I didn't mean to throw that trust fund on Jace like that but I guess I thought he knew even though he didn't.

The next morning we both wake up early. I'm meeting Jordan in town to get items for Mrs. Shultz's place and then I'm going over to Rustic Noel to see if mom needs any help.

Jace has more trees to cut down today so I won't see him until this evening. He's packing up his lunch when I walk into the kitchen.

"Jace are you ok after what I told you last night?"

"I'm ok just shocked I mean I would have never guessed. Did I ever meet this grandma?" He asked.

"No, I don't think so. She lived over in England. She hardly ever came here and I think I went to England once or twice as a child." I said.

"I gotta get going what's your plans for today?" He asked pulling me close.

"Jordan is meeting me in town to pick out things for Mrs. Shultz and then I'm going over to Rustic Noel to see if I can help out." I said.

"Sounds good! Maybe we can grab dinner at the bar later then." He said kissing me.

"Sounds good," I said pulling him in for another kiss.

"Alright, I gotta get going. I love you Willow."

"Love you too Jace. Text me when you want to eat and I can either meet you there or come home and wait." I said.

"I will baby." He blows me a kiss and gets in his truck. I follow him down the road and pull into a parking space waiting on Jordan.

I go on in the store and look around while waiting on Jordan. I'm checking off things on my list when he walks up. "Hey, bitch!" He laughs.

"Hey, slut! Ready to find items with me?" I can't decide which color. Wait here is a pic of Brandon's room and the cat room so you have an idea." I said.

After a few hours of shopping, we walk down to Starbucks and grab a drink and talk. I tell him about the butt dial to Ben last night and Jordan cackles and laughs.

Once we finish and go our separate ways I head to rustic noel and when I walk in I find mom helping a customer and Edward engraving an ornament.

I walk over and sit on the stool and wait for mom to get done. Out of habit, I start pricing ornaments until she walks over and smiles.

"Hey, honey how's it going?" She asks.

"I've been in town shopping with Jordan for my next job and thought I would come by," I said.

"Oh, you guys have gotten close haven't ya?" She smiled.

"Oh yeah we have and he's been helping with the wedding too." I smile.

"Next week you will be a Pickford but honesty I always knew that Willow. That Jace has always been in love with you." She said.

"I know mom and I thought I hid it well but I've always felt the same for him too." I smile.

"I'm happy for you honey." She said hugging me from the side.

"So I guess I forgot to tell him about Grandma Oliver and he freaked out." I laugh.

"Well that is a lot of money and if you guys are smart about it you will invest it and not blow it." She said.

"Oh, mom we haven't made any plans for it yet." I laugh.

"Are you sticking around a while?" She asked.

"Yeah, I was going to help out until Jace calls we are going to have dinner," I said.

"Thank you, honey! I better get out there and help customers." She smiled and walked off.

I did around a hundred ornaments when Jace called and I was ready to get out of there. I kissed mom goodbye and waved to Edward and headed out to my car.

I drive over to the bar and I pull up next to Jace's truck and get out. I walk inside and smile when Ross waves and I walk over to the booth that Jace is sitting at.

"Hi, there handsome!" I smile.

"Hey, babe!" He scoots over in the booth for me to sit down.

I sit down and lean over for a kiss. "How was your day?" I ask.

"Oh, it was good just cut down a bunch of trees." He laughed.

"I was productive today. Jordan and I got all the stuff done for the Shultz job and then I went worked with mom a while and got a hundred ornaments done." I said.

Ross walked up with our food and smiled. "It's good to see you two." He said.

"We are always here." Jace laughs.

Ross laughs and walks away wiping his hands on his apron.

We enjoy our burger and fries laughing talking about how mad Ben was about the butt dial.

"Oh, I bet he was cussing up a storm." I laughed.

"Oh he was and when I told him how soft you feel he was spitting bullets." He laughed.

"Oh, Jace you didn't." I laugh.

"I couldn't help myself!" He laughed.

"Let's get out of here and go home and watch a movie snuggled up together." I smile over at him.

"Let's go, babe." He said as he went to pay.

Just as I was heading out the door Brandon was walking in. "I'll see ya tomorrow sweet cheeks." He smirked.

Before I knew what was happening Jace was saying hell no you won't and punched him in the mouth.

"Jace! Oh my god!" I screamed.

Ross rushed over and pulled Brandon over to the bar and waved us on.

"Jace is your hand ok?" I ask.

"It's fine Willow but that asshole won't be if he talks to you like that again." He growled.

"Come on let's get home and cool down. Thank you for defending my honor that was hot." I said leaning in for a kiss.
