The next morning when Jace's alarm went off he got up and got dressed and kissed me goodbye and I went back to sleep until 11 am.

I got up and fixed my hair and put on some makeup and got dressed. It was weird being here without Jace home.

I could get used to us living together but not here. I need to talk to Maddie and see if she wants to take over my place. Otherwise, I would have to sell it.

My business is a different story. I did most of my advertising online and I didn't have a building I worked out of so that doesn't matter.

Just a matter of getting my stuff and car back here is the issue. I get in my car and put Casey's address in my phone and head in the direction of town.

Edward is helping mom today so I could have the day off and it's feeling pretty good I must admit.

I pull up to this cute little house and text Casey that I'm here in case I'm at the wrong house. But then she walks outside and waves.

I grab the bag I brought with me. I got the girls some ornaments of course. "Hey!" I smile.

"I'm so glad you made it. I ordered us some pizza." She smiles and I follow her into the house.

"You have such a cute place. Right in town too." I smile.

"We wanted to be in town since we don't work far from here. Come on in and meet the girls." She said.

The girls look so much like Casey. "My oh my they look just like you." I laugh.

"Everyone says that! Girls, I want you to meet mommy's best friend. This is Willow." She said.

They both smiled but one spoke up. "Your pretty." She smiles.

"I see they are buttering you up." A guy says walking into the room who I assume is Jon.

"Nice to meet you, Jon! I've heard a lot about you." I said.

"Same about you." He smiles.

"Oh no, I bet all terrible." I smile.

"Actually no. She always kicks herself for being stupid when she was young." He said sitting down.

"I'm glad we have reconnected." I smile.

"This one is Veronica and that is Clarissa." Casey points.

"Nice to meet you girls. I brought you, girls, some ornaments if mom says you can have them." I said.

"Of course they can let's see what you got," Casey said.

I smile at her and watch her with her girls. She's such a good mom and always wanted to be one where I on the other hand never thought about children.

"So how are things at Rustic Noel?" Jon asks.

"So busy every day I'm staying late trying to price and hang ornaments. I don't know how my parents do it. I finally talked mom into hiring someone." I said.

"Anyone, I know?" Casey asks.

"Yeah Abbot's little brother Edward. He has helped out so much. Not counting Jace he comes and helps me price and hang things late." I said.

"Oh, I bet he does." Casey laughs

Jon looks at me. "So you started staying the night over there? Yep, Ben told me." He laughs.

"I forgot no privacy in this small town." I laugh.

The pizza arrived and we eat and talk and I've had the best time. Jon loads the girls up to go to his parents so Casey and I can have some time alone.

"So Jace huh is that a thing?" She smiles.

"Yeah, it's a permanent thing now," I smirk.

"I'm so happy for you." Casey nervous claps.

"We tried to take it slow but when you have been in love with someone since you were a teen we just couldn't take it slow," I said.

"So what does that mean? Will you move back or what?" She asks.

"Well, we are working on it." I smile.

"Come on Willow I'm your best friend or well I want to be again so tell me." She begged.

"Fine but keep it to yourself ok? I am moving back and we are moving in together not far from here. Is a house his dad owns. We want to rent to own or buy it and I'm going to fix it up. We went and saw it last night and I want to surprise my parents that I'm staying."

"I'm so excited and I will help any way I can even though you are the interior designer. Jon's parents own a discount furniture store so I could help in that dept." She smiled.

"Oh, that sounds great Casey! I will let you know but I will need some help. But I have to go back to California to pack up my stuff and get my car back here." I said.

"So will you stay the rest of the year though?" She asked.

"Oh yeah through to the new year then I'll make that flight back to get things arranged but I'll tell my parents on Christmas. Not sure how yet though." I said.

"I'm so excited! I'm glad you're coming back." She said.

"Me too for once in my life I'm following my heart!" I said standing up. "Well, I better go it's almost time for Jace to get off and I told him I would be back. Oh, before I forget Jackie left a rose and note on Jace's door last night." I said.

"Shut up no way! What did it say?" She asked.

"That she wanted to meet at the bar and she would show him a good time," I said rolling my eyes.

"No, she didn't!" Casey gasped.

"Oh yeah but we went to the bar and had milkshakes and fries and made out the whole time." I snort.

"You didn't! Omg, I wish I could have seen her face." Casey laughed.

"It was priceless haha. Anyway, I better go but I'll invite you over to our new place soon." I said reaching out for a hug.

I got in my car and texted Jace that I was on my way and headed back to his apartment.
