We all sat in silence during dinner. Mom and Dad weren't here. They were still busy. Our silence was cut when the door burst open. Brian came in, dragging Matt and Olivia behind him. He spooted me, and immediately dropped the two. He stalked over to me, grabbed me by the shirt, and slammed me against the wall.

"HOW DARE YOU?!?!? I TRUSTED HER WITH YOU AND THEN YOU CHEAT ON HER WITH HER FUCKING TWIN SISTER?!?!?" He yells

"Speaking of the devil." He glares at Alyssa before speaking.

"You are shit sister. I NEVER should have introduced you to Alex. She was right that day when you first met her. Her life was starting to get better and then you come around and fuck it all up again. Alex was right when she said that she never ever wants to meet her real family. Because you ALWAYS ruin her happiness."

"And YOU" he glares at me again

"How does it feel" He punches me in the gut

"To know that the love of your life" another punch. Chase runs over to pull him away, but it was of no use.

"Loves someone else." Robin tries to help Chase prevent the third punch, but it comes either way.

"And not just a random someone" rhe fourth punch was not stopped even with Matt's help.

"Your own fucking twin." He threw the last punch before dropping me on the ground. Just as we all thought it was over, he brings back his leg and is about to kick me. I start to brace myself for the impact.

"I was wondering why the sky looked mad..." a genlte voice spoke

"Dear brother found out,huh?"

Brian turned around to face Lexi. She stood by the doorway, watching with a disapproving look. She pats her brother's shoulder before giving me a hand. I immediately took it. She helps me up, and sadly let's go of my hand.

"Brian, I told you not to do anything." She tells him. Brian just grits his teeth and glares at me. He glances to Alyssa and transfers his glare to her. Lex keeps talking ,but he wasn't listening.

"Olivia." Brian suddenly says. His voice wasn't like how it used to be the last time I saw him. It wasn't fun and happy. Brian is the type of guy to always be happy and teasing, but this wasn't the case. He spoke calmly but full of anger. He didn't shout, but his voice was so strong that it could make you whimper.

Olivia walks over to Alyssa and stands in front of her.

"I can't hit a woman...no wait...I can't hit a bitch. That's animal abuse. So I found a loop hole." Brian says. Olivia slapped Alyssa so hard. It was probably as hard as that time when she slapped me. If not, then harder. Olivia pushed Alyssa to the floor, grabbed a glass of water and poured it all over her.

"I'd throw the food at you,but that's a waste of food. Maybe I'll come back and throw the scraps." Olivia says bitterly

Alex sighed deeply. She pulled Olivia back,but Brian had already looked at Matt. Matt punched Chase in the face,leaving a huge bruise on his cheek. This causes Matt and Robin to fight. Olivia starts yelling at Jess and Hailey. Soon, it was full on argument. Everyone was yelling and hurting each other. I couldn't stand up,and Alyssa was too busy sobbing on the floor. Lex disappeared somewhere at one point.

I spoke to soon. She came back in with a blow horn. She covered her ears,and blew the horn as loud as she can. Everyone stopped what they were doing and covered their ears. They all turned to look at Lex.

"I am all extremely dissapointed at your immature behavior." She started

"Now you will all fucking listen to me and follow what I say. You all clean this mess you made and then we will all sit in the living room and talk this out...except me, I have nothing to say to any of you." She said

Everyone stood still which made her even more upset.

"AM I CLEAR OR DO I NEED TO GET MAD AND MAKE YOU ALL DEAF WITH THIS THING" She yells, waving the blow horn. Everyone shakes their head and got cleaning. As they cleaned, they glared at each other. Lex sighed and shook her head.

She walked over to the fridge and took out some frozen peas and ice. She dropped the frozen peas in front of Alyssa and then proceeded in properly handing the boys some ice or peas. The girls didn't get that hurt. It was mostly just shoving and dumping stuff on each other. She stopped in front of me. I looked at her in the eyes.

The eyes that I loved so much because it would always open up to me. Those eyes have changed. Her eyes looked like a sad rainy day. There was no life in them. What pained me the most was not the punches that Brian threw at me, but the fact that her eyes have now closed me off too. I could no longer see any of her emotions like I used to. The eyes I love have changed completely...all because of me.

She drops the ice bag in front of me,and walks away. I press the ice to my stomach, and wince at the pain. I'm pretty sure I broke a rib. I layed on my back with my eyes closed. I kept the bag of ice pressed against me.

I felt a little poke on my arm, making me open my eyes. Lex stood in front of me again.

"Get up." She demanded. I followed her orders and slowly got up, wincing at the pain.

"Follow me."

She leads me upstairs to her old room. Cola looks up from the bed, and immediately jumps on Lex as soon as he sees her. Lex smiles ever so slightly. Cola keeps licking her face and rubbing his face on her. He missed her so much. He wouldn't leave this room at all. Marie would bring food up for him to eat, but he barely ate. He would sometimes whine at night or in the morning. He was just as sad as I was.

Lex pushes him off her, and walks to the bathroom. Cola follows her while I lay on the bed.

"Remove your shirt." She says. I follow her instructions. I look down at my stomach which was now turning a disgusting color. She places the first kit beside her,and starts to open it up. Mum always made sure there was a first aid kit in every bedroom of the house .

She took out some cream, and started putting it all over my stomach. I winced and grunted the whole time.

"This will help with the swelling..." she mumbles.

"Thank you..."I say

"It's the least I could do for not stopping him." She says

"You did stop him." I say

"No. I knew he was punching you cause I could hear you all from outside, but I didn't stop it. I just stood there frozen. I came inside the house once I heard a thud. Luckily I was able to stop him from going any further."

"Well I deserved it."

"Yes you did."

She gets up and goes out for a while, then comes back with water and pain relievers. She hands them to me, and packs up as I drink up the pain reliever.

"Keep putting ice on that. It should be better soon." She instructs. I nod my head, and watch as she puts away the first aid.

"Lex?" I call out to her as she walks into the bathroom. She tenses up at her nickname. Even her nickname from me, brought her pain.

"Yeah?" She softly replies

"Thank you." I say

She turns around and looks at me. Her eyes soften in the slightest. A small smile that was barely even there, makes it's way on yer face. Even if it was just a tiny smile and even if it lasted for only a few seconds,she still smiled.

"No problem."

She then walks back into the bathroom and puts back the first aid. Once she comes back out, the two of us go downstairs to the living room where the other were waiting for us. The kitchen and dining room were cleaned spotless, and everyone was seated in the living room. All of them glared at each other. Lex shakes her head at them.

"Everyone apologize to each other, and let's get this shit over with." She says

"Why should we apologize? They're the ones who hurt you." Brian grumbles

"Because Brian, they didn't start beating you up." Lex says

"Fine. We're sorry that we showed you what you deserved." Matt says

"I'm starting to really fucking hate you. You just love to rub it in our faces about how much of a shit friend we are." Chase says

"Because it's the truth, and the truth needs to be revealed." Olivia says

"Well you don't have to reveal it so many times. Once is enough." Jess snaps at her

"Well you don't have to hurt your friend so many times. Once is enough." Olivia says back,looking straight at Jess. Jess' look falters. This one hit her really hard. Jess had hurt Lex before. She was one of the reasons she became depressed before, and now she's yet again on of the reasons she's depressed now.

"Don't talk to her like that." Chase stands up for his girlfriend

"Was that what went through your head when you ignored Alex? Don't talk to her" Brian says

"We never meant to ignore Alex." Hailey huffs

"Fine. You didn't ignore her; You left her out. You made her a third wheel." Matt say

"Not only that, but you also tend to brag about how amazing your boyfriends are." Olivia adds to Matt's statement

"Yes. Especially this little bitch. She just LOVES to brag about her time with her twin's boyfriend." Brian glares at Alyssa

"I LOVE Cole. I've been there for him since the very beginning. I've loved him from the very beginning. I know I've made mistakes but everyone does. I'm back now, and I know that I can give him everything. I know that I can love him more than anyone can." She states. Everyone looks at her in shock. Alyssa turns to look at me

"We can be happy together again. It'll be just like the old days. Remember when we said we wanted to have a future together? It can happen. We can still get married, have children,have grandchildren and die together. We can still love each other." She's clinging to my arm and looking at me with such desperate eyes. It's as if she's begging me to be with her. No. She IS begging me to be with her

"WHY YOU LITTLE BI-" Brian yells as he stands up, and gets ready to pick another fight.

"BRIAN, JUST STOP. IT'S NOT WORTH IT OKAY?! SHE'S RIGHT." Lex yells at her brother. Everyone turns to look at her.

"She's right. They can be happy together. They can love each other and have a future together. Just leave it already." She spoke softer and softer.

"Alex-" Matt starts

"No. Just-" she looks at Alyssa

"You are not, and most likely never will be, my sister. Because if you were really my sister, you would never want me to be in pain. But what do you do? Become the main source of my pain."

Lex then stands up, and walks away from all of us.
