"Are we actually leaving today? It doesn't feel like it." You mumble out, entering the dining hall with Jungkook. He shrugs, before looking at you, concerned, "Uh, how are we planning on leaving?"

You freeze, not knowing how to reply to that. All you knew was that Kai mentioned you all would be going back home today. You purse your lips, confused. "I have no idea." You admit. And then you see Lisa, sitting and chatting with Jin and your eyes widen. A horrified expression comes over your face as you turn to look at the boy on your right. "Jungkook..." You start, gulping, "What happened to Lisa's car?"

Jungkook momentarily stops to think, before looking down at you with an equally terrified emotion displayed in his eyes. "Didn't we leave it when we got kidnapped by Kai?" He stutters out.

"Can we get it back?" You whisper, knowing that if Lisa found out you guys had used her car, left it somewhere and didn't know where it was, all hell would break loose. She loved that car with all her heart, it was a gift from her parents when she managed to get into law school. She would surely be angry if she knew what you had done with it. Jungkook shuts his eyes in thought, before opening them and looking back at you. "I don't know." He answers and you immediately groan, knowing that you had to tell her the truth some day, so why not now.

"You're breaking the news to her." Jungkook states, shoving you forward. You shake your head, grabbing his arm and pulling him with you as you speak, "No way, we're doing this together."

He groans as you lead him towards the table.

You sit down on Lisa's right, with Jungkook on yours. She doesn't seem to notice you till you clear your throat. She turns to face you, a bright smile on her face as she speaks, "Hey, Y/N! Did you sleep well?" She then pauses, leaning closer before whispering, "I mean... you were with Jungkook so I'm assuming you two barely slept at all."

Your cheeks burn red as you hit her on her arm. Lisa laughs, patting your shoulder to signal that she was just joking. The gears in your mind work as a smirk appears on your face. You lean closer to Lisa before you mumble, "What about you? Where'd you sleep last night?"

It was Lisa's turn to be flustered now, her cheeks went bright red as she shook her head, stuttering, "W-What are you talking about? I slept in another separate room o-on my own!"

"Did you really?" Jungkook questions, a knowing smirk on his face.

Lisa's face turns into the colour of a tomato as she plays with her fingers in embarrassment. You chuckle at her cuteness, before remembering that you had to tell her the news about her beloved car. You give Jungkook a look to say that it was time, and Jungkook nods, pressing his hands together and reciting a short prayer to prepare for Lisa's wrath.

You slowly turn towards said Lisa before smiling in nervousness. With a slight stutter in your voice, you begin to speak, "Uh, Lisa, did I mention your hair looks great today?"

She smiles, the pale colour of her cheeks back as she picks up a strand of her blonde hair, staring at it intensely before speaking, "Ah, really? It feels kind of damaged though, I think it's cause I dye it so much."

"No no, it looks amazing." Jungkook says, a bead of sweat dripping down the side of his face. Lisa smiles wider at the two of you, dropping the lock of hair and mumbling, "Thanks!"

You take in a deep breath, licking your lips once before leaning in towards her. "Lisa, Jungkook and I have something to tell you." You say, watching her to get a reaction.

She raises her eyebrows in anticipation for you to continue, smile still on her face.

You see her smile and guilt eats at you as you look towards Jungkook. He gives you a pained nod as an urge for you to continue. You exhale a shaky breath before looking back at the poor girl. "The truth is..." You start, inhaling a deep breath before continuing, "...the truth is we took your car when we started out on this whole shitshow of an adventure and then we might have sort of left it somewhere we can't go back to. In short, your car is fucked." You and Jungkook sit on the ground in front of her, clutching your hands together as you both shout, "We're sorry!"

Lisa freezes, watching the two of you closely. Slowly, the smile is wiped off of her face as she stands up, looking at you with a blank look before mumbling, "What?"

When hearing none of you answer, she shuts her eyes in annoyance. She then slowly reaches out, grabbing a fork off the table as she opens her eyes. "Kim Y/N, you are so dead!" She shouts, and that was your cue to stand up as you proceeded to run around the dining hall with Lisa chasing after you, a fork in her hand. You scream, running and dodging her attacks as fast as you could.

"Whew, I'm safe." Jungkook says to himself before standing up.

Jin chuckles darkly, cleaning a butter knife in his hand with a napkin. He slowly speaks, "Not quite. So, my dear Jungkook, a certain dog told me that you used my guns and weapons as a safety precaution. I'm assuming you took care of them?"

Once Jin had finished, Jungkook realised he was fucked. He had left the guns and weapons in the old bungalow where they got kidnapped from. Jungkook grits his teeth in annoyance, making a mental note to beat Bruno up for selling him out. Jungkook takes a step back away from Jin, a nervous smile on his face as he mutters, "Well, funny story Hyung, you see, some magical fairy took the guns away from me and threw them away, so I don't know where they went and it is definitely not my fault-"

"Jungkook!" Jin shouts before lunging at Jungkook with the now perfectly clean butter knife in his hands. The boy screams, running away in order to not be killed by the hands of his own Hyung.

Kai steps in, watching the chaos unfold. He looks at you, laying on the ground with Lisa on top of you. She was pressing the fork down to your eye as you pushed her arm back, screaming. Kai slowly mumbles, "What is happening?"

"This little rat lost my car!" Lisa shouts, still attempting to dig the sharp utensil through your skull. "The car you came to the bungalow in?" Kai asks, eyebrow raised. You nod violently, hoping he would pry the bloodthirsty girl off of you.

"Oh, that car is here, I sent a few of my guards to go retrieve it last night. It's safe, don't worry." Kai explains, and Lisa breathes out a sigh of relief, getting off of you. You lay down on the floor, relaxing your body, glad you had gotten the girl off and also glad her car was safe.

Kai takes one look at Jin chasing Jungkook and immediately pinches the bridge of his nose in pure irritation. He mumbles, "What is happening with you two now?"

They run past Kai and Jin shouts, "This little rat lost my duffle bag full of my most precious weapons!"

Kai inhales a deep breath, taking his hand off of his face before explaining, "That too, is safe. I got it back so just calm down, it's in the car."

Jin stops, breathing out a sigh of relief as he sets the knife down on the table. Jungkook runs over to you, helping you off the floor as he shouts, "I almost died!" You nod in agreement, "I almost lost my eye!"

"You guys sure do have a lot of energy this early in the morning." Namjoon exclaims, walking in and sitting down on a table. Yoongi rubs at his forehead, also walking in and taking a seat next to Namjoon before speaking, "I swear to god I'm starting to think we all should've been killed at that battle."

Mizuki hops into the room, presumably in a good mood. He stands next to a pissed off Kai, a smile on his face as he speaks, "Master, I wanted to give you some good news."

Kai raises an eyebrow at his Captain of the Guards, as if telling him to hurry up and get it over with.

"So..." Mizuki starts, looking at all the other people in the room as well before his eyes travel back to Kai and he continues, "...I sent a few dozen guards with explosives and made them blow up the entire building where the battle happened. All the keys are gone and so are any remaining demons."

Kai smiles, patting Mizuki on the shoulder as he says, "Good." But then Kai pauses, lifting his hand back as a look of confusion comes on his face. "I didn't ask you to do that though." Kai admits, titling his head to the side.

Mizuki opened his mouth to speak but was cut off by Namjoon as he stood up, explaining, "I asked him to. It's better to not leave any traces of what took place, if anyone else discovered the powers the keys held then it could be bad."

Kai nods in understanding before mumbling, "Good, I'm glad we got it over with." Kai then turns to you and Jungkook, and a flicker of sadness passes through the red-haired boy's eyes as he speaks, "You guys will be leaving this afternoon and you should get back to your town by tomorrow. I put the coordinates into Lisa's car's GPS so you should be able to go without a worry. Though, if anything does happen, I left my phone number on a piece of paper inside the glovebox just in case."

You felt a sort of sadness come over you at the fact that you all were leaving so soon. Looking at all the faces around you and all the friends you had made, there was no way you wouldn't miss all these amazing people. Yoongi senses the look on your face and stands up from his seat, walking over to you with quick steps. He rests his hand on your head, light pink on his cheeks before he speaks, "Don't worry, we'll visit as often as we can. We're still friends, aren't we?"

A bright smile lights up your face as you nod, answering, "Of course we are!"

Yoongi smiles down at you before taking his hand off your head. Namjoon steps in, throwing his arm around your shoulder in an attempt to make you feel better before he begins to speak, "Don't get too emotional, now that I've met my half sister there's no way I won't be stopping by to see how you're doing every week."

You smile wider, feeling warmth overcome you as you realised you now had a half brother whom you could talk to and confide in. You felt happy.

Mizuki grins, tackling Jungkook before speaking, "You were kind of a pain in the ass first, but I've grown to like you. Take care of yourself and Y/N, will you?" Jungkook nods, a smile on his face.

Bruno clears his throat and all eyes fly to him. "I feel like everyone forgets that I exist sometimes." He says, and then Mizuki runs over immediately, trapping Bruno in a huge hug which left the poor dog barely able to see. "Nevermind, let me go back to being invisible." Bruno breathes out.

You were all standing outside on the highway, getting ready to leave. Lisa sighs in relief when seeing her car as she mumbles, "I'm never letting Y/N drive this again." You smile sheepishly as she sends you a glare.

Once Jin and Lisa had finished admiring the things they assumed had been lost, you all stood in front of Kai, Namjoon, Mizuki and Yoongi. Lisa and Jin bow towards Kai respectfully, speaking, "Thank you for letting us stay!"

Kai dismisses their gratitude, mumbling, "It's no big deal."

You look at Yoongi as he mumbles, "So this is it, huh? You guys are really leaving?" You nod, as the fact that you, Jungkook, Lisa, Jin and Bruno were leaving didn't actually register in your own mind yet. "It feels weird but yeah, we are." You breathe out, feeling yourself get emotional.

You lunge forwards, wrapping your arms around Kai in a friendly goodbye hug. Jungkook was about to interrupt, but decided he should just let Kai have his moment for now. Kai smiles, embracing you tightly as well before mumbling, "I'll definitely visit sometime." You nod, tears filling your eyes as you utter, "Yeah, we still didn't see that movie we were supposed to see on my birthday." He smiles as you sniffle, pulling back. "Goodbye, Y/N." He says, and you feel a tear escape your eye as you answer back, "Goodbye, Kai."

Jungkook approaches Kai next, eyes not meeting his as he mumbles, "Thanks for letting us stay. I still don't like you but since you're Y/N's childhood friend, I'll let it slide." Kai chuckles throwing an arm around Jungkook's shoulder in a friendly way as he speaks, "I thought we were friends too." Jungkook groans, although a smile comes on his face as he replies, "I guess we are. Goodbye, Kai." Kai smiles, pulling away from Jungkook before nodding, "Bye, Jungkook."

You stand in front of Mizuki next, a smile on your face as you speak, "You were pretty annoying at first but I've got to say, your personality has become my favourite. I'm gonna miss you, Mizuki." Mizuki sniffles at the end of your words, feeling his eyes start to tear up. He engulfs you in a hug, shouting, "Don't go, Y/N! Jungkook can go, but you, Jin, Lisa and Bruno should stay back for longer." Jungkook throws Mizuki a glare while Mizuki just shrugs, still refusing to let go of you. You pat the silver-haired boy's back, a smile on your face as another tear escaped your eye. "I have to go. We will see each other soon though. Promise me you're gonna visit." You say, pulling back. Mizuki nods, wiping his eyes before saying, "Of course I will. Bye, Y/N." You smile wider at him, and you feel your chest physically hurt as you spoke the words, "Goodbye, Mizuki."

Jungkook stands in front of Mizuki next, an annoyed look on his face as he speaks, "You're an asshole." Jungkook then pauses, a small smile on his face as he continues, "But you are a fun person to be around. Thank you for everything, Mizuki Hyung." Jungkook pats Mizuki on the shoulder. Mizuki has a shocked look on his face as he turns towards Yoongi and Namjoon, mumbling, "Did you guys hear that?! He called me Hyung! I'm his Hyung!" Jungkook chuckles before finally saying, "Goodbye, Mizuki Hyung." Mizuki smiles wide as he speaks, "Goodbye, my lovely Jungkook who respects me now."

Namjoon simply hugs you quickly, his own eyes watering as he speaks, "Take care of yourself, Y/N. And Jungkook's a good guy, try not to lose him." You nod, pulling back from his hug as you sniffle, mumbling, "You take care of yourself too Namjoon." He smiles at you, and you smile in return, a couple more tears escaping from your eyes.

As soon as Jungkook stands in front of Namjoon, the blonde boy wraps an arm around him, pulling him down to whisper something in his ear. "Listen, Kook. I know I seem calmer in comparison to Yoongi and Mizuki but if you even think about hurting my sister I will not hesitate to fuck your life up. Got it?" Namjoon says. Jungkook feels a chill run down his spine as he nods fast, mumbling, "Yup, got it. Goodbye, Namjoon Hyung." Namjoon playfully shoves Jungkook away, a smile on his face as he replies, "Bye bye, Kook."

"Okay, make this goodbye quick cause it's not like we're never gonna see each other again." Yoongi says as soon as you approach him. You chuckle, before engulfing Yoongi in a tight hug. Yoongi feels his cheeks burn red as he slowly brings his hands up, wrapping them around you lightly. "I'm gonna miss you and your sarcasm." You say, pulling back. You were full out crying at this point, you felt terrible about leaving. Yoongi chuckles, though he himself felt his heart crush. "I'm gonna miss you too, Y/N." He says, before pursing his lips in embarrassment. You smile, patting him once on the shoulder before speaking, "Goodbye, Yoongs." He doesn't say anything in reply to that, simply choosing to smile instead.

Yoongi's smile falls when he sees Jungkook and he clears his throat before speaking, "I hope you know how lucky you are to have her. Don't go and fuck shit up again, understood?" Jungkook nods, a smile on his face as he answers, "Understood." Yoongi smiles at him, a proud gaze in his eyes.

"Bye bye, Bruno!" Mizuki shouts, cuddling Bruno yet again. The dog doesn't squirm this time, a smile on his face as he replied, "Goodbye, Mizuki."

"Goodbye, you annoying ass dog. Take care of Y/N." Kai speaks, to which Bruno nods.

And then you all sit in the car, with Jin in the driver's seat, Lisa in the passenger seat and you, Jungkook and Bruno at the back. As the car is driving off, you see everyone's sad expression for the last time, and you shed your last and final tear.

You all step out of the car as soon as Lisa parks it in your driveway. It felt like ages since you had been home. You admire your familiar neighbourhood with a smile on your face, watching as it had returned back to normal. Lisa and Jin proceed to go inside your house, while Jungkook stays back with you and Bruno.

Jungkook wraps an arm around you, admiring the lively street as well as he speaks, "I can't believe we did it." Bruno nods sitting down in between the two of you as he speaks, "It felt like just yesterday when I woke up to Jungkook screaming his head off and pointing a lamp at me."

You chuckle, nodding as you turn around, crouching down till you were at face level with Bruno. Jungkook crouches down as well, a smile on his face as he stared at you.

With a grin on your face, you look at Jungkook and Bruno before announcing,

"Well team, I guess we successfully figured out what happened in September."
