Groaning. I woke to the sound of creatures groaning from the front of my house. As i rose from my bed, i quickly ran to the window and opened the curtains. "Wha....what...are these...creatures?!" i said out loud to myself. *BANG BANG* A noise from behind startled me. As i turned around, i noticed it was my siblings, Ty and Sasha with a worried look on their faces.

Sasha: "y/n grab some supplies and use this backpack."

*Ty throws a backpack at you* "No time to explain y/n. The news said we need to either leave or stay indoors. And well...by the looks of it...we aren't very safe here for much longer."

y/n: "We're more safe here then out there with those things! I mean...what even are they?!"

Sasha: "y/n please! Just pack! We'll tell you on the way."

y/n: "On the way to-"

*Ty interrupts* : y/n. move it."

You start to hurry and pack as you quietly think of scenarios in your head of what those things really may be and what they're capable of. Your curiosity takes over and you begin to walk over to look outside of your window again.

As you look outside, your heart starts to fasten it's beat. Ferocious looking humans were chasing after people. Screams. Terrible screams from the ones who were attacked. I watched in absolute horror. We need to help them.

I felt a presence behind me, it was Sasha.

Sasha: "You shouldn't look y/n. I promise i'll explain on the way."

y/n: "You still haven't told me where we're going. And...not to mention, what's actually happening?!"

Sasha: "You know what they are, and i know that you do know. They're zombies y/n. I don't know how they got here or what but...*sighs*"

y/n: "...I'm packed."

*Ty walks in with a hand full of food.*: "Great."
