The smile didn't fall from my face.
The closer we got to the front door I felt nervous but my smile never fell.
I was feeling so many mixed emotions.
but I was still very happy.
"Ready?" Jonathan asked beside me.
I looked at him. "Yeah."
He opened the door and we both walked in.
Jonathan closed the door behind us.
"I'm going to take a nap." Quincy spoke.
He began to walk towards the living room.
"Wait! Quincy! No one knows--"
There were feminine screams coming from the living room.
Jonathan and I looked at each other before running to the living room.
Stephany, Marie, and Josie were all huddled in the corner of the room.
"What is a real wolf doing in the living room!?" Stephany screamed.
"I want to nap so stop screaming." Quincy responded.
"It talks!" Josie screeched.
"He!" Quincy corrected.
"Guy, guys! Relax. It's just Quincy." I Stepped in front of him.
"Rosie? Get away from that thing!" Marie tried to reach over and grab me.
"Guys it's Quincy. He grew." I explained.
"The how come he can talk?" Josie asked.
"It's a spell I casted. I can make animals talk."
"Really?" Stephany tilted her head. "He just fell asleep on the couch."
I turned to look.
He was curled up on the couch snoring.
I turned back to them. "Yep, that's Quincy. He got lazy."
"Oh thank god." Stephany let out a breath of relief.
They all took a breath of relief until reality sunk in for them.
"Rosie!" They all screamed and embraced me in a group hug.
I smiled and hugged them back.
They all let me go after a while.
"You're hair looks amazing. What did you do to it?" Stephany played with a small strand of it.

"I didn't want to get a haircut so I taught myself to change my hair with a snap of my fingers."
"That's amazing. Can you do mine?" Marie asked with a smile.
"Yeah of course." I smiled.
"Wait if you're back, does that mean you are going to be our Luna again?" Josie asked with hopeful eyes.
That sentence caught me off guard.
And I guess Josie noticed it too.
"I'm not saying that to be disappointed. I want you to be my Luna." She said.
"I know you weren't saying like that. It just caught me off guard." I assured her.
"So are you?" She asked again.
"I want to. That is if the pack will accept me back." I responded.
"Of course everyone misses you." Stephany said.
I smiled. "Where are David and Archie?"
"I think they are on a date." Marie answered. "They should be back soon."
I nodded.
I missed my brother and my best friend.
"Can you guys watch Quincy? I want to see my dad." I said.
"He still scares me." Marie stared at his sleeping figure.
"Relax he's a big softie. Where's dad?"
"He's training some of the new guards."
"New guards?" My eyebrows creased.
"Yeah. Some of the kids turned 18 and they wanted to be guards."
"Ok, I'll be right back."
I walked over to the place were they train everyone.
I saw my dad shouting commands at the people.
"Dad!"
He quickly turned around.
He saw me and broke out into a wide smile.
He ran up to me and hugged me.
As he hugged me he picked me up and spun me around.
He put me down.
"I missed you so much Rosie!" He said.

"I missed you too dad."
"Are you going to stay? For good? As the packs Luna?" He asked.
"Only if the pack will accept me back."
"Of course they will, honey. We only want you as our Luna."
"Hey everybody! Our Luna is back!" Someone yelled.
A swarm of people came towards me.
My eyes widened.
There are a lot more people out here than I thought.
'Um, Jonathan?' I mind linked him.
'Rosie? Are you ok?' He responded.
'Not really. I'm under attack.'
'By who!?' He shouted protectively.
'Your pack is welcoming me back.'
He didn't say anything.
'Jonathan?'
"Our pack." His voice appeared behind me.
I turned around. "How did you get here so fast?"
"When your mate in danger there is no such thing as limits."
I let out a small laugh.
The people around began murmuring.
"The Luna is back."
"Will she stay this time?"
"She's changed."
"I love her hair!"
"Why it's not that great?"
"Didn't she have a dog or something?"
"Who cares? She's back!"
"Is she here to stay?"
"Can we trust her not to abandon us again?"
"We are weak because she left!"
"We can barely train anymore!"
"It's only a matter of time before our pack falls!"
"It's not her fault!"
"Yeah! She probably had a good reason to leave!"
"Don't talk about my Luna like that!"
"We are weak!"
"It's her fault!"
"She abandoned our Alpha!"
Everyone began arguing and fighting.
All their arguments were swirling around in my head.
They were getting to me.
My breathing got heavy.
It felt like I was having a panic attack.
All the voices began to fade out and my vision got blurry.
What is happening?
I am having a panic attack.
"Rosie!" A faint voice called out
Jonathan's blurry figure along with someone else that seemed like my dad appeared in front of me.
"Are you ok?" Jonathan's voice was still faint.
I felt myself being picked up bridal style.
I was getting further away from the fighting crowd.
I was soon into a familiar room.
Jonathan's room.
"Rosie. It's ok. We are away from the crowd. We are in our room." His voice became more clear.
My breathing became steady and I could hear better.
My vision cleared.
I stared at Jonathan.
"Are you ok?" He asked.
I shook my head. "No."
I began crying.
I hate crying but I don't care at this point.
"Cupcake what's wrong?" He put his hand on the side of my face and stroked away my tears.
"This is exactly what I was afraid of Jonathan." I let out a shaky breath.
"It's ok. We will fix it." He said.
I shook my head. "My pack Is fighting against each other because of me."
"Packs fight all the time. They will work it out themselves."
"I made our pack weak."
"No, don't say that."
"But I did. Half they pack might accept me but the other half will hate me."
He pulled me into his chest.
"What have I done?" I asked myself.
"You didn't so anything Cupcake. It's them."
"It's my fault. I should have never left in the first place. I was being selfish."
"You were looking out for your grandma."
"But I was also mad at you. I'm not fit to be Luna."
"Do not say that. You are fit to be Luna."
"Jonathan, I love you. How did you manage to stay with me throughout this whole thing?"
"Because I love you too."
He kissed the top of my head.
We stayed in our position in silence as my tears dried up.
