I woke up the next morning with a different sensation of warm than usual. As I open my eyes gradually, I can't help but smile as I stare at Mat's large hands wrapped around my belly.
I slightly moved and turned to see his face, he groans as he presses my naked body towards his not wanting to let go of me yet, still closing his eyes.
I stared on him thinking all the things he had done to me last night. He let me feel that I am beautiful, perfect and wanted by the way he filled and kissed my whole body all night.
It's pretty scary.
But I am starting to fall hard for him, harder than I already am.
I kissed his nose. "Good morning."
He didn't bothered opening his eyes to respond. But instead, he lean towards me and nuzzled my neck giving light kisses on the way to my jaws and lips as he drags me on top of him letting me rest on his chest.
"What time is it?" He asked in sleep-gravelly voice.
I glanced at the clock on the night stand and it's almost eight in the morning.
"Almost eight." I answered as I slowly get myself out of the bed and started searching for my clothes. "What time is your flight?"
"After lunch. I still have few more hours. Why are you getting dressed? Come back here." He said wiggling his eyebrows and a very noticeable campsite has formed down his south which made me to release a sigh.
"Really?" I uttered staring at him in disbelief. We stayed up all night and I am not gonna lie I am drained as hell. "The bathroom is all yours to jerk that off Barzy."
"You're a cocktease!"
"We had sex thrice last night. Isn't that enough?" I said as I pick my brassiere on the floor.
"No." Mat said as he gets out of bed and walked towards me. "We won't be seeing each other for couple of weeks. Last night won't tide me over until I see you again." He added yanking my undies down.
Another shock of pleasure came to me as he started kissing me hungrily carrying me back to bed. Seeing Mat naked on a daylight kneeling in front of me is so dumbfounding that I will surely came without him touching me.
He's so damn gorgeous.
He started kissing me down south spreading my legs wide and decided to have me for breakfast.
I want to tell him that I love him. However, I don't want to scare him off. He's my boyfriend, yes. I should trust him that he won't disappoint or hurt me, but I am not confident enough to say those words first.
I don't even know why he settled on a girl like me but well, I'll take what I can get. I want to be selfish right now while this life-altering, world-stopping moment is happening.
I want him more than anything else in the world and while I still can, I will savor it like it's the only thing that gives me air to breath.

When ten o'clock strikes, Mat and I decided to get ourselves out of bed and ordered for breakfast. The wild sexcapade got us so famished that Mat ended up almost ordering the food on the menu.
Several hours later, Mat and I drove a taxi heading to the airport. He's flying back to Vancouver straight from here for the holidays.
"I'm going to miss you so bad." He said giving me a hug right before he heads to the boarding area.
"Me too." I replied squeezing him tight.
"I see you in a few weeks babe." He planted a kiss on my forehead, squeezing my body tight right before letting go.
As he disappears on the huge walls I couldn't help myself but feel empty. For the nth time this week, I was hoping he'll say those three words I have been waiting. But oh well, a girl can only hope.
Besides, I told him to take it slow. He's giving me some enough time, I guess.

The Christmas holidays just went like a swift blur of memories with family and friends, which made me feel a little bit bummed out knowing that I already have two more days left right before going back to New York and face the reality once again.
However, I'm feeling excited since I'm gonna see Mat again after few weeks of being away from each other. I mean, we're always away from each other but after we shared our first night together full of pleasure right before he left for Vancouver. There's no single day that I was not thinking about him.
We talk everyday in the past few weeks over the phone, yes. But urgh! That man is making me crazy.
"Hey mom!" I called my mom out as I went down to the kitchen from my room. "Will you hate me if I bail on you in helping you making dinner for the Schaeffer's?"
The Schaeffer's family in town is one of our closest family here in Hastings. They help my father in securing a job in Briar University and they are the number one family we call in case of need. So inorder to thank them with all their goodness, we always invite them for dinner every two days after the Christmas day itself.
"Why? Where are you going?" She asks as she busied herself from preparing the ingredients for the turkey.
"I'm going to go meet Krystal and Lucas. Remember them?"
She nodded.
Krystal and Lucas who happens to be also a couple was my closest friends back in college. We studied Poli Scie together and all planned to proceed to Law School after graduation, but then few months before the application day starts I realized that I am not going. Law school is a bit too much for me the longer I thought of it.
"Well, dinner is at seven don't be late."
"Okay." I said and kissed her goodbye.
Few moments later, I arrived at the nearest coffee hut in town where we decided to meet up. Krystal and Lucas is already in there and waved at me when they saw me entered in the shop.

"Hey lovebirds!" I greeted. Giving the both of them a quick hugs before seating across them. "Gosh! I miss being your thirdwheel guys."
"Well, we miss paying for a bunch of food during a date just for you too!" Lucas said which send us three to laugh.
The two of them are dating since our junior year in college and I am actually the reason why these two ended up being together. I was the one who noticed that they like each other, it just took them a nudge to address the elephant in the room.
"I already ordered you a tea." Krystal said which made me smile because she still do genuinely knows that I prefer tea more than anything else. "So how's it going? How's New York?"
"Perfect. How about you guys?"
"Could've been better." Lucas said kissing Krystal on the cheeks. These two are so perfect for each other, I wonder how Mat and I looked like when we are together.
"Anyway, have you finally found a boyfriend?" Lucas asked which made me snicker because I already know what's about to come.
"Really? Among all the possible questions that you can ask me. That's what you chose?" I asked sarcastically, but he only nodded.
"Are you still gonna go try to set me up with your cousin?" I asked completely sure of it. "Is he still single?"
He nodded. "Broke up with his boyfriend few months ago." He explained sending my eyebrows to fly up.
"He swing both ways." He supplied sipping on his hot chocolate.
That makes sense!
"Oh! Well, I am not single anymore." I said slowly and with that Krystal chokes on her drink.
"Finally!" She exclaimed. "Girl, is he a lawyer? A paralegal like you? A real estate developer? A model---"
"What?" I asked ridiculously laughing at her.
"--a handsome CEO? An--"
"A hockey player." I dropped.
"--accountant? Wait, what did you just say?"
"My boyfriend's a hockey player." I said waiting for them to exclaim something but they just dropped their jaws looking at me with wide eyes.
Few seconds passed without them talking, I snapped my fingers. "Hello? Any exaggerated reactions?"
"Are you bullshitting us right now? Because if you tell me you're dating Tyler Seguin I'm gonna go take off my pants and run down the street naked." Lucas said which made me and his fiance laugh.
"You're gross!" Krystal said slapping her fiance's arms.
"How I wish I am dating him. But no it is not Seguin, my boyfriend plays for the Islanders." I replied in between chuckles it's still strange for me to say the word boyfriend sometimes, to be honest.
"Oh yeah!" Krystal said. "I remembered your cousin married a hockey player herself. Is she the reason why you met the guy?"
I nodded, and we spent the next few minutes in there catching up. It's been a long time since we hangout and it's really nice to see some old friends once in a while. I only catch up with these two every holidays, since that is the only time I went home and have all the free time that I can get.
I am barely home because of my job. And these two are busy being lawyers themselves too, so we don't have time to see each other that much often anymore. Guess, this is what adulting is really all about. Not having that much time to go see some old friends.
"By the way, when is the wedding?" I asked.
"Oh, ask Krystal." Lucas said in defense devouring a piece of blueberry muffin in front of him.
I beamed on my other friend waiting for her to fess up.
"We just started our own Law Firm in Boston. Got so busy and the wedding was not yet on the list of priorities."
"Are you kidding? It should be the number one priority. I seriously can't wait for the wedding!" I said completely disappointed.
"But--oh well, that's your plans. Anyway, now that you told me, I want to pay a quick visit on your law firm then!" I added sipping on my tea. "You really did made all your goals. I'm so jealous!"
"Oh shush babe! You still have time to go to law school, you know that!" Krystal said.
"She's right." Lucas said. " We're so ready to give you an outstanding reference, that's for sure!"
"Oh no." I said shaking my head. "I told you, law school isn't for me. I'm fine being just a paralegal. Besides, if if I get fired on Wagner I can just move back here in Massachusettes and work on your firm."
Becoming a lawyer, having the Atty. attached to my full name and being able to engage in sensible argumentations and debate was a huge dream for me when I was still in high school. But when I got to college, I started to realize that I am not actually interested on becoming a lawyer. I am only interested on knowing and learning the law, nothing more and nothing less.
"I am actually thinking about upgrading my education actually, get a master's degree or ProfEd enable for me to teach just like my Dad just in case working as a paralegal in Wagner won't last or if I'll get bored."
"You better do that now, while it's still early." Krystal said. "So that once you want to quit your job it will be easier to switch into another one."
Yeah. She's right!
I have been thinking about that too for a long time now actually. But I haven't found a great motivation to start from doing that yet. My father always keeps on giving me advice about upgrading my degree but I just happen to enjoy my life not stressing about school, but only my job.
School can be pretty stressful sometimes, but it is fun. However, my life is pretty perfect at the moment so I might as well not engage into stressing myself about academics just yet.

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
