash-"

"Just help me up." Caleigh grabs her hands and helps her to the bathroom. "In the medicine cabinet, there are pregnancy tests. Can you get me one please?" She nods and hands her a stick then gives her privacy as she sits on the bed. "Holy shit."

"What? You okay?" Caleigh asks as she leans against the doorframe. She peeks around the door at the red faced girl sitting on the edge of the tub with the test in her hand. She responds with a watery laugh, her hand going to her belly. "Oh my god." The two women laugh together as the taller one wraps Dani in a hug. "Oh my god- wait, this is a good thing right?"

"Absolutely. Holy shit." She sniffles, wiping her nose with her sleeve. "Where's Morgan?"

"Back porch with Johnny." Caleigh helps the woman outside, a big grin on her face.

"You guys okay?" Michael asks when he sees the two different yet similar expressions.

"What's wrong?" Morgan asks, standing from the bench.

"Remember when we talked about having another kid?" Dani shows him the positive test with tears in her eyes.

"Holy fuck!" Morgan laughs, wrapping his wife in a tight hug.

"Congrats y'all." Michael grins, his arm around his girlfriend. The two share a look at the small family in front of them, happy as hell for them.

+++

"Congrats on baby number two." Dani's OB hums, looking over a file. "Are y'all interested in knowing the sex?" Dani and Morgan share a look before nodding together. "It's a boy."

"Yes!" Morgan claps his hands together. "Hell yeah!"

"Two boys." Dani chuckles. "Wow." The doctor hands her a towel to clean herself up then helps her sit. The two chat with the doctor about a couple things to look out for, what to expect and what to do for herself and the baby. "I can't believe we're having another kid."

Morgan and Daniella are on their way back home, huge grins on their faces. "I was kinda hoping for a girl." Dani sighs, her hand on the growing fetus as she looks at her first born.

"Me too, would've been fun to have a daughter. A girl Johnny and me would be protective over when she's in high school and shit."

"Then she'd come to me to complain about y'all and her-" she's cut off by a ringing phone. "Hello?"

"Is this Daniella Wallen?" A female voice asks on the other end.

"Uh, yeah. Can I help you?"

"It sees that we gave you the wrong information about your baby."

"Oh shit." She sits down on at the table. "What- is- is everything okay?" She asks as she grabs Morgan's hand, her heart pounding in her chest.

"Everything is fine. Your baby is healthy but she told you the wrong gender. You're having a girl not a boy."

"What? Really?" She lets out a laugh. "Are you sure this time?"

"Absolutely." She confirms, smiling. "That's all. Have a good day, ma'am."

Dani hangs up and looks over at Morgan with tear filled eyes. "Everything alright?"
