« What about a dessert baby?"

"Oh yes mommy can I have a chocolate mousse please"

"Of course my love"

It was a Sunday like I love it just me and my little love, we cooked and ate our lunch and after we will take a nap because this little monster wake up super early.

I heard a knock and made my way to the door who it can be?

Tell that I was choked was an underestimate. Adrian was standing in my door.

Why is he here? He seemed nervous; I stayed still not saying a word until he brook the silence

"Hello Elissa"

I didn't respond

"How are you" he said again

Is he serious? Asking me how am I. I decided to close the door but he stopped it with his foot.

I don't want him here and more less talk to him but I couldn't refuse when he almost pleaded to let him in.

Lucas was eating his dessert with his face full of chocolate. I saw how Adrian was looking at him with eyes full of love like he was the most precious person in the world for him.

After cleaned him my little guy made his way to Adrian

"Hello mister"

Adrian chuckled my little is so cute. I stayed back enjoying their little discussion until Lucas told him about his middle name. Adrian looked at me with so much emotion that I diverted my eyes.

I sent Lucas to the room so I can hear what Adrian has to say.

He began asking me how I am again and continued by talking about Lucas but I cut him off.

I felt that he was nervous and maybe not know how to start but I don't have time to lose so I told him to go straight to the point.

"Yes... actually I don't know how to say it... I I am here to apologise" He said lowering his eyes

"About what exactly"

"Everything, all the thing I have done or said to you 5 years ago"

"Why? I mean why now" I asked

"I found out that the photos were fake, I accused you and I am so sorry for not trusted you back then"

Seriously he finally found out that's why he is here

"It was Tanya who did it, the man who she paid for create the photos and video came to me and admit everything"

"Oh she was her!" I said softly and sat on the edge of the couch. I knew that she loves Adrian but I didn't imagine she can do something like that. He came near me and said

"I am so ashamed of myself Elissa. I fell on her trap so easily please forgive me"

Yeah you trusted everyone expect me, your own wife. That just proved that you didn't love me enough because if you did that wouldn't happen. Despite our marriage you always considered me in your inner like a whore who is with you for your money I thought in my mind.

"Yes you have been an easy target... but it's ok it's the past" I simply replied

"That's mean you forgive me" He said taking my hands

I felt emotion I thought I won't never feel again, when his hands was on mine and I didn't like it so I retired my hands away and stood up

"Yes of course" I said with a small smile. I was surprised to feel his arms around me hugging me

"Thank you so much Elissa you made me the happiest man alive I promise I will do everything to make up for lost time for you and our son"

I couldn't return his hug no after all he said and did he felt my discomfort and backed away looking at me

"Sssay something Elissa... You forgive me right"

Forgive him I don't know if I can do it someday but now I just want him to leave it's too much for me to handle

"Well I forget about this drama but that doesn't mean I want to do something with you" I said coldly

"How... what do you mean" He whispered

"I think I am very clear but I am going to say it again STAY AWAY FROM US"

"Bbbut..."

"There is no but Mr Robertson you heard me right. So if you can leave now" I said

I saw the hurt and after that the anger in his eyes

"Don't call me like that...like I am some stranger" He said raising his voice

"Low your voice my son will hear you!!!" I replied

Who does he think? He is coming in my house after so many years and yells at me and play hurt by my words. This man is incredible

He lifted his hand in surrender knowing he crossed the line

"Ok ok I am sorry but..."

Ok that's enough...

"Listen the only reason I let you in is because I don't want to make a scene, you waste my time enough; I listened to you now I am asking you to go and never come here again"

"No No No I am not going anywhere, I want to be a part of your and our son life"

"Are you kidding me?"

He walked to me trying to reach my hands but I took a step back

"Don't come near me, and for what you said you lost the right to be in our lives 5 years ago so just leave us alone"

"Please Elissa please I know I fucked up but give me one more chance just one please"

He is really speaking about chance? Does he give me chance back then?

"No Adrian I won't give you anything"

He started crying and seemed so fragile but I don't care.

"At least can I visit my son?"

"Oh because he is your son now?"

How he dares. Claiming MY son as him when he was the one calling Lucas a bastard.

He lowered his head and pleaded "Elissa please"

I was about to tell him to get lost when Lucas called me

"I am coming baby"

I looked at Adrian and said

"Leave and close the door behind you" walking to the room leaving him behind.

Once in the room I went to my son and hugged him tightly.

"Sleep my baby, sleep"

"Are you okay mommy"

My son is so smart

"Yes my love I am fine everything is fine"

I made sure he was sleeping when I closed my eyes and let my tears flow freely on my cheeks.
