《Second chance mates with the KING》1.

"I, Blake Walter Collins, reject you, Kendall Ash Smith, as my mate and partner."
Those words broke me. I couldn't hold back anymore. I cried. I feel to the floor and cried. My tears soak my shirt and the wood floor under me.
"Why?" I ask Blake, my voice low, broken. "Why?" I shake and stare up at him. He looks down at me no emotion in his eyes.
"I love her."
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
I jolt awake from my dream. Well nightmare. If you ask me on a good day. It's been three years since that day. The day my heart broke and I almost lost my wolf forever. I almost let him brake me completely. But thanks to the love of my wolf and my older brother. I got out of there. I left my old pack and went Rouge. I ran all night, crossing five state borders on the way. I never looked back.
Now I live in a small human populated town. I loved it here moving in about three days ago. Living in an apartment just on the border line of the woods it is perfect for my wolf and I.
The only thing I really care about now a days is my brother who successfully became Alpha of my old pack, The Dark Moon, who I still call when I can. And my beautiful pet dog Asher (named after me of course) that is a lovely German Shepherd/ Husky mix with a fluffy white and black coat. My brother Keith, calls me every other week to see I am still alive and what not but for the most part it is just me and Asher.
I look at the clock. 8:30 It's time for work. I work at a human owned bookstore. I mostly just read books ring someone up every now and again. The store is owned by a sweet older woman named Delia and she is a gem. I started two days ago and love it there. I get up and feed Asher his breakfast and get ready for work. My shift is at 9:30 so I call my brother as I grab a meal replacing fruit smoothie and walk out the door.

"Hello sister of mine." My brother greets from the other end.
"Hey. I called to tell you I moved. I think I might settle down this time." I say as I drink my smoothie and cross the street.
"Really? And where might this be? I would love to come visit." I can hear his smile though the phone.
"A town 10 miles outside Greenville." I replied as I opened up the door to Dee's Books and waved to Delia.
"Greenville?! You mean Alpha County, Greenville?" My brother practically yells at me.
"Yes. Why?" I ask setting down my bag.
"You know THE ALPHA KING lives there right?"
"Yes. I am aware."
"Please. Please. Please. What ever you do, do not go there. He is not keen to Rouges since the future Queen and mate to the now King died at the hands of them."
"Trust me I am not stupid." I roll my eyes at my brother. Of course I know to stay away from the King. I have been rouge long enough to know how many died by the hands of the king. Losing his mate four years ago was a blow to the whole were community. "I will not pay him a visit any time soon. But as respect and were law I will tell him I moved with in 30 miles of his castle."
"Damn! I forgot that law. Don't die before I can come visit you, Okay?" I sigh at my brothers words. Still so over protective from so far away.
"Yes big brother." I smirk and hang up the phone. I pull out the letter I started last night;
To whom it may concern,
As required by werewolf law all Rouges be they visiting or take up permanent residency with in 30 miles of the were royal castle must report said residence to His Majesty King Enrique Esteban Jose Alejandro Daniel Ivan Alvarez. My name is Kendall Ash Smith. I live in the town Watercress 10 miles from Greenville. I work at Dee's Bookstore and left the Darkmoon pack at age 17. I will not enclose my address for I am sure you know that already. With this letter my task is complete.

Signing off (literally),
Kendall Ash Smith
It was as good of a letter he was going to get. I seal it up and stamp it. Writing the correct address on it and adding it with the mail pile for work. I grab a fictional book on my own species and flip the cover. He can get it tomorrow. I think as I let my mind wonder.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
"What in the hell!"
I look up and see my Beta and trusted friend stare at one of the letters we received from Rouges this morning.
"And do tell what has you all up in a twist." I ask as he walks the letter over to me. I read it and laugh. "Signing off? Literally?" I almost fall out my seat.
"Who is this girl?" I ask my friend Parker as I collect myself.
"I don't know Sire." I shake my head at him.
"We aren't in front of subjects Parker."
"My apologies Sir Ivan." He responds with light bow. I roll my eyes. It took years for him to drop the 'your majesty' but I work hard and Sire is something he is comfy with.
"I must meet this girl." I tell him with a smirk. I haven't laughed this much since Evangeline. I must thank her and welcome her to the state. I'm guessing seeing as she came from the Darkmoon. My cousin on my mother's side Blake lives there. Being as he is my mother's great uncle's great great grandchild , I don't see him much.
"Sire. It is not safe for you to-"
"Did I ask?"
"No Sire."
"Good. Get me the address. Now."
He runs of to do as I as while I stare at my computer. Typing her name into the were database. Beautiful. Crosses my mind as I felt my wolf steering.
I get a howl in response. Smiling I walk out into the calming sky and strip my clothes. I close my eyes as I feel my wolf take over.

Void shifter
May contain horror elements. Jacob is a servant to the church of life, spirit and mind. But on his 8th birthday, this changes when he tears out the heart of his father figure when he was forced to play reserve dress up. Becoming something he is taught to hate he leaves the church as he decides to fuck it, I may as well open the gates of hell and have some fun on the way. The MC's metal development in unique due to specified circumstances so he will rarely act like an 8-year-old, and he is slightly sociopathic. This is my first ever story so criticism would be great. I also have heavy dyslexia along with some other metal 'uniqueness' so this whole story is a big F you to it but I am sorry for any and all inevitable mistakes. (I don't own the cover photo. If the original owner wants me to take it down, private message me and I will)

Getting Hard (Journey of a Tank)
Herald Stone always built tank characters in every MMORPG he played. To be immortal—that was his first Goal, a simple childhood dream. However, the turbulent realities of life put an end to his gaming days. Years passed, and Herald Stone, now having attained success and stability, was presented with the opportunity to redeem himself...to fulfill his first Goal. Trivial? Childish? Others might think so. But Herald Stone always fulfilled his Goals—every single one. No matter what. Immortality beckoned in Mother Core Online, and this time Herald Stone would answer. Choosing a long-forgotten race, hidden away in an unknown region, the journey of an immortal tank begins. This is the tale of Herald Stone...getting hard. Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri ~1.8k-2.3k words per chapter. Also published on Scribblehub. My other ongoing story: REND | Royal Road Expect a focus on building a true tank in MMORPGs. Heavy game elements and numbers are present. But actual math will take a backseat to strategies involving skill builds and synergies that steadily become more complex while remaining understandable. The main character is atypical in LitRPGs or web novels as a whole. He might take some getting used to. Character arcs will develop over a long period. What you see now will be different as the main character changes. The start of Getting Hard is slow-paced (more so than others of the genre) and includes world-building and character development before focusing on the LitRPG.
