I woke up next to a bare chest.
'I can get used to this view.' Circe appeared in my head.
'Once again you have no shame.' Valentine responded to her.
I rolled my eyes to both of them. 'It's too early for your shit and arguing.'
I yawned as I sat up and stretched.
Damn. I'm sore.
I looked over at Jonathan next to me.
I smiled and slid out of his grip.
"Where are you going?" He asked in his morning voice.
He was clearly tired.
"I'm just going to shower and change." I answered.
"Come back." He grabbed my wrist.
"No, let me go."
He didn't let me go.
Instead he pulled me down back onto the bed.
He wrapped his arms around me and tightened his grip.
"Jonathan let me go." I said.
"No." He said with his face buried in my neck.
"Don't make me teleport into the bathroom."
"You won't do that." He placed a small kiss on my neck.
I groaned and rolled my eyes. "You're such a kiss up."
"I can't argue with that." He placed a kiss on my cheek.
"Ok well I'm going to shower. Lanuae Magicae me ejus tenaci."
I was out of his arms and in the bathroom.
I heard him whine from the other side of the door.
I laughed to myself as I turned on the water to the shower.
****************
I stepped into the steamy bathroom.
I used a towel to dry my hair.
Great.
I forgot my clothes.
I stared at the towel in my hands.
I set it down on the counter. "Turn in eam vestimentis."
I turned the towel into everything I needed.
I smiled.
Thank you grandma.
I got dressed and snapped my fingers to dry and do my hair

I exited the bathroom.
Jonathan was still asleep on the bed.
I rolled my eyes.
I sat on the bed next to him and ran my fingers through his hair.
"Shouldn't you get up now?" I said.
"No." He laid his head on my lap.
"Why are you so tired?" I asked.
"You know why."
I could practically hear the smirk in his voice.
"I need to go find my brother and Archie."
I went to get up but he didn't let me move.
"What is it this time?" I asked.
He looked at me with tired eyes. "Can you meet me at the waterfall later? Like around seven."
"Why?"
He smiled. "I want to surprise you."
"Alright." I smiled back at him.
He lifted his head up and kissed my lips.
I got up from the bed and left the room
'Hey Archie, are you with my brother?' I mind linked him.
'Yeah, we are in the Living room. Why?'
'I need to talk to you first, then David.'
'Alright.'
I went downstairs and went into the living room.
Archie and David were sitting on the couch.
"David, I'm borrowing your boyfriend."
I grabbed Archie's hand and took him to the kitchen.
"You've gotten stronger." He said as he rubbed his wrist.
Before I could say anything Quincy walked in.
"Rosie, I'm hungry." He whined.
"Not now Quincy."
Archie's eyes widened as he backed up in fear.
"How can he talk!?" He said.
"I casted a spell. Relax it's just Quincy."
"Rosie I haven't eaten." He nudged my leg with his head.
I rolled my eyes.
I walked to the fridge and grabbed a bag of raw meat.
I opened it and tossed it to him.

He began eating.
I turned to Archie after he calmed down.
"Have you talked to Josie?" I asked.
"That reminds me, why were you with her yesterday?"
"I'll be asking the questions. Have you talked to her?"
"Once. I pretty much ignored her after that."
"Why?"
"Because she lied to me."
"Well what did she say?"
"She said something about your mom and being Luna. I don't remember."
"You do. She told me what happened."
"So she lied to you too."
"She didn't lie. I can sense when someone is lying. She wasn't."
He crossed his arms over his chest and avoided eye contact.
"Talk to her again." I said. "And if you still think she's lying I'll cast a truth spell on her."
"Why are you doing this?"
"Because I hate seeing my pack members fight."
I left the kitchen and went back to the living room.
I turned to David.
"Alright big bro, it's just you and me." I said.
"What do you mean? And what did you do to Archie?" He asked.
"I didn't get to see you yesterday due to circumstances, so we are going to my grandma's new house."
"What did you do to Archie?" He repeated.
I rolled my eyes. "He's in the kitchen. Now let's go."
I grabbed his hand and lifted him up from the couch.
"You've gotten stronger. Ow."
"Archie said the same thing. Stop whining. Quincy, are you coming?" I asked him.
"No thanks. I'll stay here." He responded as he licked his lips from his meal.
"Why do you have a wolf? And how can it talk?" David's eyes widened.
"He!" Quincy corrected, clearly offended
"It's Quincy. He grew. A spell can make him talk. Now let's go!"
We left the pack house.
*****************
I and David were still at my grandma's new house.
David was playing with the mice while I was staring at the clock on the wall.
I'm just waiting for the time to pass by.
I was having a good time hanging out with my brother but I was also worried about Jonathan.
What did he have in store for me?
The minute hand was now on the nine.
And the hour hand was on the six.
"Hey David, I'm going to head back now." I spoke.
"Ok, I'm going to stay a little longer."
I nodded. "ok."
I turned to my grandma. "Bye, grandma."
"Bye, sweetie."
I walked out of the house.
I made my way towards the waterfall.
I soon came to it.
Jonathan was standing near the water.
He was neatly dressed and was looking around.
I walked up to him.
"Jonathan, what is this?" I asked as I walked in front of him.
He smiled widely.
He took out a blue velvet box.
My eyebrows creased. "What is that?"
He got down on one knee.
My eyes widened as I gasped.
He spoke. "You told me that you've always dreamed about your wedding day. I want to give you the wedding you've always wanted. So, Rosie Ryder, will you marry me?"
He opened the box revealing a wedding ring
Tears came to my face. "Yes! Yes, you idiot! Yes!"
He took the ring and slid it on my finger.
It burned my skin.
I growled and took it off.
The ring fell somewhere on the ground.
My skin was sizzling and red.
I could feel my eyes change color.
"What happened!?" Jonathan began looking for the ring.
"Where did you get that ring?" I stared at my burning flesh.
"Why?"
"It was made out of gold. My weakness."
