"One last" I say as I feed Axel the last bite of spaghetti. Some sauce gets on his cheek and I grinned at how cute he looked. I took the tissue and wiped his face.

"You can go play now, but no running." I smiled at him. He hugs me tightly and I kiss his head. He walks into the living room and I take the dishes to the sink.

"Heya Cole." I say putting down the dishes

Cole was doing the dishes because Marie was on her day off today. Cole and I were doing all the chores in the house for her.

"Heya Lexi."

I seat myself on the counter and watch him.

"So what movie are we watching tonight?" I ask

"Actually I was thinking about going to a party tonight. It's been forever." He says

I nod. I couldn't help but feel guilty. Lately his weekends and friday nights are being spent with him helping me with Axel. I didn't realize I was taking out all his fun...stupid Alexa

"Sure." I shrug

"Really?" He asks

"Yeah! Axel and I will be fine." I smiled

"Go have fun Cole. You've been spending way too much time with Axe and I"

"I really don't mind. I could stay here with you guys" he says

"Go. Don't try to back out. Just go." I say

"Okay then..."

I hop down the counter and head to the living room. Axel was watching his favorite show. I sat down next to him and played on my phone.

"Auntie Allie?" Axel asks

"Yeah bud?"

"Cole isn't hanging out with us tonight?"

"No buddy. Cole is gonna be hanging out with his friends. But it's okay, you and I will do what we always do when we're alone in your parents house."

"Really???" His face lights up

"Yeah!!"

He hugs me tightly and goes back to watching TV. Cole plops down next to me and throws his arm over my shoulders.

"So the others will be coming here and then we all head off to the party." He says

"Who are you going with?" I ask

"Our friends. Chase, Robin, Olivia,Ariana. Jess couldn't make it though." He says

I felt my stomach drop when he mentioned Ariana. I knew that those two would most likely be grinding with one another and flirting. Then they're most likely gonna fuck at the end of the night.

I gotta get rid of these fillings.

"Are you sure that you two will be fine here?" He asks one more time

"Yesss Cole. We'll be fine. Just don't go having an attack okay?" I poke his cheek

"Yeah I won't. Make sure to drink your medicine all right?" He says. I nod my head and he stands up.

"Well then I better get ready."

He goes up to his room and I sigh. It's gonna be really lonely without him.

A few minutes later Cole comes down in a black button up with the sleeves rolled up and black skinny jeans. To say he looked good was an understatement. He was fucking hot. The button up fits him perfectly. With the sleeves rolled up, you can see his strong muscles and god in those jeans you can tell that he's a soccer player.

"Lexi?"

I snapped out of my thoughts and scolded myself for staring.

"Huh?"

"Done eye raping me?" He smirks

"You wish." I scoff

I noticed that his sleeves were uneven and the collar was up. I shook my head and walked over to him. I took his arm and rolled up his sleeves properly. I looked up at him and fixed his collar. I let my hands rest there,around his neck.

"You do look very hot though, I'm not gonna lie." I admit. His eyes were shocked and I could see a faint blush. His shocked expression soon faded as he laid his hands on my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"Why thank you gorgeous. You're looking as beautiful as ever too." He smirks

I smile lightly, not believing him at all. I was far from beautiful and everyone knows that. Cole was just joking around.

I pulled away from him when the doorbell rang and I swear I saw his face fall for a moment. I went to sit at the couch while Cole opens the door. Our friends walk in all dressed up. My eyes widen as I see Olivia and Ariana. They were dressed in super short dresses and so much makeup. They looked amazing but slutty. I suddenly felt very insecure in my sweatpants and sweatshirt.

Ariana wraps her arms around and Cole and kisses his cheek. She tells him how hot he is and he mumbles something in her ear which makes her giggle. I look down, feeling like I wanna throw up.

God why was I so ugly.

As if Cole, or any other guy for that matter, would ever like an ugly little shit like me. I bit my lip to surpress a tear.

Chase saw me and smiled. Our friends already know that I lived with Cole. Jess was more than happy to find out that I've moved out of the scary ass place I used to call home.

"Hey little A!!" He says walking over to me. He gives me a hug and I return it.

"Aren't you coming to the party?" He asks. I shake my head and he pouts

"But whyyyy"

"I have more important things to attend to." I say. He pouts and I laugh and pinch his cheek.

"You're adorable." I say making him gasp.

"I am not adorable!! I am hot." He says

"Yeah suuurreee." I tease

He playfully glares at me but then grins.

"Hiii Alexa!" Olivia says.

"Hi Olivia! Robin" I smile at them

"Hello to you too Ariana." I say. Ariana finally stops chatting to Cole and aknowleges me. She gives me a wave and then goes back to hugging Cole's arm.

"Auntie Allie!!"

I pick Axel up and he grins at me.

"Is Cole leaving now?" He asks

"Yeah I am bud. You be good now okay? Make sure your Auntie Allie doesn't destroy the house" Cole teases. I glare at him and he smirks at me.

"Is this your nephew Alexa?" Olivia asks. I nod and Axel smiles shyly and waves at them.

"Awww!! You're so cute!!!" Ariana squeals. Axel looks at her and Cole.

"Cole who is she?" He asks

"Axe. SHE is Cole's girlfriend." I emphasized on she. Axel has been bugging Cole and I, asking if we were together.

"Hi little cutie!! I'm Ariana." She says

Axe looks at her and then looks Cole.

"Really?" He asks

"Yup!" Ariana giggles

Axe makes a face and looks at me. I smile at him and he gets down from my arms. Cole opens his arms for a hug but Axe just stares at him and walks away. Cole's eyes widen and looks at me confused but all I do is shrug.

"You guys better get going." I say

They all nod and say bye to me. Cole was about to give me a hug but Ariana takes his hand and drags him to the car. I smile at him and close the door. I couldn't take seeing them together anymore.

"Are they gone?" Axel asks as he comes out of the living room

"Yup! So wanna tell me why you didn't hug Cole? You love his hugs."

"I don't like his girlfriend. She's not as great as you." He says

"Just cause you don't like his girlfriend doesn't mean you have to dislike Cole too" I tell him

"Oh I still like Cole. But he touched Ariana so he has her germs. I'll hug him when he's clean." Axel crosses his arms. I laugh at his words and pick him up.

"You're so cute. Ready to bake?"

He nods excitedly and we go into the kitchen. Everytime I had to babysit Axel, we would always bake. Our schedule always went: Bake, eat the food, watch a movie or play a little then sleep. We always did that when it was just the two of us.

"What are we making Auntie Allie?" He asks

"A lemon raspberry cake with cream cheese frosting" I say. His eyes light up and he claps his hands

"Yun yum yum" he says

We were able to bake the cake. It went well, if you could minus the mess we made when we had a mini food fight. I had flour all over myself and Axel had cream cheese on his face.

After laughing for so long, we got cleaned up. We did our regular thing and soon went to bed. It became a habit to sing Axel to sleep. I no longer slept with Cole because Axel wanted me to sleep with him.

I was almost asleep when I heard a sudden slam. I shoot up out of bed and glance at Axel. Luckily he was asleep...I groan quietly and get out of bed. I went downstairs and saw Cole and Ariana heatedly making out. Cole had Ariana pressed against the front door. My heart starts hurting and I take a deep breath.

I walk over to them, took a pillow and hit them both. They broke apart and looked at me with wide eyes. Ariana then glared at me, upset that I interrupted.

"I suggest you leave. There is a child here and I do NOT want him to hear your disgusting doings." I growl at them

Ariana huffs in frustration. She gives Cole one more kiss and walks out. I scowl at her and Cole tugged my hand.

"Leeexxxxiiiiiii. Why'd you do thaaatttt" Cole slurs. It was very obvious that he was drunk

"Shut up Cole." I scowl at him too. I start walking back upstairs. I hear footsteps behind me so I'm guessing that Cole was following me. I turned to enter my room but Cole pulled me back. I stumbled and hit his chest. He pulled me closer and hugged me tight.

"I missed youuuu. The party was so boring without you." He mumbles

"Go to sleep Cole"

He doesn't respond and I sigh. I help him walk to his room and make him sit on his bed. He looks up at me and grins widely.

"You're so pretty. Why can't you see that?"

I blush a bit but shake it off. He's drunk, he doesn know what he's talking about.

"Go to sleep Cole..." I say softly. He was clinging to me and not letting me go.

"Lexi...you're such a nice person. Like you're the only one who cares about me. I wish I was never mean to you. I'm an asshole." He says

He suddenly gets quiet and I cock my head in confusion. Suddenly I needed to take another shower. Cole had thrown up all over me and himself. He ran to the bathroom and continued puking there. While he was there I removed my clothes, leaving me in just my underwear. I rushed to my room and picked out new clothes. I took another shower and put on another new set of clothes.

I went back to Cole's room to see him kneeling in front of the toilet looking exhausted. I helped him up and mumbled for him to clean up. He nodded and started to strip right in front of me. My eyes widen and I rush out of the bathroom. My cheeks were heating up and I decided to clean up the puke to get my mind distracted.

When I finished cleaning, Cole came out in his boxers. He stumbled to his bed and I can tell he was half asleep already. I helped him to bed and was about to leave. He holds my hand and looks up at me with his forest green eyes.

"Stay with me..." He mumbles

I bit my lip. I don't think that's a good idea...

"Please Lexi..."

I sigh in defeat and lay down next to him. He pulls me closer to his chest and snuggled his head in my neck. He starts leaving soft kisses that trail up to the back of my hear. I was probably bright red by now.

"I wish I wasn't such a jerk to you...maybe then I could be a guy you would like as not just a friend." He mumbles against my skin

I turn to face him and we lay there, staring at each others eyes.

You can do this Alexa. He's so drunk, he won't remember anything. Just do it. Just to see what it feels like.

I lean closer and gently pressed my lips against his. I only did that for a few seconds before quickly pulling away. He pulls me closer though for another kiss.

The kiss was amazing but it also wasn't. I felt so happy but I also felt sad. The kiss didn't mean much. He was drunk and didn't know what he was doing. The meant nothing to him but it meant so much to me. The kiss was a mistake for him...

"Goodnight Lexi..." He mumbles softly. He slowly falls asleep.

I lay there. So many thoughts rush through my head but all that was pushed away by one major thought.

I kissed the guy I have a crush on, the guy I used to despise, the guy who actually shows he cares, the guy who has done so much for me, the guy who knows about some of my darkest secrets.

I kissed Cole Reynolds.
