It has been several hours since, Chaeyoung had to leave their home. She was quite vague in her explanation, all she mentioned was something about it being business. Mina has only been an official member of the Son family for a little under a year. But, she knows enough to not ask her mate certain questions about her family's business. It has always been rumored that the, Son business is not as squeeky clean and legit as it appears. Whether or not it's true is not the biggest concern to Mina. The omega is more concerned about her mate. The stress of being in charge of the business is placed squarely on Chaeyoung's shoulders. Even though, she has a younger sister, Tzuyu.

Well, Tzuyu is her half sister. They share the same dad, who was a notorious womanizer when he was alive. For all, Chaeyoung knew she could have other half siblings. Tzuyu is a different case, though, as they were raised together. She has never treated, Tzuyu as a half sibling. They are sisters in every way that matters. Mina gets along well with her sister-in-law. They have a good relationship and in turn she gets along well with Tzuyu's mate, Sana. Another, omega who has known the Sons for many years.

At the moment, no one can find Tzuyu. As she has seemed to disappear entirely. Mina wonders if Chaeyoung left because of that. She's been trying to find where her sister has vanished to for many reasons. Mina hopes wherever Tzuyu is, that she's okay. Chaeyoung told her that her sister does things like this. Where she will take off and reappear when she gets ready, another reason why she can't be trusted with the business. Their father made sure to leave everything to Chaeyoung, his eldest and officially legitimate child. That way even if there were other potential siblings, they had no stakes on anything company related.

Mina nervously sits at the kitchen table with tea in hand. She's been trying to calm her anxiety. It's hard not to be worried. when it's been hours and not a single phone call or text from Chaeyoung. The raven stares at her phone, almost as if willing it to have some sort of message. It's almost funny to think of now. As, she has turned into any concerned mate for her partner. In the beginning, they were arranged to be married, and there was definitely no love there. Her family, much poorer than the, Sons had essentially used her as a bargaining chip. Married her off to the eldest, Son family alpha just to avoid debts.

It was something that was so painful to deal with for her. She even hated her family for some time. It was actually, Chaeyoung who helped her to come to terms with it, and forgive. Chaeyoung, was unlike any alpha she had ever met before. Her aura, itself was more of a quiet, power than an in your face aggressive type. She never acted entitled either, even though with her family's status she easily could have. Mina, was genuinely surprised with how calming, gentle, and warm, Chaeyoung always treated her. She fell in love with her gradually, and Chaeyoung as well fell in love with her. They actually make a good match after all, despite how they started off in their arrangement.

"Where are you baby?" She whispers while sending a text. If she's really working then she doesn't want to interrupt. She just wishes, Chaeyoung didn't rush out without giving more of an idea of what's going on. She goes into the kitchen to get rid of the remainder of her tea. She can't think of finishing it right now. She just wants to know where her mate is. There is the chance that, Tzuyu might be in real trouble, and not just off somewhere. If, Tzuyu is in trouble, that might mean that Chaeyoung could also be. The omega tries not to get scared about the possibility of someone trying to harm her mate. Chaeyoung, is truly all she has at this point. She's forgiven her family but they are no longer close. Chaeyoung is her family, the person she loves most of all.

She can hear the front door opening, and immediately rushes to greet, Chaeyoung. She's back, and she's missed her. Maybe, she can find out what's happening. Only, Chaeyoung is barely in the living room when Mina freezes. She smells something, no someone. Chaeyoung has her own unique, scent that is both calming and very attractive to the omega. It's like a natural, clean smell with a hint of something citrus-like. The smell of her mate always makes her calm when she's upset. Not right this moment, though, because Chaeyoung smells like another omega.

Her mind is jumping to all the most terrible conclusions. Chaeyoung is so sweet, and loyal. She wouldn't fuck another omega. She just wouldn't do that to her. But, the jealous and possessive side of her is flaring. She lets out an low, angry growl. That right away alerts the blonde alpha.

"Mina?"

"Where have you been?"

"I had to do something, I'm sorry."

"You smell like someone..." She begins, but pauses as she knows who the other scent belongs to. "Why do you smell like, Sana?"

That's who she smells like. She freaking smells like, Tzuyu's mate, but why? Is she screwing her now that Tzuyu is out the picture for the moment. The thought of her mate being with anyone else is upsetting. She hasn't even thought of being with another alpha. She can't imagine what would make Chaeyoung stray. She's been nothing but a good, supportive partner to the blonde. Also, she's never shown any signs that she would cheat on her. Only, she is so clouded by the fact that Chaeyoung smells like Sana.

"Mina, calm down please. It's not what you think."

"Oh, isn't it? You're going to try and tell me, it's not what I think. When you smell like another omega!"

Chaeyoung knows not to touch her now, as it would only further upset her. Chaeyoung has to try to get her to listen, and not overreact because she is currently jealous.

"Minari..." She whispers the affectionate name she calls her. "It's not what you think. I didn't have sex with her."

"You smell like her! How am I supposed to believe you didn't. She's Tzuyu's mate, Chae."

Chaeyoung doesn't want to argue. She hates to fight unnecessarily, and not about things that would involve her being unfaithful. She isn't someone who would cheat on the person she loves. She had seen it happen too many times with her dad, all because he could do so.

"Please listen to me first, Mina."

"How long have you been fucking her?"

"I'm not..."

"But, you smell like her." Mina says with tears forming in her eyes. The scent of someone else on her mate is all she can really register. She doesn't even want to touch her at the moment, since all she can smell is, Sana.

"If you just listen to me, Minari. I can explain."

"Just tell me how long has it been? When did it start, Chaeyoung?"

"It's not! I'm not fucking her!" Chaeyoung raises her voice slightly, that it startles the omega. Chaeyoung doesn't hardly ever lose her temper or yell. Not unless pushed or necessary.

"Chae..."

"You know it's hard for, Sana right now. You know, she's pregnant with her pups and it's hard for her to be alone. We have no idea where the hell, Tzuyu has run off to. It's just a hard time for her."

Mina pauses as she realizes that, Chaeyoung is right. Sana is currently pregnant with her twins. Tzuyu's twins, and it's hard being pregnant without one's mate.

"Chae, I'm sorry."

Chaeyoung doesn't respond to it right away. She looks disappointed by the fact that, Mina would doubt her. Of course, she is, Chaeyoung has never given her any reason to not trust her.

"I went to check on her. Tzuyu and I are siblings, maybe not full blood siblings but it's close enough."

Mina gets it completely. Chaeyoung was probably trying to help her, the slight similarity in scent might calm both Sana and the babies. Maybe, not as strong as if it was the sire itself. But, it's better than nothing at all to be a calming source.

"Honey, I'm so sorry." Mina whispers then, feeling so badly she's accused her mate of being unfaithful. She knows that faithfulness and loyalty to one's partner is important to, Chaeyoung.

"I wasn't sleeping with her. I smell like her because I was holding her, she's very upset now. We need to find Tzuyu. She's missing out on so much with her babies too, not just, Sana."

"I'm sorry. I was just so jealous and...."

"Never mind, don't worry about it. I'm going to take a bath, and you won't be bothered by the scent any longer okay."

The younger woman says no more as she makes her way up to shower. Mina feels awful about even suggesting such a terrible thing. She can't imagine how hard it has to be for, Sana right now. She's expecting twins and Tzuyu isn't with her. Mina knows for sure that if she was alone, and pregnant without, Chaeyoung. She'd be hurt, scared, and lonely too. She has to make it right. She doesn't want Chaeyoung to be angry with her. Since, she knows her mate well. The blonde will not really express that something is wrong, and bottle everything inside.

The older woman soon goes up to where Chaeyoung is most likely in the bath. They have their own personal bathroom in their master bedroom.. She carefully makes her way to her. She opens the door to see the toned, tanned back of her mate. Chaeyoung is already in the tub of water and seems to be leaning up against the side. She notices her right away though, because of the lavender scent coming off of Mina in waves.

"Mina, what are you doing here?"

She doesn't even turn to look at her. Mina slowly makes her way inside, and slips her robe off just enough.

"Can I join you? I'm sorry, baby. I can't stand if you are angry at me like this."

"I'm not angry. I'm just disappointed, you'd think I'd be unfaithful to you. I wouldn't cheat on you."

Mina nods and touches her back gently. "I know you wouldn't, please let me make it up to you."

"Well, I guess you should get in. The water is great and it shouldn't go to waste."

Mina nods and carefully removes her robe completely and gets into the tub with her alpha. She doesn't smell anything other than the soaps and Chaeyoung's natural scent. It does what it normally does and calms her tremendously.

"Do you need me to help wash your back?" Mina asks, already with the washcloth in hand. She has to approach gently. The alpha turns to look then gives a nod. She turns so Mina can wash her back for her. There is nothing but the sounds of the water, and how carefully the raven is touching her.

"I'm so sorry, Chae." She apologizes as she kisses the back of her neck. The blonde can't pretend she isn't still hurt though. She would never betray her in that terrible way. Sure, at first they were strangers that were married just because of a debt. But, not any longer. Chaeyoung genuinely loves and cares about her wife.

"Mina, it's fine."

"No, it's not. Turn around, and look at me, please."

The alpha does turn so that they are looking at one another. Mina caresses her cheek. She'll make it up to her. The older woman leans forward to kiss her.

"I'm sorry." She whispers tenderly, placing kiss after kiss against her lips. Chaeyoung can barely resist those kisses from her mate. She wraps her arms around her waist, and deepens their kiss. Mina puts her arms around her shoulders to keep her close, and makes sure she's steady on top of her. The alpha is gently pushed back against the tub. The kisses heat up, hands roam all over the omega's back.

Mina only breaks away for air, only to start up again with more kisses. Chaeyoung lets out a low growl that only turns the omega on. Suddenly, Chaeyoung turns her attention to her neck. She sucks softly on mating mark in between the junction of her neck, and shoulder blade.

Chaeyoung smiles softly. That's her clingy omega, always with the affection and cuddles. The couple get out the tub and help each other to dry off. "What's wrong?"

"Yeah." The younger woman nods in agreement. She has no idea what the hell her sister is thinking, maybe she's not thinking.

"I can't even think of being pregnant alone, without you. We have to do all we can for her and find, Tzuyu."

"I think she's freaking out because of the twins. She seemed okay when we thought it was just one baby. But, when they found out it was two. It scared her, but to run away." Chaeyoung sighs. "I'll find her and bring her back here."

"Please be careful, Chaeyoung. I don't want anything happening to you. Or to, Tzuyu either. Hopefully she's okay."

"Don't worry. I won't do anything stupid. We haven't had the chance to have our own pups yet." Chaeyoung smiles and kisses her forehead.

"No, we haven't. So, just keep that in mind, before even thinking of doing something reckless. I love you, and you're my alpha."
