I enter the library and find the history section. I look through the books and find something that I didn't notice before. Sooga's history. I pull it from the shelf and find an empty seat by a window. I sit down and scan over the book. I check the back for detail and notice it was recently written. I flip it open and suddenly words fly out the book and circle me. I begin to read the book as every letter continues to circle me.

Chapter 1: The Top Clans
For generations there has always been an Akira clan. Always chasing after a maiden from the Wang clan. Or as we now them now in this year of ×××× the Pucca and Garu clans.
The mission of the young man was always to win her heart, sometimes a success sometimes a fail. You see the mother would bare 6 children. Only one of them chosen to be with an Akira. When it did occur all the other siblings would go off and marry and continue the generation, growing apart. Once and Akira and Wang bare children they become part of both clans. But usually begin to learn more about the father's clan and slowly leave their mother's.
The Garu clan, or Akira seem to struggle getting the maiden somehow, back then they were the ones who chased and gave affection and attention, even from a young age. Sometimes the maiden would begin to have feelings for the young Akira and soon marry but mainly the young maiden would run away and hide from the Akira.
There has been a promise as well. Dating back to the very first Akira and Wang. "One day Akira your clan shall only bare sons, and my clan shall only bare daughters, but one day one from my clan will have both sons and daughters. This one will only bare two children as well."

I place a finger as a bookmark and close the book. I lay back a little my head touching the wall. So it wasn't supposed to be Pucca after me, but I was supposed to chase after Pucca.. wait did father marry a Wang or was it a civilian woman he fell in love with? I wish I could ask. But he is long gone, maybe one of those gingerbread people. A blue one in particular. I sigh. Pucca once told me that the gingerbread men could just be the reincarnation of the dead. I really do hope I can find something about that in the book. I take one last final breathe and open the book again.

Chapter 2: Gingerbread men
Everyday we tent to see these men and women. Pink and Blue, dating back to centuries they don't seem to die what so ever. Even if you tried they wouldn't burn, drown, desolve or anything. They don't tend to feel much pain either. Rumors have been going around that they are all reincarnations of our deseased loved ones. No matter where from the world if you are a citizen of Sooga Village their spirit comes and forms into a gingerbread. Well, those rumors are facts. This is why they don't feel pain or ever get sick. But when they eat super spicy food their souls rage. But it's all ok, their souls burning allow all pain and agony they faced as humans.

I close the book, a little sleepy. Then I remember a dream I had before. I arrived home and saw a maiden with short hair, apperantly my wife. A little girl came up to me and showed me a doll my maiden made for her, showing me a picture or a younger me and a younger Pucca. There I saw that Pucca was my maiden. I smile now to the thought but when I woke up back then I kept saying that she was just a friend, and I believe that was two to three weeks before the trip. I knew I did like her then but I always tried to ignore it. Now I know we will be together, but I believe we will go through some hardships along the way.

Chapter 3: The Akira Clan
The Akira clan is a group of strong ninjas their goal to wife a maiden from the Wang clan. Though not many Akira are seen together, some say it's due to a curse. Where the mother passed away at birth and were the oldest child turns eight the father dies. Thought to be due to a deity falling for an Akira member the top deity of this village has punished her by turning her human which lead to her death for she was over a thousand years old. But she did bear a daughter. Under the goddesses bloodline the Wang clan was born. Soon the Akira widow found another woman, marrying her. This woman bore a three sons, creating the Akira clan. But as soon as their son grew to eight his father passed away, continuing the bloodline and the curse. But at some point and time the deity removed the curse due to a young girl giving up her life for her Akira. A young maiden from the Wang bloodline. And so if the father passed away when their son is at age right it was just their time. No longer affect of the curse.

Chapter 4: The Wang Clan
The Wang clan come from the bloodline of a goddess. No matter if they train or not they all have such supernatural powers, strength, stamina and so much more. Their love is also quite strong. They are all kind-hearted and caring towards everyone. They are loved by many, even if people hate at first they slowly start to like the Wang clan for how sweet and caring they can be.
The Wang clan is a group of strong women but as always. The curse hasn't been lifted just yet but its process of removal is almost over. Even if our tip deity tried removing it 7 centuries ago it's still not complete. The last Wang that married an Akira this century will be the final and the one to pull the band-aid off. This Wang would love the most, but this time the Wang wod chase the Akira knowing she is the one to finish the curse once and for all.

I close the book and place it back on the shelf. I don't feel as distraught anymore but I do feel tired. I leave the library and head home. I open the door walking in closing and locking it behind me. I flop onto my bed and fall asleep.

I was just like everyone else. At least, I thought so. Everyone grew up in a mansion with servants, trained to be a debutante, had a traveling archeologist for a father, and gave it all up to do whatever the hell they wanted. Right? Well that’s what I did. I was happy. As happy as a single twenty four year old girl can be living in an apartment selling shit online to pay the bills. Not actual shit, that's gross. No, I bought stuff from garage sales, thrift stores, and junk shops, and resold it in my online store. I was pretty good at finding stuff to peddle to my customers. I made rent every month and didn’t have to strip. I’m a bit too chunky to swing around a pole anyway. Life was great! Until two sexy men broke into my apartment and woke me up from the most erotic dream my sexually depraved mind could come up with. One was between my legs, the other was... Oh well, it was a dream and I didn’t even get to finish it. Those bastards! Now I’m supposed to believe my dead father wasn’t an archeologist, but some kind of paranormal agent working for a secret organization called The Guard. My ability to find items for my customers is just a perk inherited from him. And I’m supposed to use my inherited powers to save the world. All while these hunks of man flesh guard me from other paranormals out to get whatever the hell they think I have. A certain body part is dripping with excitement, literally. But my mind is saying “Hell No!”
