I regret it.

I regret it all.

Everything that i have done to hurt her.

Eventhough what i did was unforgivable, i still hope that she would be mine.

But, i know. She would never want to be with me after all i've done

Shaking my head, trying to get these memories of her out of my head and continue walking down the hallway

Eventhough, i haven't seen her in a year, the feeling i have for her is still there and no matter how much i wanted to forget her, i can't

Who can ever forget her? She is still to this day, my first love.

"Dude, what are you doing?"

"He's thinking about his love life, again"

"He's been staring at the wall for 30 minutes! People are looking at him like he's crazy!"

Suddenly, someone hit me at the back of my head

"Ow! What the hell man?!" I said, rubbing the back of my head

"He told me to do it"

I look over to Aaron to see smirking at me "I told him to do it. To save you from looking like an idiot, you can thank me later"

I roll my eyes at him and started to walk out of college. I decided to enroll myself to California state University

I don't know why i wanted to go here but, i did and i accepted. Ever since, i got accepted, i changed in a good way. I had stop hanging out with some of my 'bad influence' friends and focus on my studies for awhile

And i met Aaron and Xander, when i 'accidentally' spilled my coffee on Aarons head. Don't judge me, that day i had a bad mood and he bumped into me and he won't shut up about it

I took my coffee and dump it on his head and walked away. The next day, he walked up to me and dump his coffee on to my head. I remember, he said "We're even now"

And to this day, we became best buds and then we met Xander. Me and Aaron were talking about something, i don't remember and out of nowhere, someone threw a balloon at Aaron and got his face wet. If we were in a cartoon, Aarons face would turn bright red and that's how we met Xander, he apologized but not without getting a punch from Aaron

"He's doing it again! Dude, snap out of it!"

"Sorry," I said, rubbing the back of my head "It's kind of a problem"

"No shit, stop doing it. you look crazy" Aaron said

I roll my eyes at him and started to make our way to lunch, we usually don't eat in the school. we usually find a nice cafe and hang out there, maybe have a coffee together as buds. we walked to our favorite 'hang out' cafe, not far from college and decided to have lunch. it doesn't take long to get to the cafe, maybe around 10 minutes?

We walk inside the cafe to be greeted with a smell of fresh pastries from the oven and freshly brewed coffee, we took a seat next to the window and grabbed the menu from the table and look at the options "What would you like, Aaron?" said Amelia

I smile at her and ask "How are you doing, Amelia?"

She looks at me and smile "I'm doing just fine, Jason. Now, i know you came here for food and what would you like?"

"I would like a cheese burger with french fries and lemonade"

"I would a turkey sandwich with onion rings and a coke"

"And i would like a steak and water. That's all, Amelia" I said, putting down my menu and smile up at her

"Alright, you're orders will take around 10-15 minutes" She said, smiling and walking away with our orders

"Man! I'm starving!" Xander said, rubbing his stomach

"We just ordered, it'll take awhile. Be patient" Aaron said

"But, Aaron! I'm starving!" Xander whined, hitting the table with his fists and pouting his lips

"You know that you don't look cute pouting your lips, right?" I said

"Stop acting like a child! it's embarrassing, Xander!"

Suddenly, Amelia came and place a cheese burger infront of Xander. Xander stopped whining and stared at the burger "Thanks, Amelia. You saved me from starvation today!"

"No problem, Sweetheart. Dig in!"

Xander and Aaron started to dig in. Actually, Xander is 'pigging out' and Aaron looked at Xander, disgusted by his eating behavior

Sweetheart.

That nickname rang like a bell in my head, I used to call her that. While, she called me Stranger

She was something else. She's diffrent, from all of the girls i have met and that's why i had a crush on her or more like fallen in love with her

Sweetheart. That name suited her, She's sweet and shy and who can forget about those heart shaped lips of hers?

"Jason! Snap out of it!"

Someone smacked the back of my head "Dude! That wasn't necessary!" I said, rubbing the back of my head

"You were daydreaming, again. I need you to stop embarrassing us"

"You didn't have to smack the back of my head, asshole"

He smirked "It's funny"

I roll my eyes and took a bite of my steak "Wow! This is amazing, Amelia!"

Xander noded "How can you make this cheese burger taste so good?"

Amelia chuckled "I made them with love and it's a secret recipe"

We continue to eat our food in silence, enjoying our afternoon lunch

After, we finished eating out lunch. We headed our seperate ways, Aaron had to meet his mom while, Xander promised his little sister to go to the ice cream shop together

While, i'm headed to the place where i met her. The meadow, i haven't been there in so long. I have been to busy with college and i never get a chance to visit the meadow

And hopefully, i get to see her again. I know she probably has forgetten about me and living a happy life with someone else

But, i just want to see her. One last time before i moved on from her

Parking my car on the side of the road, getting out of my car and walking towards the meadow, with my hands inside of my jeans pocket

I missed this place. The chilly wind, the calm atmosphere, the wild flowers growing here, the view, and the stars shining down at me

Looking left and right, hoping that she would be here. I sat down on the grass, closing my eyes and enjoying the atmosphere around me

"You actually came and decided to visit me, huh?"

I opened my eyes to her staring at me, her big hazel eyes looking down at me. She took a seat next to me and asked "Why are you here?"

"I came to visit the meadow, it's been a long time since i last visited"

She chuckled "Yeah, it has. Been about a year?"

"Yeah, busy with college"

"Same here, i missed this place. It's been a long time"

Silence came between us and i don't know what to say to her, usually i can talk to her about everything. But, now it seems diffrent.

Everything is diffrent since what i did to her

"I'm sorry"

She looks at me, confused "What are you talking about?"

"About the night, i hurt you. I'm sorry about ruining our friendship, I'm sorry for breaking your trust, i'm sorry for hurting you, i'm sorry i dissapointed you, i'm sorry for everything i had ever done to you! You don't know how guilty i felt when you were crying begging for me to stop!? You said on our graduation, you had to think if you wanted to forgive me or not! I spent a year mouring about you! I thought you hated me for life and i thought you were going to leave and forget about me! You can move on and live happily just please! Forgive me..."

"I know i was never good enough for you, never in a million year i would ever that i could fall for someone like you. You can hate me as much as you want, scream, slap, kick, hit, as much as you want. I'm sorry, i know i said that a million times now-"

"I forgive you"

"What?" I said, shocked that she actually forgive me

"I'm forgive you, Jason"

I stood up and walked up to her, giving her the biggest hug i have ever given to anyone, picking her up and spinning her around

"Jason, stop!" She yelled, giggling. While, i laughed along with her. I stopped spinning her and place her down

She stumbles and i stood beside her, balancing her, she looks up at me and gave me one of the breathtaking smiles

"Do you really forgive me?"

"Of course, i thought about forgiving you for about a year and now, i finally get to see you again and i decide to forgive you. You deserve forgiveness"

I chuckled "Thank you, Sweetheart"

She smiles "No problem, Stranger"

I look at my watch to see it is already 11 p.m and i have class tomorrow, if i'm late tomorrow Mr. White will surely kill me "Sweetheart, i have to go. I have class tomorrow"

"That sucks. Well, it's getting late anyway, i have to go home too. Bye Stranger!" She said, walking away from me

I stood there, enjoying the cold breeze hitting against my skin and i look up to see the star shining. I miss definitely miss this place

I started walking to car. When, suddenly someone tackled me to the ground and kissed me

I'm shocked but quickly kiss her back. I remembered it like it was our first kiss, sweet and passionate at the same time. We stopped kissing when we both ran out of air, we both are panting for air

"Why did you kiss me?"

"It's a goodbye kiss"

"So, this will be the last time we see each other?"

She shrugged "Maybe yes, Maybe no. Who knows? We are going to be busy with college and work"

"Well, if it is our last time together. I want to say thank you for a being my partner in crime and thank you for being my first love"

"Thank you for giving new experiences, thank you for being my friend, and thank you for everything"

I chuckled and look down at her wrist "You still have that thing?"

She brings her wrist close to her chest "It's a gift from you to me, i can't just throw it away. Beside, it's a reminder that i can became a little rebellious sometimes"

"Sweetheart, you're not rebellious. You're a wild flower"
