" Manik Ji?? What are you doing here?? " She asked.

" Why?? Can't I come to talk to you? " I asked immediately.

" But you have... So many people here who have come to meet you all the way from Delhi. " She said looking away.

" So what?? Why are you behaving like this? " I asked.

" Like what? " She was confused.

" Like... You don't know me. " I explained.

" What?? I didn't get it. "

" You are being friendly with everyone, though you met them merely twenty-four hours ago. But not even looking at me, why? Are you angry with me? " I asked.

" Me?? I thought you were... " She said looking surprised.

" Why would I be angry with you? " I asked immediately.

" How do I know... You didn't even bother to taste what I prepared for breakfast. " She replied.

" What?? I was about to, but Mahi and Saanjh wanted it, so I... Anyway, you are annoyed with me because of that? Why are you not behaving normally?" I was asking her but she interrupted me.

" What do you want from me?? Shall I tell my feelings for you to everyone?? I will do it if you want me to. " She said immediately.

" No!!! But at least you can behave normally. " I said.

" What I am doing is perfectly normal, Manik Ji. I don't want to create problems between you and your girlfriend. " She said turning her back towards me.

" But you are even avoiding looking at me... I feel that you are annoyed and angry. It makes me uncomfortable. Be normal. " I said turning her back to look at me.

" What is normal?? It is not normal to see the person you love, with another person. I can't see you with her and pretend that I am happy, though I am happy to see you smiling... That smile of yours makes me go mad. But it hurts me when I realise that it is neither because of me nor for me. " Her eyes got moist and within seconds a tear rolled off them.

" I am sorry, Roshni... "

" Don't be, I am happy for you. So chill and please leave before your girlfriend sees you here. " She said turning her back towards me again. I was about to say something but I heard Shlok calling for me.

" Good night!! Please take care. " I said and came out of her room.

The moment I came out of the room, to look for shlok, I was startled to see Myra standing in front of the door.

" I was looking for you everywhere and then thought that you might be here to tuck the child into the bed. Seriously, I am trying to find every single chance to be with you and all you can think about is her? " Her words were dripping with sarcasm.

" You are getting it wrong... "

" What is so special about her? I am better than her in every aspect, then why are you so much into her? " She asked.

" It's not like that, she is my ward... " I started explaining.

" I have eyes, Manik. What is going on between you two? " She asked me.

" Nothing, nothing at all. " I replied.

" Then why do I feel that she is challenging me with eyes? Though she hasn't said anything, her eyes are always on me and they held hatred and jealousy for me. "

" Myra..." I said and tried to explain to her but just then Raj and Ron came our way and Ron started flirting with her while Raj was smiling. Ron even clicked a selfie with Myra with his arm wrapped around her shoulder. She was getting a bit awkward.

" Hey, beautiful!! Can I talk to you for a minute? " He asked and she nodded hesitantly. They went away, while I kept standing there waiting for her to return so that I could talk to her. But she was not back even after 5 minutes.

What was so important that Ron took her away?? I was really annoyed with him, why was he flirting with both Roshni and Myra?

Maybe because there were only 3 more girls here other than these two. Mahi, Saanjh and Roohi.

Thank god he was not flirting with Mahi, or both Mihir and I would have lost my mind. I could not allow such a flirting man near my sister. I was getting annoyed with everyone so came to My room.

Roshni's POV

Everyone was enjoying themselves so I came to my bedroom as I was already upset I wanted to be alone for some time so that I could salve my wounds.

It was hurting me to see them together but I understood one thing that he wanted her in his life as his life partner, not me. So I was trying to make myself stay away from him. I would not even look at him. I was really hurt when he didn't even taste the dishes I had made, though he loved those dishes. Was he so annoyed with my presence?

We all went for the outing and I saw Myra staying very close to him and even he seemed to be happy with that. I saw them holding hands discreetly. They clicked many pictures where they were standing side by side.

Mihir Ji and I were sitting on a lawn bench while others went to take a round of the place. I asked him about the girl he liked. He told me about her, I suggested him to tell her, maybe she doesn't even know his feelings. He smiled and nodded.

" Can I ask you something? " I asked.

" As if you would not if I say no... You have been asking me so much. Go ahead, ask. " He smiled.

" How close is Manik Ji with his friends??" I asked.

" They all are very important to him. Imagine, my uncle and aunt shifted to the USA forever and Bhai stayed here because he was very attached to his friends and us. He loved Mahi, me and our parents. " He said with a loving smile.

" They all love each other so much?? " I asked again.

" Yes, they have been like this... I can't imagine how would they behave if they ever get into a fight, I don't even want to see that. They all can die for each other. " He replied.

" And what do you think about Myra??" I asked.

" What do you mean?? " He looked at me with confusion on his face.

" I mean, they might get married to each other. She would be your family... "

" Oh, she is good... " He said with a nod. Though I felt, he didn't like her that much.

" How is their relationship? Are they very close like he is with his friends? " I asked.

" It has just started... Can't say much about it. " He said.

" I had a doubt, what if Viren Ji does not approve of this affair between Manik Ji and Myra?? What would he do?? "

" See his friendship with Viren and Sujal is much more important to him than Myra. He can't hurt his friends. " Mihir Ji said.

We were discussing all this when they all came back. Manik Ji came to us and asked if everything was alright. We both nodded.

They all clicked a lot of pictures with me as well and a few group pictures. I made it a point to stay away from them as much as possible. It has been a long and torturous day.

I was thinking all that when he came upstairs to meet me. He wanted me to behave normally...

Normally?? What was normal? I told him what was on my mind and to leave me alone.

He wanted to talk to me but one of his friends was looking for him. So he went away.

I slipped between the sheets and slept as I was tired.

It was morning already and I was feeling quite normal now, so thought of spending more time with Myra. As it is, she was here to spend time with me and I should use the time to strengthen the bond between us.

We were going to the beaches and waterpark so everyone was very excited, including me.

After we had brunch like last day and went to the water park.

All of us were very excited and we enjoyed many rides. I saw Roshni enjoying a lot with Mahi, Saanjh and Sahaj. Though she was a bit hesitant to go on some rides. Mihir and Roohi also joined them.
