but between me and you I didn't even have a favourite color until she yelled out yellow!!
She was so excited & smiling like a little kid ,so I told her she was right & I haven't seen yellow the same way since,it's in everything.
It reminds me of your smile;the way your teeth glimmer in the sunlight & the way it draws me in with it's brightness.
It reminds me of late nights watching sunsets.
Even to this day when people ask me my favourite color my mind almost immediately slips to the sunflowers in your garden and paint covered hands.
And today we begin the journey that leads to our wedding,it starts with my favourite yellow,
