လင်းတန်လစ်လျုရူထားသည်။ ထိုပါပီလေးက သူ့လက်မောင်းထဲနာခံစွာထိုင်နေပြီး ပန်းရောင်လျှာနဲ့ သူ့လက်ချောင်းများကိုယက်နေသည်။
သူငယ်ငယ်တည်းက တိရိစ္ဆာန်ချစ်တက်သည်။ အပြန်အလှန်အနေနဲ့ တိရိစ္ဆာန်လေးတွေက သူ့အပေါ် ကြင်နာသည်။ ကြောင်များ၊ခွေးများ၊ ငှက်များ တိရိစ္ဆာန်များ အားလုံး သူနားကပ်နေဖို့ ဆန္ဒရှိကြသည်။
ဒါပေမဲ့ သူ က မကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်ဘူး။
မျက်လုံးရဲတက်နေပြီး ပါပီလေးကိုဖက်ထားရင်း လှုပ်ရှားနေသည့် နားရွက်လေးကိုနမ်းပြီး တစ်ခုခုညင်သာစွာတီးတိုးပြောနေမိသည်။
ဝမ်ရန် အရှေ့ လမ်းလျှောက်နေသည်။အသံကြားလှည့်ကြည့်လိုက်သည်။ နှလုံးသားထဲ ပြောနေမိသည်က "အရှင်မ ဒီနည်းလမ်းသုံးပြီး ဖိအားပေးသင်ကြားပေးတာ မအံ့ဩတော့ဘူး။အရှင့်သား တကယ်ကိုကြင်နာတက်တဲ့နှလုံးသားရှိတယ်"
သားရဲ အရံအတားက အင်ပါယာနန်းဆောင် နဲ့အလွန်ကွာဝေးသည့်နေရာ၌ရှိသည်။ သူတို့ မြက်ရိုင်းများ ပြည့်နေသည့် ခြံဝန်းကိုဖြတ်လာတော့ လင်းတန် တိတ်ဆိတ်နေပြီး ပျက်စီးနေသည့် တံတိုင်းနားက ခွေးကိုပစ်လိုက်သည်။
ခြံဝန်းထဲ သစ်ရွက်ခြောက်များအပြည့်ရှိတာကြောင့် ခွေးလေး အကျသက်သာလိမ့်မယ်။ အချိန်အတော်ကြာ တုန်ယင်နေခဲ့ပြီး မတ်တပ်ရပ်ကာ ထွက်ပြေးလာခဲ့သည်။
ဒီနယ်မြေက အင်ပါယာနန်းဆောင် ရဲ့ စွန့်ပစ်ခံနယ်မြေထဲပါသည်။ ဒါ့အပြင် ဒီနား က ရေတွင်းထဲရေနှစ်ဖူးသည့် ပုံပြင်များလည်းရှိသည်။ ဒါ့ကြောင့် ဝမ်ရန် အထဲသို့မဝင်ရဲပဲ " အရှင့်သား!!"
လင်းတန် အေးစက်စက်ကြည့်ပြီး "မယ်တော် ကို မောင်မင်းပြောချင်သလိုသာပြောချေ!!"
စကားဆုံးတာနဲ့ ထိုကုန်းကုန်းကိုထားပြီး လှည့်ထွက်လာခဲ့သည်။
ဝမ်ရန် ထိုပျက်စီးနေသည့်ခြံဝန်းကိုကြည့်ပြီးနောက် လင်းတန် သူနဲ့အဝေးသို့လျှောက်သွားတာကိုကြည့်လိုက်သည်။ ဝမ်ရန် မုန်တိုင်းလိုခြေလှမ်းများနှင့် နန်းဆောင် ကို ပြန်လာခဲ့သည်။
ယောင်ဟွား နန်းဆောင် အထက်တန်းလွှာကြင်ယာတော်ရွယ် အိပ်ရာပေါ် လှဲလျောင်းနေပြီး သူ့နန်းတွင်းအစေခံက စကားလာပါးသည်။ ရန်ဝမ် တင်ပြတာကြားတော့ မျက်လုံးလှန်ကြည့်သည်။သို့ပေမဲ့ ဒေါသမထွက်ချေ။ပျင်းရိသည့်အပြုံးနဲ့ "ဒါ တစ်စုံတစ်ခုအတွက် ပထမဆုံး ထရပ်ဖူးတာပဲ"
လင်းတန်း ယောင်ဟွားနန်းဆောင် ကိုမပြန်ပဲ စွန့်ပစ်ခြံဝန်းထဲ တစ်ယောက်တည်းငိုနေခဲ့သည်။မျက်ရည်များသုတ်ပြီး မင်ယွဲ့ နန်းဆောင် ဆီလျှောက်လာသည်။
သူရောက်တော့ ခြံဝန်းနံရံတစ်ဖက်စီက ညီမတော် ၅ နဲ့ညီတော် ၆ ရဲ့ ရီသံများကြားရသည်။ အနီးကပ်လာတော့ ခြံဝန်းထဲ တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် နှင်းဘောလုံးများနဲ့ ပစ်တမ်းကစားနေတာမြင်သည်။

လင်းတန် ဝင်လာတော့ လင်းတန် ငိုထားတာ လင်းဖေးလု သိသည်။ ခဏအကြာ ကစားကြသည်။ လင်းတန် အပြုံးတဖြေးဖြေးထွက်ပေါ် လာတာမြင်တော့ အိမ်ထဲကိုဆွဲခေါ် ပြီး အရွယ်ရောက်သူတစ်ယောက်လိုခေါင်း ပုတ်ပေးကာမေးလိုက်တယ်။ "အစ်ကိုကြီး ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲ?"
