Alexa's POV

After I explained everything to Cole, he made me rant about what I was feeling. He made me pour my heart out, and the result of that was me crying me eyes out. All the pent up feelings I had burst out when I started telling him about what I felt. He comforted me and stayed with me the whole night. I fell asleep at some point.

When I woke up it was peacful and Cole was sound asleep next to me. Recently Cole and I have been sleeping together in the bed. We either slept at his bed or my bed. This started because of that one night when we fell asleep on the couch while watching a movie.

Flashback

I woke up in the middle of the night. I felt the my bed move and as my senses came back to me, I heard quiet sobs. I realized then that I was in the couch and laying on Cole's chest. I turned to look at Cole and saw him crying in his sleep. I shook him and desperately tried to wake him up. He opened his tear filled eyes and when he saw me the tears fell even more

"Cole? Cole, what's wrong?" I ask. I wrap my arms around his arms and let him cry on me.

"Okay okay. I won't push you...just calm down. Calm down..." I whisper in his ear. He kept crying and shaking. I was about to get up to get him some water, but he grabbed my arm and stopped me.

"Don't leave me..." he pleads

"I would never." I say. He nods and sniffles

"I was just going to get you some water" I say

"No. I don't want it. I just want you in my arms." He says. I smile lightly and nod. I crawl back into bed and wrapped my arms around him. He hugged me back tightly.

"You wanna talk about it now?" I ask. My heart was hurting to see him like this. It pained me to see him crying and sobbing.

"It was just another nightmare of a memory...I...I was standing far from the car and watched Aurora yell and plead for me to help her. I tried so hard to, but I couldn't move. Th-the car exploded and burned her. Sh-she d-died a-and I couldn't do anything." He cries again

"And then..."he couldn't finish talking because of his sobs.

"Then I saw her crying her eyes out. She was telling me that I failed her. That I was the worst brother ever. She said that I couldn't save her and that it was all my fault. She repated those words over and over." He cried

"Cole...it's not your fault. Okay?" I say. He just keeps crying in my arms.

"Cole...stop it...Aurora is watching right now. I'm pretty sure she's hurting just as much as you. How can she not, when her big brother is sad and thinks that she blames him for her death." I tell him

"Your sister can't rest in peace when her brother is depressed like this."

Cole calmed down little by little. He looked at me with teary eyes.

"Do you think it's true?" He asks. My heart broke when I saw and heard how depressed he is. He looks so broken.

"No. None of that is true Cole. Believe me." I look at him straight in the eyes to show him how serious I am.

"You should go back to sleep Lex...I'm so sorry for waking you up." He says after a moment of silence.

"Come with me to bed first" I say. He says nothing as he follows me upstairs. We lay down on the bed and instead of being the little spoon, I figured Cole should be the little spoon today. I kissed his shoulder and whispered

"You know...I'm a little sister too, and as a little sister I can tell you that she's not mad at you. We love our older brothers who take care of us and love us. We love them. We could never stay mad at the people who have helped us in growing up."

"Why do all the best people have to die so young? Why them? She had such a long life to live. She still had to experience love." His voice cracks at the end

"She did experience love. Maybe not romantic, but she did experience family love. She experienced sibling love. Friendship love. She was so full of love already." I say "She may not get to experience the amazing things in life, but I told you that she's always in your heart. So since she's always with you, make sure to have a great life. That way you and her can both experience the joy of life."

"I'm sorry if I woke you up..."he says sadly

"Don't apologize...I told you before: If you need someone to talk to or if you need help or just someone to be with you, call me. I'll be there for you no matter what time of the day. Besides I'm only one room away." I say. He nods, and turns to face him. He looks me in the eyes, and brings me in a passionate kiss.

"Thank you." He says once we pull away

"Anytime."

End of Flashback

After that, Cole slept with me every night. At first he would still wake up in the middle of the night, but then one night it all stopped. We had a date earlier that day and we were in a happy mood when we went to bed. The next morning,I woke up to Cole staring at me in shock. When I asked him what was wrong, he said that there were no nightmares last night. He kissed me all over the face and told me that I was amazing. Ever since then, he would sleep with me and wake up nightmare free.

"Hey...why are you up so early?" Cole said with his husky morning voice. Cole Reynolds is hot, but Cole Reynolds in the morning and just woke up is way past hot and sexy. His voice was so sexy and he usually slept with his shirt off. The sunlight hit him perfectly as if it were a spotlight. You wake up next to him and you'll feel as if you were next to a model or as if you were in a movie.

"I'm hungry" I shrug

"Well then come on, I'll make us some food" he yawns and stretches

"Thanks. I'll help you out." I say

We both went downstairs, and made some breakfast. As we were eating, my phone rang. I checked the caller I.D and saw that it was Brian.

"Hewwo?" I answer with my mouth full of food. Cole laughs at me. I glare at him, making him laugh even more.

"Don't talk with your mouth full, baby sis. Anyways, you wanna hang out while I'm still here?" He asks. I quickly swallow my food to reply.

"Sure!!!"

"Awesome!! Alyssandra wants to hang out too,if that's okay?" He asks

"Yes. Of course!" I answer

"Okay! Meet you at the park. See you later Alex!"

"Bye Brian!"

I hang up and turn to Cole. He was finishing up his food.

"Is it okay if I hang out with Brian and my twin today?" I ask him

"Do you really have to ask that? Of course you can!! Get to know your twin!!" He says

"But won't you be lonely?"

"Nawwww. I'll bug Chase and Robin." He smirks. I laugh and kiss him

"Thanks." I say

"Anytime. Now go get changed" he says. I hug him before going upstairs to get ready.

Once I finished showering, I changed into some black skinny jeans, grey tank top and Cole's sweater. I put on my shoes and went downstairs. I grabbed my phone and kissed Cole goodbye.

I walked all the way to the park. When I got there, Brian and Alyssandra were laughing and talking on the park bench. I made my way over to them.

"Hey guys!!" I say. They both looked at me with smiles on their faces. Alyssandra had the biggest and brightest smile. She was so pretty, I find it hard to believe that a model like her could be twins with trash like me. We are fraternal twins though, so I guess I'm the ugly twin.

"Heya baby sis!!!" Brian gets up and hugs me tightly

"Hi Bri!" I giggled

"Hi Alyssandra" i greet her. Her face scrunches up at the mention of her name

"Please. Don't call me that. Everyone just calls me Alyssa." She says

"Yeah. I know how you feel. I hate ot when people call me Alexandria." I glare at a laughing Brian.

The three of us go to the mall. We chat and talk all day as we roam around the mall.

"So, Alexa, where do you go to school?" Alyssa asks

"I go to Richmond High" (a/n idk if it's a real school. I made it up.)

"No way." She exclaims. I nod my head at her.

"Are you like, a new student?" She asks. I shake my head no.

"Wait...but then why have I never seen you before? I mean I used to study in Richmond too. I never noticed you before." She says

"I don't think we had any classes together"I shrug

"Yeah...I was also really popular..." she says

"Then there's your answer" I tell her. She looks at me sheepishly. From the corner of my eye, I see a very familiar face. I run and jump on his back.

"Hello Ms Brians" Chase laughs

"CHASE!!!! I MISSED YOUUUU" I squeal

"I missed you too lil sis" He laughs

"Hey wait. This is MY baby sis" Brian steps up and pulls me to him

"No. She's MY lil sis." Chase pulls me to him

"Yes. Yes. I'm your sister. Now stop treating your sister as if she was a doll." I say. They laugh and let go of my arms

"So wh-" Chase looks behind me and immediately tenses. His face hardened and his fist clenched. I've never seen Chase mad, but I'm gonna call it right now and that it's scary. I turn to look behind me and saw only Alyssa.

"Alyssandra" Chase spat

"What the fuck are you doing back here" He growls

"Chase..." Alyssa says softly

"Don't fucking "Chase" me. What the hell are you doing back." He says angrily

"I..."

"Please don't tell me your moving back." He grits through his teeth. His knuckles were now really white.

"I...I am...and I'm going back to Richmond..." she says softly

"Then you stay the fuck away from us. I'll see you next time lil sis." Chase hugs me and kisses my forehead before walking off. I turned to look at Alyssa

"What the fuck was that?"
