《Jenlisa | Guide To Raising The Sick Villain》34

Lisa had a slight mutism, especially in front of things that he couldn’t predict.
Even if he was nervous and at a loss, he wanted to ask why.
Jennie smiled, “I just quit my job at the western restaurant today.”
Lisa was blankly startled and then finally asked her, “…why.”
“I told you before that I didn’t need you to help me, and I didn’t lie to you. You helped me a lot. Now that I don’t have to go to work, I can go to school and live a good life. But in the end, I decided to resign because of other reasons. You should have guessed it. It’s my family. I’ve left home, and I’ve also submitted the application for school residence with the head teacher this morning, and it will be done in about one or two days.”
Jennie’s speech was slower than usual, and the details were very specific.
“This card is the money I saved in the first half of the year. The total amount is a little more than 20,000 yuan. If nothing happens, this will be my reserve for two and a half years after high school.” She smiled, “Don’t think that it’s too little. Living expenses of 500 yuan per month is completely enough for ordinary high school students, but it may not be enough if there is an emergency. If it really isn’t enough, I will come to you.”
Jennie finally figured it out Lisa’s logic and how she could follow his pattern of thought to make him see things her way.
Twenty thousand yuan was completely enough for her, so Jennie didn’t think that she would actually borrow money from Lisa someday, but she decided to change her rhetoric a bit. This change would make Lisa more willing to listen and accept it. Now that she said that he really wanted, the previous deadlock they were in would be solved.
She looked seriously at Lisa, “Lisa, will you lend it to me.”
Lisa’s fingers on the wheelchair unconsciously tightened, and without even thinking of his answer Lisa said, “Of course.”
“I knew you were the best.” Jennie smiled, the boy was not noisy, and instead simple and sincere. Jennie always felt that the boy in front of her was a little lost but dependent on her, so she changed her pattern and became more patient, and so her tone of voice softened by a lot.
“Then I will give you this card now. You can check regularly to see whether the balance above is really enough, and so you’ll know if I am really short of money. The password is ******. You remember numbers so I can assume you will remember this all at once.”
In just such a short while, Jennie said so much, and the amount of information in her words was so large that Lisa felt that he suddenly couldn’t compute it all.
After hearing Jennie say that she had resigned, Lisa felt that he did not seem to be very angry anymore. Jennie explained that it wasn’t that she did not need his help but that she didn’t need anyone’s help. This logical thinking made Lisa pass through hurdles that he had been struggling with in his heart.
But who would have thought that Jennie would say those things afterwards.
She gave him a card, which she said was all her savings for the next two years.
Jennie gave him all of her savings for safekeeping.
Lisa looked down at the small card Jennie had put into his hand. There were too many thoughts and emotions that could not be distinguished in his mind and for a time the noise in his mind was so loud that he didn’t know what to say.

In between those mixed emotions, what finally came to his heart was an unspeakable peace of mind.
He thought that Jennie didn’t care and that she had deceived him, but thinking about it now, there might really be something wrong with his logic.
There seemed to be some substantial bond between them suddenly, and for a moment, it seemed that they didn’t need to be afraid of anything.
He really felt like he was needed.
Needed by Jennie.
Jennie looked up and looked at the teenager’s face, pale and still expressionless, but there were many different things swirling around in those beautiful eyes. She raised her lips and smiled, saying, “Why aren’t you saying anything? Are you still angry, or do you not want to keep it for me, if you don’t want to, then I will take it…”
After she said that, she reached out and pretended to take the card back.
The boy held the card in his hand, “Mine,” He fixedly looked at Jennie and said, “Give it to me, it’s mine.”
“Yours,” Jennie stopped teasing him. “Then you must help me take care of it and don’t lose it.”
The boy’s eyes turned bright and he promised, “No.”
Jennie couldn’t help but laugh again, and suddenly she wanted to reach out and touch Lisa’s hair, but Lisa definitely wouldn’t like it, so she stopped.
After a while, Jennie went out to help Aunt Chen clean up the kitchen, and Uncle Chen carefully glanced at Lisa’s room.
After all, he was the one who took care of Lisa since he was born. Others may not be able to see it but he could definitely see it. Although he still has no expression, the gloom and doom all over his body was gone, and his eyes were bright.
Uncle Chen was surprised.
He brought Jennie home to let Jennie think about repairing the relationship between the two of them. He had also thought that if it was too difficult, he would have to find a way to add to the flames, after all, Jennie was the solution itself.
But in a blink of an eye, within ten minutes, Lisa seemed to have blossomed.
What did Jennie say to Lisa?
Uncle Chen was curious.
Jennie coaxed Lisa and came out to help Aunt Chen, but Aunt Chen was a person who couldn’t sit still. She didn’t let Jennie do anything, but was busy inquiring about things.
She asked Jennie all sorts of things. Like how Jennie and Lisa met, how Lisa was at school, and so on.
Jennie answered her questions one by one. Aunt Chen didn’t know that Lisa had another side at school. She also heard Jennie say that Lisa was very smart, and she could ask him anything. Hearing this, Aunt Chen smiled happily.
Uncle Chen was speechless, “You let the two children talk, what is an old lady like you have to do with their teenage problems.”
Jennie smiled and said there was nothing wrong, but she still left to talk to Lisa.
Lisa was reading a book that was in pure English. Hearing Jennie coming in, Lisa felt a little nervous again.
Jennie didn’t notice, and looked around Lisa’s room. It was the largest bedroom in the house. It had a large space, including a balcony and a separate bathroom. In the bedroom, apart from the bed, there is a desk, and the part next to the wall is a specially-made bookcase. There are no doors, just small lattices. From the wall next to the desk all the way to the balcony, there were only books.

No matter how much Lisa reads, this collection was already amazing enough.
Jennie had been busy talking to Lisa before so she didn’t have the time to take a look around. Now that she could she was surprised. Walking over to where Lisa was she leaned down to see what she was reading now.
“What is this?” Jennie asked.
“The Silk Roads”, Lisa closed the book and handed it to Jennie. After thinking about it, he added, “It is a new world history novel by Peter Francopan, a professor of history at Oxford University, from Zhang Qian to the Western Regions and Alexander to the east, the rise of the Roman Empire, the glory of the Persian Empire. From the Crusades to the US and Soviet Cold War, the Middle East War and the Iraq War. Because it includes the general history of all the countries the Silk Road passed through, the book is called the Silk Road. Read it.”
Jennie is quite interested in history, but even if she could pass the CET-6 in English, it was still too difficult to read this kind of book unimpeded.
In particular, there were too many uncommon vocabulary words in it, and Jennie retreated after reading a paragraph.
“I don’t understand,” Jennie answered honestly, “Let’s wait for my English to be better…”
Lisa suddenly turned his wheelchair and walked to the bookshelf behind her. Jennie was about to ask him what was wrong when Lisa pulled a book from the shelf and handed it to her.
The cover on it was exactly the same as the one in Lisa’s hand, but instead of English words there were the Chinese characters that she was more familiar with.
It was a Chinese translation.
Jennie was stunned, she wondered why Lisa would have something like this. Did he have trouble with English? But that wouldn’t be right. Lisa had stayed in the United States longer than he had in China so his English was better than his Chinese. So why was it that bought the Chinese version especially?
Lisa handed her the book, “This set is for you.”
Give it to her.
Jennie held the heavy book, “Didn’t you read it?”
It was originally bought for you.
Lisa heart said.
At first he thought that this book was good, so he wanted Jennie to read it, so he bought the Chinese translation, but he didn’t expect that so many things would’ve happened in between, and so the book was never sent out.
Now it happened to be shown to Jennie.
Uncle Chen came in and saw Lisa sitting at the table, while Jennie sat on the side of the bed and was reading on the side of the table. The lighting was very suitable, not too bright or too dark. Although the two children did not speak, they sat quietly together. The look of reading a book made Uncle Chen who had lived for almost sixty years feel tears appear in his eyes.
Only he and Aunt Chen knew that Lisa had always been alone in the past, something that made them terribly sad.
__________
Jennie didn’t need to go to work at the western restaurant. So her pace of life suddenly slowed down, and the sudden increase of free time made her feel a little extravagant.
The head teacher said that she could officially move into the dormitory the day after tomorrow, so Jennie spent another night at Lisa’s house.
In the evening, Aunt Chen cooked a lot. The old woman’s craftsmanship was excellent, and Jennie listened to her talk while eating. Lisa didn’t eat much, so he just drew circles in his bowl with his chopsticks. Aunt Chen suddenly looked at Lisa and smiled happily, then turned to Jennie and said, “Jenjen, let me tell you a little secret of Lili.”
“What is it?” Jennie was curious.
“ Lisa, likes to take his chopsticks and draw a circle at the bottom of his bowl when he’s nervous.” Lisa, who was in a daze, was stunned and immediately put down his chopsticks, just in time for Jennie, Aunt Chen and Uncle Chen to see it. When they saw this they were all quiet for a moment before bursting into laughter.
After watching the World History channel for half a night, Jennie’s dreams were full of maps. After going to school the next day, Lisa brought along what Aunt Chen made for Jennie that morning.
Nutritious porridge, fried dumplings, milk, and a box of fruit.
Jennie: …
She was in a complicated mood, and asked Lisa in a low voice, “Don’t you think it’s heavy to bring so much.”
Lisa shook his head honestly. He put his school bag on his lap, and since his legs had no feeling it didn’t feel heavy at all.
Jennie didn’t relax after listening to Lisa’s words, and her mood suddenly became more complicated.
She looked down at Lisa’s legs.
It was basic manners not to speak about them. Lisa didn’t like people saying that he had mental problems, and definitely didn’t like people saying that his legs were paralyzed, so Jennie never actively mentions these problems.
But now Lisa took the initiative to mention it, Jennie hesitated for a while and asked him carefully, “Lisa, your legs, it’s been nearly a year since your injury.”
Lisa didn’t feel offended at all, so he thought about it seriously. “One year, two months and fourteen days.”
“The doctor said, did he say anything?”
“I don’t know,” Lisa said. He didn’t want to say anything about this, so he would change the subject, “Is it delicious? If it’s delicious, I’ll let Aunt Chen make a little more tomorrow.”
Jennie: “…no need.”
Mino squeezed over to where Jennie was, bringing along with him a bunch of questions that he needed help with. But when he walked over, he saw Jennie and Lisa talking.
Mino was obviously an introvert, an introvert. But he was only introverted to unacquainted people, to his dormmates, to his old tablemate Jennie, Mino was not introverted at all, and even joked around sometimes.
That was why he laughed and said, “Have you two resumed your honeymoon period after that Cold War?”
Jennie: “…”
Lisa, who was not very happy because Mino came again: “!!!”
Mino was joking, but Lisa, who couldn’t understand the joke, felt a little dizzy because of the intimate words. Even his ears started to feel hot again.
He wanted to say that such a word should not be used here, but he didn’t say it.
He raised his head and glanced at Mino, and suddenly felt that Mino was not so unpleasant.
Mino did know that he had completely messed Lisa up with a single sentence. So after he finished asking the question, he saw that the chair behind Jennie was empty, so he sat down casually and started talking to Jennie.
“I hear you want to live on campus ah.”
“Yeah.”
“Why the sudden boarding?”
Jennie did not want to give Mino a detailed explanation so she told Mino what she told the class teacher, “It’ll be easier for me to learn.”
Mino nodded in agreement, “It’s much more convenient to live on campus, you can sleep more now. Even i don’t get up until 6:20 every day.”
Sitting on the side without saying a word, Lisa heard everything. Only when he heard Mino bring it up did he remember that Mino was also living on campus.
Mino was quite happy, “You’ll probably be assigned to the apartment for girls. Our boys’ apartment is right next to it, very close…”
Lisa’s body that had just relaxed stiffened again.
He had just felt that Mino was finally pleasing to the eye by a lot. But looking at it now, he felt that Mino was more annoying than before.
After finally waiting for Mino to leave, Lisa sat still in his seat for a long time, before suddenly turning over to Jennie and saying, “You don’t need to live at school.”
“Ah?”, Jennie didn’t realize why he said this suddenly, “What?”
“You can always live in my house. “
Jennie frowned, “I’m not part of your family. I can’t live in your house. Besides, where will I live, you know that Aunt Chen has been unable to sleep well at night for the past two days.”
Lisa subconsciously wanted to say that he could move to a bigger house, but Jennie continued, “Accommodation is not hard. I heard that our school’s accommodation is very good, and there are convenient places to live on campus. In addition to that, like Mino said, every day I’ll be able to sleep more.”
Lisa closed his mouth and said nothing.
He remembered eating and reading at the same table with Jennie yesterday.
He also wanted to continue eating and reading with Jennie.
But for now, there was no way to persuade Jennie.
Before Lisa coule come up with a way to persuade Jennie, Jennie had already moved into the dormitory.
Because most of the school year has passed, Jennie will live on campus at this time, but she definitely won’t be living with her classmates.
Therefore, Jennie’s roommates were from different classes and had lived there for two or three months.already.
There are eight people in a dormitory. The dormitory Jennie moved into had only three people, and it was still very empty. Including Jennie, there will now be four people.
Jennie didn’t go back to Kim’s house to get anything. She wouldn’t keep the precious things in her hands at home, and there were only a few clothes and books at home.
High school students didn’t have to wear many clothes since they wore uniforms most of the time. Now that it was getting warmer and she didn’t need to wear thick clothes. She could buy a few shirts with short sleeves online and so on.
It was a weekend when she moved in, and there were several girls in the dormitory building.
They were all first-year high school students. Even if some have never met Jennie in person, they have heard of her name. After all, in every exam her name is listed at the top of the grade rankings. The three girls who slept in the same room heard that their new roommate was Jennie, and they also looked forward to it.
Everyone always had some stereotypes that they would associate with top students. For example, they may think that smart kids were nerds and may not communicate well. Unexpectedly, the girl with the best grades in the whole year was actually very easy to get along with.
Jennie was very repulsive to many of her classmates, but that had nothing to do with her new roommates. They were all fifteen or sixteen-year-old girls. After a few days of meeting, she felt that they were pretty good. Jennie’s life on campus was even more satisfying then she had imagined.
The only troublesome thing was that the three girls would ask her about Suho whenever they had time.
Is Suho handsome?
Is it true that he can take the exam by just occasionally studying?
Was Suho in love with Irene…
“He is handsome.”
“No, he’s serious about studying.”
“I don’t know.”
She really didn’t know, Jennie has never known Suho, especially since the seats of Suho and Irene were far away from hers. Jennie didn’t know anything about their relationship.
The girls had asked everything they could possibly ask. But it seemed like Jennie really didn’t know. They were a little disappointed, but weren’t too affected.
It was said that the most talked about subject in the boys’ dormitories are girls, while girls also liked to discuss boys. They were all at an age of gossiping and talking about good looking people. Since they couldn’t find anything about Suho they turned over to Lisa.
Everyone was curious about genius, especially since he was unexpectedly good-looking.
A girl said, “Lisa is really good-looking. I once saw him staring at something for a long time, but he seemed unhappy, I was so scared that I didn’t dare to look again.”
“Right?! I am also a little scared of him.”
“Jennie, is Lisa really introverted and cold? I heard many people say that he is too smart, so he doesn’t like talking to other people at all…”
Jennie came back in full spirit. Completely changing her bland attitude when talking about Suho, she quickly retorted, “He is smart, but he is actually very easy to get along with. He is a little confessed and not talkative. In fact, he has a super soft personality. He is not used to being too close to people and doesn’t mean to be cold. Talk to him patiently, he just doesn’t like to laugh or smile, so he looks a bit fierce.”
“Jennie, when you talk about Lisa, you are like a different person”, a girl laughed, “Why do you know him so well? “
“We are at the same table,” Jennie said, “Of course I know.”
No longer were people saying that Lisa was crazy or that Lisa was stupid. Unfortunately, there were still very few people who dared to talk to Lisa and dared to take the initiative to contact him. Like the girl just said, they were still a little afraid of Lisa.
The word genius made people look up and stop.
Not to mention that Lisa was born with no expression, so he always looked like a cold stone wall that no one would interact with.

Overseer
From the nothingness I appeared. Bodiless, voiceless, ageless, I have only thoughts and emotions to guide me. My one connection to the world lies in the hearts of a small colony of lizards, just on the cusp of maturing. I reach out to them without hands, inspiring them to be more than what they are, shaping their bodies from visions of lost memories. But where do the memories come from? I am always left with more questions than answers. In my lonely shapeless existence the lizards cannot hear my words, and they cannot feel my touch, and I must wonder, do I even really exist? --- Called emotional, abstract, and beautiful by readers, this story is an observational account of a disembodied entity that has the power to influence and change a race of mildly intelligent lizard creatures. Memories of a previous life often serve as inspiration, but also generate questions as to whom the entity might have been before it became an Overseer. (presented in short chapters) (Thank you readers for getting my story into the top 5 ;u; ~

8 178A generic love story: disturbance
To escape the boring dogma that society presents, many choose to turn away and bathe in a fictional world with fantastic fantasies. There they are awed by the great heroes and villains; by great battles between powerful forces, and by things that the real world didn`t seem to hold. But by doing so, they cruely ignored the pains and suffering of actual human beings, as well as the real threat humans can pose to eachother under extreme but still very real conditions. What many failed to realise, is the fact that unspeakable evil is very much doable by a mere anybody, and with that, the terrifying things a human can do when their mind is twisted. This story is a pathetically poor, but still a desperate attempt to reveal the depths of human emotions and what they can drive us to do. Following Sougo Kyoya, a boy with a tragic past and violent future, the story will deliver hard to understand martial arts and psychological behavior, masochism, and BDSM smut scenes. notes: "character`s conversations" (character`s thoughts) *sound effects* [author`s notes] Credits to BlackTea and Pingster for contributing ideas and editing.
