Jennie had probably never cried so much in her life, and she couldn't stop her tears, so Lisa lay at the head of the bed, not daring to move.

He probably realised that Jennie was crying for a different reason than he had imagined, but he was a little too scared to ask, and finally waited for Jennie to fall asleep before carefully tucking the covers back in.
