လင်းဖေးလု အရှေ့ခန်းမကို လျှောက်လာပြီး အတွင်းခြံဝန်းထဲကိုဝင်လာသည်။ ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင်က ညောင်စောင်းမှာထိုင်နေ၏။ ခြေထောက်နား မီးဖိုတစ်ခုရှိပြီး လက်များကိုသားမွေးတစ်ခုနဲ့ပတ်ထားသည်. ထိုင်ခုံပေါ် ပျင်းရိစွာ ယိုင်ကျနေပြီး လင်းဖေးလုကို မတူညီစွာအေးစက်စက်ကြည့်လိုက်သည်။
ဘေးနှစ်ဖက် လက်ထောက်အစေခံ နှစ်ယောက်ရှိသည်။ ထိုမြင်ကွင်းကို ကြည့်ပြီး လင်းဖေးလု တရားသူကြီး နဲ့ အကဲဖြတ် ရုံးတော် ကလူများနှင့်ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသလိုမျိုး ဖြစ်နေ၏။
လင်းဖေးလု အရင်အရိုအသေပေးလိုက်သည်။ "နှုတ်ဆက်ပါတယ်။ ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင်"
ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင် သူမ တိုတိုတုတ်တုတ် နှုတ်ဆက်လိုက်တာသိသည်။ အမူအရာမပြောင်းလဲပဲ အသံခပ်နိမ့်နိမ့်နဲ့ " မင်းသမီး၁ အတွက်ရောက်နေတာလား?"
လင်းဖေးလု ခေါင်းငုံ့ထား၏. သူမ ဝတ်ရုံထဲ နှစ်ဝင်မတက်ဖြစ်နေပြီးအရင်ကထက်ပိုပိန်ပါးသွားပုံပေါက်နေ၏။
"ဟုတ်ပါတယ်" "
"မင်းသမီး ၁ ဆီက ဘာလိုချင်လို့လဲ?"
" အင်ပါယာအစ်မတော် ဆီက ပစ္စည်းသေးသေးလေးတစ်ခု ပေးဖို့ တွေးမိလို့ ပါ" "
ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင် မေးထောက်ပြီး "အိုး..မင်းအရမ်းတွေးတက်တာပဲ အခု မင်းသမီး ၁က တရေးအိပ်နေတယ်. မင်း အရမ်းစဉ်းစားတွေးပေးတက်တယ်ဆိုတည်းက မင်းသူမ နိုးတဲ့အချိန်ထိစောင့်ပြီး ကိုယ်တိုင်ပေးနိုင်တယ်"
နှင်းများကောင်းကင်ပေါ် ကကျဆင်းနေဆဲ ဒီလိုမျိုးဆို ပိုဆိုးလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့ခဏကြာ စကားပြောပြီးနောက် လင်းဖေးလု ခန္ဓာကိုယ်နှင်းများရှိနေသေးသည်။ ဒီလိုစော်ကားမှုကြောင့် ပုံရိပ်သေးသေးလေး ဝတ်ရုံအောက် တုန်ယင်နေ၏။ အဆုံးမှာ စကားတစ်ခွန်းတုန့်ပြန်လာသည်။

ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင်နှုတ်ခမ်းက အပြုံးထွက်ပေါ် လာသည်။ ပျင်းရိလာကာ အစေခံကိုအမိန့်ပေးလိုက်သည်။ "အထဲဝင်စို့ ငါ မောပန်းနေပြီ"
ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင်ထွက်သွားတော့ လင်းဖေးလု တစ်ယောက်ထဲခြံဝန်းထဲ ကျန်ခဲ့သည်။
တိတ်တဆိတ်နေကာ နှင်းကျသံသာ ကြားရ၏။ လင်းဖေးလု ခေါင်းငုံ့ရပ်နေပြီးလက်ထဲက မီးဖိုငယ်ကိုင်ထားရင်း သန်းဝေကာ ပျင်းရိလာသည်။

လင်းဖေးလု မကြာမကြာ အင်ပါယာနန်းဆောင်ထဲ လျှောက်ပြေးခဲ့ပြီးသူမ အလွန်သေးငယ်တာကြောင့် ခြံပုတ်ထဲဝင်ပုန်းတောင် ဘယ်သူမှသတိမထားချေ။ အဲလိုနဲ့ နန်းတော် ထဲ ပျံနှံနေသည့် အတင်းသတင်းများကိုခိုးနားထောင်ခဲ့သည်။
ကြင်ယာတော် နှစ်ပါး ရန်ငြိုးဖြစ်လာခြင်းအကြောင်းအရင်းမှာ ကိုယ်ဝန်ပျက်ကျခြင်းကြောင့်ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ပြောကြတယ်။အရင်က ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင် က အင်ပါယာမောင်းမဆောင် အရှေ့တောင်ပျံ နန်းဆောင်မှာ အရင်ဆုံးကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်သူဖြစ်သည်။ ကြင်ယာတော် ဟိုင် ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ဝန်ပျက်ကျသွားခြင်းမှာ ကြင်ယာတော် ရွမ် ကြောင့်ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ကောလဟာလအရ သိရတယ်. ကိုယ်ဝန်မပျက်ကျခဲ့ရင် ဧကရာဇ် ရဲ့ ပထမဆုံးကလေး သားတော် ကို မွေးဖွားနိုင်လောက်ပြီ။
