Abyo had visited Garu's place and told him Ching and Pucca didn't want to be friends anymore, but wanted to invite Y/N and Garu on a double date with Abyo and Ching at the Nature Festival nearby. The Nature Festival invites families and couples on a fun trip where flower candies, garden volunteering, and sorts of rides are ready to be offered.

"So will you guys come with me and Ching to the festival?"

Garu nods his head

"I guess- of course! It sounds fun, a double date!", exclaimed Y/N. I smiled at Ching and she smiled back. Even though Garu and Y/N aren't a couple (yet) it still counts as a double-date.

A d-double date? I never had done that... I keep b-blushing! Y-Y/N and me are being considered a couple, but I want it real.

Double-date! I'm so excited! I heard that Ching has a great sense of fashion, maybe she can help me look nice. But since dresses in Sooga Village are quite expensive, I guess we have to ask someone called Ring-Ring? Ching said that Ring-Ring likes 'perfect' looking people, so I have to wear my best outfit to impress her and convince her to let me borrow one of her dresses. I'm still thinking of Garu and I being a couple, it's just— oh my gosh, I just blushed too long.

That was such a nice vacation, and I'm So excited for me and Y/N's wedding. Evil laugh

Walks into basement

"Sweet Y/N, are you awa-". She's GONE?! How?! All my doors were locked... I think it's safe to say Garu was all behind this..?! You know what, I like Pucca more! I don't even need Y/N.

"Here's some sweet bamboo sticks I found!", I said as I fed (pet name)

"Now, (pet name), I'm leaving, bye love you!", I bid goodbye as I put on my best coat.

Walking to Ring-Ring's front step

I think this is her house? Yup, it is.

Knocking sounds

"What do you need?", Ring-Ring called out annoyingly. She was so pretty! I loved her dress. Time to act like a sassy queen.

"Oh heyy, my name is Y/N, sweetie. I stopped by just to admire how you look, and to ask if I can borrow one your dresses for a special occasion.", I said in the same kind of voice.

"Oh— Of course! I love your outfit too, darling. Come in and pick whatever dress you need, you can keep it permanently.", Ring-Ring requested. I'm so happy! She accepted me into her house.

Hmm.. Yes! I found the best one.

"I'll have this one.", I mentioned

"Good choice, lovely. You'll look PERFECT in that!", Ring-Ring complimented. After that, I left her house and thanked her for her help.

"So what should you wear?", asked Abyo.

I shook my head no in response.

"Nothing? Just your usual clothes? Well, seems fine to me." I don't quite like dressing up, unless I really adore the occasion, but I need a protective outfit to protect the 'double date' thing. I blushed once again...

"Thinking of Y/N?" said Abyo. I punched him softly.

"C-Check it o-out Y/N..." whispered Garu. He showed me a cute little candy stand. While Abyo and Ching checked out other stuff, he looked around so no one he knows will hear his voice, except me...? Anyways, he told the candy maker to make us a big, rose taffy in a stick! It looked so yummy, but him thinking of that romantic flower made me wonder and blush, which lead me to hide my face.

Why. Did. I. Say. That. I just couldn't think of anything— at least she liked it.

"D-Do you w-want some?", I offered her.

"Sure!", she accepted. I let her bite the soft taffy first.

"This is so good.", responded Y/N. I bit in the spot near hers, so I won't be weird biting the taffy on the same spot she bit. Later on, I took her to games, rides, and stuff. Those were the happiest moments we ever created.

Y/N and Garu started to gain feelings for each other with the help of the double date, especially Garu. He thinks of her first thing every morning, and the last time every night. With Tobe and Pucca, they also started to become more than friends. Pucca now lives in Tobe's house.
