Tomorrow will be Lucas birthday, his grandparents decide to organise a party in their house but today Adrian asked to take him in amusement park and spend some dad son quality time. He is just so excited to be with his son in his birthday for the first time so I agreed.

So I am alone in my apartment; I cleaned, cooked and made all the things I had to. I am not used to being alone anymore; usually with Lucas around I always have something to do.

Fortunately Leo will come soon to join me for lunch and we will stay together for the afternoon.

It's been a long time I didn't spent time with him, I am lucky because Leo is very comprehensive man and I don't want him to think that I forget him or that didn't give him the time he deserves.

We are cuddling in the couch enjoying a cup of tea after a good afternoon together when we heard the door ring.

"It's got to be Lucas" I said getting up running to open the door.

I laughed when I saw Lucas with his funny glasses and sorcerer's hat, Adrian wore the same things.

"You are so cute baby" I said pinching his cheeks

"I am not cute mom I am dangerous"

"And why that"

"Because I can cast a spell on you" He said pulling a magic wand out of his jacket

"Oh no please don't change me in a frog" I played

He laughed and added

"Ok mommy I will realise your wish so what do you want?"

I put my finger on my lips thinking for a minute

"I know I want to be a princess"

"But you already are one mommy"

Oh my God how much I love this child

"Thank you honey" I said picking him from the floor

All this time Adrian and Leo were watching us with smile on their faces.

Once our chit chat finished the smile disappeared especially Adrian who was glaring at Leo now.

I cleared my throat and spoke

"I guess you had a fun day my baby"

"Yes it was the best day ever" Lucas replied with shinning eyes

I looked at Adrian he was looking at his son with so much admiration and love, that made me happy, he loves his son there is no doubt in that. I am glad Lucas can grow with his dad's love and support.

"Baby say good bye to daddy"

Adrian glared at me and Leo clearly not wanting to go, but he has no choice.

"Bye daddy" Lucas said kissing him

"See you tomorrow champion good night" kissing him back

"Good night daddy"

"I love you my boy"

And with that he walked away without another word for us.

Leo stayed with us for some hours and leave too.

"Good night baby see you tomorrow" Leo said giving me a kiss

"Yeah we will go together" I asked

"Yes I will pick you at noon"

"Thank you Leo good night"

"You are finally here" Hailey said opening the door of her parents' house

"How are you Hailey"

"I am fine and how my favourite nephew is" she said bending to Lucas level and gave him a lot of kisses

"Aunty..." Lucas giggled

"Technically you have just one nephew so he necessarily is your favourite" I said

"He will be always my favourite even If I have a dozen of nephews" She replied

"Hey Leo welcome" She added once she noticed Leo behind me

"Thank you Hailey where is Jeff"

"Inside come"

We made our way to the living room where there were Christine and Edward.

Christine came to us with a huge smile

"Hello my children" She said hugging me and Lucas following by Edward

"Hello Christine thank you for having us"

"It's nothing dear" She replied waving her hand "It's an important day we are so happy to have you with us" Christine added. She looked at Leo

"Oh let me introduce you Leo my boyfriend"

"Oh so you are the famous Leo" She said with a smirk

"Yes the one and only"

"Let's sit in the living room" Edward said after shaking hand with Leo

We greeted Jeff and after some minutes Adrian was with us, his behaviour changed immediately when he saw Leo. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Do you expect someone else" Adrian asked his parents when we heard the doorbell

"Yes it's a surprise" Christine said while Hailey went to open the door

I heard some familiar voices but it can be them I said to myself but I was wrong

"Mom, Dad" I run to hug them

"My daughter we miss you so much"

"Me too"

I kissed my sister and brother as well and turned to Christine

"Thank you Christine it's the best surprise"

"The family would not have been complete without them so..."

My parents greeted everyone but stopped when they saw Adrian who was waiting behind.

My Dad kept glaring at him; we all waited in uncomfortable silence. Adrian decide to break the silence

"Mr and Mrs Cooper" He said walking to them offering his hands. My dad looked at his hand and back to him with a smile. The next thing was Adrian falling on the ground with a groan and a hand on his jaw. My dad just punched him. We gasped at the scene fortunately Lucas was in the garden with the housekeeper's children who came for the birthday.

"Be happy I didn't break all your teeth" My dad said pointing a finger at Adrian

"I deserve it I guess" Adrian replied with a low voice getting up still massaging his jaw.

So after this episode we enjoyed the day even Emma, Lucas's friend was invited and it was a very fun day.

When I said we, I didn't talk about Adrian who was pissed with what happened and Leo's presence.

Talking about him he leave early because I wanted to stay more with my family.

It was late when Adrian proposed to take us home. My family stayed at Christine's house who kindly offered to host them knowing that my apartment is too small.

The ride was filled with silence. Lucas fell asleep so Adrian carried him to our apartment.

I changed my son carefully to not woke him up and put him in bed.

I found Adrian waiting in the living room.

"Thank you for the ride" I said

He didn't respond and looked at me with weird eyes

"What?!" I finally asked

He came near me

"I can't support to see this man around you anymore"

"You speak about Leo" I played dumb

"Of course who else"

I shrugged

"Sorry but I can't do anything about it you have to be used to his presence"

"It's here where you are wrong babe; I want you to break with him"

I laughed "Seriously Adrian"

"I am damn serious" he replied with a low tone

This man is really full of himself, he didn't restrain himself to have someone in his life so why me I don't have this right!

"Why do I have to leave him when you; you were engaged and lived happily with your fiancée" I pointed my finger at him with accusing tone

"It's not the same thing"

What is he serious; what's the difference. I am fed up with his matchism

"And why that, because you are a man and can do all you please, kiss and fuck everyone"

"Elissa!!!!" He raised his voice "Don't speak like this" He warned

"What? The truth hurts"

He kept silent but I can say he bowled with anger

"Anyway I don't want to leave him and you can't force me" I added

"You choose; you either leave him or you expect the worst"

"What do you mean?" I frowned

"Let's say I did some research on him and the company where he works can easily do without him"

"You are blackmailing me??!" I asked with shock evident in my eyes

"No I give you rather an advice"

"Oh please Adrian who do you think you are a mafia boss" I mocked

"I can be and do everything if I have to my love" He said with his arrogant smile

I crossed my arms and lifted my head stubbornly

"If you think you can afraid me so think again"

In one instant he pushed me to the nearest wall, imprisoned me with his arms on each side of my head and whispered in my ear

"Don't push me Eli; because the consequences will be bad and you know very well I can do it so listen to me love while there's still time"

He licked and bitten my earlobe sending chills in all my body. Looking at my lips he hungrily kissed them.

I didn't fight it not because I enjoyed the kiss but I couldn't move I stayed still like a perfect dumbass.

Once he finished his assault he smirked at me full of arrogance.

"Good night baby I will miss you" He added

He made his way to the door and I collected myself only when I heard the door slammed.

"Stupid, stupid Elissa" I said taking my face on my hands. So shameful.
