We've been walking for days now.

I whinned " Can we take a break?"

Dad nodded " yes"

We found a spot in the middle of the woods.

We had put some strings around the trees as wall.

Michone had made a fire.

Dad " how hungry are you, scale of one to 10?"

Carl " 15"

Me " 24"

Michonne " 28"

Dad chuckled " yeah it's been a while. I'm gonna go check the snares."

Carl " can I go with you?"

Dad " Well, how else are you gonna learn?"

He killed the fire with mud.

then he nodded at Michone and me " hey, you too"

We grabbed our stuff and walked away.

Dad " We'll stay another day. Get some rest. "

Michone " finish healing up?"

Dad nodded " I'm almost there"

Carl" We're close now, right?"

Dad " to Terminus?"

Carl nodded " yeah"

Dad nodded" we are"

Carl " when we get there, are we gonna tell them?"

Michonne " tell them what?"

Carl shrugged " everything that's happened to us. All the stuff we've done. Are we gonna tell them the truth?"

Me " we don't even know if they are good people. There could be another Governor or worse"

Dad " let's hope not"

I scoffed.

Suddenly we heard a walker.

We took out weapons out and Michonne killed it.

Dad " there we go. It's a small one".

A rabbit.

He put it in his bag " so, this is just a simple slipknot. Tie one on both ends, then you tighten one side to a branch. Now, you see how the ground here is sort of like a tunnel shape?"

Dad pointed at it.

Carl " It's a trail?"

Dad nodded " That's right. That's where you want to set the noose. So you hide it with leaves. Then you put sticks all around it so any animals going by have to run this way right into the trap. "

Suddenly we heard a man yell for help.

Carl ran to that direction.

Dad " Carl! Carl, stop!"

I ran after him and held him back.

There was a single man surrounded by walkers.

Carl " let me go"

I pushed him with me behind a tree.

Dad and Michone came to me.

Me " we can't help him"

They were eating his face.

Two walkers saw us.

I hissed " go"

We ran away back to the railway.

Infornt of us were walkers and behind us were walkers.

Me " fuck"

Dad killed them.

We started to walk again.

A while later we came past a car.

Dad decided that we were going to stay the night in the car.

After that very small rabbit Carl fell asleep in that car.

I decided to go around looking for something to eat. I know it was dark and dangerous but hey....I got nothing to lose.

Suddenly I heard walkers groaning. I looked around. shit.

I can't lead them back to the others.

I made sure they saw me and ran away.

they followed me.

I walked back to the car but no one was there.

There were dead bodies everywhere.

I yelled " Dad! "

Then I looked at the dead bodies.

Thank god I dont recognize them.

someone's hand sneaked around my mouth.

I turned around and took my knife out.

My jaw dropped " Carol?"

She smiled relieved and let some tears roll down her cheek.

I hugged her.

Carol " You made it"

I nodded"with Dad, Carl and Michonne"

Carol " and the others ?"

I shook my head " I don't know"

Carol " Judith and Tyreese made it out"

My jaw dropped" Judith is alive?"

She nodded and I hugged her again " thank you. Thank you so much"

Carol " Why aren't you with the others?"

Me " I went out looking for food. walkers were on my back. lead them away from the others. When I came back they were gone and these bodies here. We wanted to go to Terminus"

Carol nodded" we too"

Me " let's go "

We hid behind the fence.

Dad and the others were on the floor. Handcuffed and gagged.

Guys were carrying them away.

Me " we have to do something"

She nodded " there's a gas tank"

Then she gave me a look.

I smirked at her " alright"

She gave me a machine gun " you shoot"

I rolled my eyes and aimed my target.

Carol " You got one chance"

I took a deep breath " I know"

Then I pulled the trigger.

Suddenly I saw a big horde of Walkers. I mean, a really big one.

The thing blew up.

I smirked " yeah bitches"

Then we walked inside through the back door.

we were in a room full of toys and weapons.

My jaw dropped " oh my god"

There was Daryl's Crossbow.

I bathed out relieved " he made it"

Then I hung it over my shoulder and took a gun.

We ran out.

We walked back to the woods.

I saw a group of people standing there " Carol"

She looked at me and I nodded at the group.

Carl noticed me first " Keni?"

They all turned to me.

Daryl didn't miss a second, ran to me and hugged me.

He picked me up and burried his face in my neck.

I put my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck.

Daryl " you made it out"

I nodded " of course I did. "

Then I put a hand on his cheek and make him look at me "I thought you were dead"

Daryl smirked a little " told you I'm always gonna come back"

I smiled " I love you so much"

Daryl smirked and pulled me in for a kiss.

I kissed him back.

Then he let me down.

I gestured to Carol " She helped me "

Daryl looked all her before hugging her.

she hugged him back.

Then Dad hugged her " thank you"

Carol " You have to come with me"

I gave Daryl his Crossbow back.

We all followed Carol to a cabin.

Tyreese walked out with a baby in his arms.

I let go of Daryl's hand and ran to her as fast as I could.

then I hugged her " hey. Baby"

Dad and Carl ran to me.

I kissed her forehead over and over again " I missed you, sweetheart"

Dad took her and kissed her forehead. Dad then put a hand on Tyreese's shoulder and thanked him over and over again.

I hugged T." Thank you"

Daryl walked to us with the others.

Dad gave Carl the baby and looked at the smoke that was coming from Terminus " I don't know if the fire Is still burning. "

I smirked " it is. Hit the tank"

Dad nodded smirking " yeah. We need to go"

Daryl " yeah, but where?"

Dad " somewhere far away from there"

We all started to walk again.

Carl gave me Judith.

I smiled at her.

We followed the railway again.

We stopped and I sat down. I gave Judith her bottle. It was just water.

We set up a camp for the night. Daryl and Carol were on watch.

I fell asleep on Carl's stomach.

We started walking again. Daryl had left to see what it was that he heard last night.

Suddenly we heard something in the bushes and aimed at it.

Daryl came out with some squirrels and chuckled " we surrender"

I rolled my eyes amused.

Dad whistled " keep close."

Daryl and i walked on the front.

He had an arm around my shoulders.

Me " who gave you that black eye ?"

Daryl scoffed " assholes. Rick ripped the leader's throat out with his teeth."

I raised an eyebrow at him.

Daryl nodded" It's true"

I nodded.

Daryl " I told you to stay by my side"

Me " I had to look for Carl"

Daryl "You know, when I saw Rick, Michone and Carl, I thought you were dead. "

I looked at him " I was out looking for food but then walkers came and i couldn't go back."

Daryl " I nearly had a heart attack when Rick told me you were alive"

Me " couldn't leave you alone"

Daryl scoffed and kissed my hair.

I smiled.

Suddenly we heard Someone yell for help.

Carl " Dad, come on. Come on!"

Dad nodded and we ran to that direction.

I took my gun out and we started to shoot the walkers.

There was someone on top of that big stone.

Dad " We're clear. Keep watch. "

He looked at the men " come down"

Then he climbed down.

Dad " you okay?"

Then the guy threw up.

I looked away.

The guy " sorry. Thank you. I'm Gabriel"

Dad " got any weapons on you?"

Gabriel " do I look like I would have any weapons?"

Abraham " we don't give two shits and curlies what it looks like."

Gabriel shook his head " I have no weapons of any kind. The word of God is the only protection I need."

Daryl raised an eyebrow " sure ? didn't look like it"

Gabriel " I called for help. Help came. Do you have any food?. Whatever I had left, it just hit the ground. "

Carl " we've got some pecans. "

He gave them to Gabriel.

Gabriel " thank you"

He saw Judith " It's a beautiful child. Do you have a camp?"

Dad shook his head " no. Do you?"

Gabriel " I have a church"

Dad " hold your hands above your head"

He did it and dad checked him.

Dad " how many walkers have you killed?"

Gabriel " Not any, actually. "

Dad turned him around " how many people have you killed?"

Gabriel shook his head " none"

Dad " Why?"

Gabriel " Because the Lord abhors violence"

Dad " what have you done?. We've all done something. "

Gabriel " i'm a sinner. I sin almost every day. But those sins, I confess them to God. Not strangers. "

Michone " you said you have a church?"

Gabriel nodded and we made out way to church.
