I was so sleepy last night I don't even remember Jace picking me up and driving me home until he laid me in the bed.

"Thank you for putting me in bed last night Jace."

"You were tired I guess." He smiled.

"I must have been. I don't have anything going on work-wise today but I need to go do another alteration on my dress."

"Well, I will be at the nursery because we have sixty trees to ship out I'm pretty sure." He said.

I pack him up a lunch and walk it over to him. "Well I may stop by the flower shop and check on the flowers but it depends on how long I'm at the dress shop," I said.

"Ok babe be careful out and about text me when you get back home." He said wrapping his arms around me.

I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him. He picks me up and sits me on the counter and then stands between my legs.

"God you are sexy and I wish I could have you right now." He said kissing down my neck.

I move my head to the side so he could get better access. "Jace you're going to be late," I whisper.

"Fuck I gotta go or I'll be late but what am I gonna do with this?" He points down at his boner.

"I'm sorry or I would help you out but you have no time." I pout.

"Maybe you can make it up to me later." He said kissing me again.

"Maybe I can," I said smacking his butt walking out the door.

I get in my car and head to the bridal shop and get alterations if need be. I can't wait to be Mrs. Pickford in less than two weeks.

The dress was perfect and I didn't need anything fixed. I'm so excited and I can't wait. Since that didn't take long I head over to the flower shop.

She has all the flowers arranged how I want them and showed me what the end result will look like. I love the pale pink color with white.

As I was heading out to my car I got a call about a design job so I told the lady I could drive out. Wasn't that far from Casey's house.

When I arrive i get out of my car and I knock on the door and a little old lady opens it up smiling! "Hi honey come on in! I'm Betty!" She smiles.

"Hi, Betty! You need some decorating done?" I ask looking around. A big ole orange cat comes running at me which made me jump.

"Yes dear my grandson is moving in and I need a room fixed up for him. Plus my cats need a new play area do you think you could do that?" She asked.

"I need to see the rooms and then we can come up with something," I said.

She leads me to the back of the house to her grandson's room and I never expected to see the grandson laying in the bed half-naked and not a kid with abs for days. "Jesus," I said.

"Miss Oliver this is my grandson Brandon." She said.

"Hi," I said looking away from him and at the room.

"Grandma I told you the room is fine how it is I don't need anything done to it." He said.

"Don't argue with me Brandon we are having this done." She said.

I looked back over at him and he is staring a hole through me. God, I feel uncomfortable. "Umm Betty, can you show me the cat area?" I asked.

She takes me to a little sunroom with a cat bed in it. "Pumpkin needs a better room out here." She smiled.

"I can do that for you. Now tell me what you want for Brandon's room?" I asked.

She had a sheet of paper with a bunch of stuff written on it that she wanted to changes. "Ok, then I can get started on this just give me a few days," I said heading to the door.

"Ok honey I will see you in a few days. I am always home she said walking me to the door.

Before I can get out to my car Brandon is behind me. "Fuck! Is that your car?" He asked.

"Sure is! I didn't walk here." I said.

"Cute and a smartass. I like you." He smirks.

"And so does my fiancé." I smile and get in my car.

He knocks on my window. "So can I get your number?"

"Nope don't think my fiancé would like that," I said.

"I bet I could take you from him." He said biting and licking his lip like he's in a tik tok video.

"Yeah, not happening," I said pulling out the driveway.

Ok, I can not go there alone. Do I tell Jace about this? He will be pissed if I don't.

I get home and take my tablet into the office and sit down and get started on what Betty wants. I decided I gotta tell Jace about this Brandon because I refuse to keep secrets and that guy was something else. Very bold I would say.

I lay my head down on my desk and doze off until I feel lips on my cheek. "Hey, baby."

"Hey, Jace! I guess I dozed off looking over this piece of paper."

"What is that anyway?" He asks.

"I got a new interior design job today after I went tried on my dress and just been working on it a little," I said.

"You feel like going to the bar and grab two specials?" He asked.

"Sounds good let me just go pee and grab my jacket," I said.

When I come back downstairs he's got his hat on backward and standing in the doorway smiling at me and at that moment my ovaries do flip flops. I grab his hand and kiss his lips before walking out the door to his truck.
