The date was adorable yet simple, still shocked that he actually skip school just to prepare the date

I think it was cute that he was so nevous about everything, always asking me if i like it or not, i'm actually suprised that he prepared a cute and simple which is very thoughtful of him rather than going to a nice dinner

I'm actually starting to think that maybe i have a crush on stranger? That's what jordan said

I get butterflies in my stomach when i'm around him and jugding by all the romance novels, i have read that you have a crush on someone

And to be honest, i kinda forgot the feeling of having a crush on someone so, maybe i do have a crush on stranger

I feel like stranger and i just connect but, not the first time we met

I giggled, remembering the first time we met, he was the guy that ask me to leave 'his' meadow and yet being the stubborn girl i am, i said no and look at us now! Both good friends

As i was saying, good friends that make fun and laugh at each other when their in pain or scared

I'm in my dreamland until someone threw a paperback at me and it hit me on the cheek and i look over to see who threw the ball, of course it's the one and only jordan

"You just giggled when no one said anything!" He whispers

"What?!" I whisper-yell at him

"Stop that it's creepy!" He whispers

"I was just daydreaming!" I whisper-yell at him

He rolls his eyes at me "Yeah, daydreaming about that guy from the meadow"

"I was not thinking about him!"

He rolls hie eyes at me "You can't lie to yourself, Addie"

I groan in annoyance

Jordan's right

No, he's not

You just giggled when you daydreamed about stranger, by yourself woman! That's next level creepy!

To say, i'm annoyed that my self conacious is right

What is stranger doing to me?!

Maybe he's slips drug into my rasberry lemonade before

But, a voice in my head said that i can trust him

Why do i believe that voice?

I don't know!

It's a good thing because if i never trusted him, i would never be friends with him

The school bell rang and i snap out of my daze, grab my backpack and head out the door, i went to my locker and put my books there

Until, someone hug me from behind and i can't move by the smell of his axe cologne, i can tell it's jordan

"What are you doing?"

"I'm hugging my best friend, it that a crime?"

I giggle "No, it's just you rarely hug me from behind"

He shrug his shoulders "I saw the opportunity and i took it"

"You're never like this, jordan"

He sighs and let go of me "I just miss my best friend"

"How about tomorrow, we'll have a movie marathon like old times, what do you say?"

He nod, smiling "I would like that"

He grabs my hand and walk to the parking lot of school, unlocking his car and getting in, he drove me home

I turn on the radio and 'Shape of you' come on, instantly jordan and i sing, dance and laugh at each other

Soon, i'm infront of my house and i hug jordan before i got out of the car and start walking to my front door

Before, jordan left "Hey, Jordan!" I yell

He looks at me "What?"

"Don't forget about tomorrow!"

He smile, giving me a thumbs up and he drove off

I grab my house key from my backpack and unlock the door, head inside as usual my mom isn't back from work yet

I went upstairs to my room, dropping my backpack on the floor and sitting myself on my bed

Since, it's already '5:20'. I should probably get ready to meet stranger

Walking to my closet, i pick out a white off the shoulder top with some black skinny jeans and my high top black converse

Looking at myself in the mirror and giving myself a pat on the back because i pick out a cute outfit

Pppffffftttt! You're trying to look cute for stranger

No, i'm not!

Don't try to deny it!

Ignoring my self conscious, i went downstairs and head out to meet stranger

I walk along the dark street and took a right turn into the dark and trying to be scared of how the trees look really creepy at night

My legs slightly become weak, i just keep imagining that the trees have yellow eyes and are looking at me and my every move

I keep on walking and start to jog because i don't want to be in the dark woods any longer

And finally, i reach the meadow and i saw stranger standing there with his hands behind his back

I walk over to him "What are you hiding behind your back?"

He shook his head at me "I will show you later"

I pout at him "But, i want to know what's behind your back now"

He shook his head at me and his eyes gleam with amusement "Sit first"

I sat down on the ground and he sat down next to me "Can you show me it now?"

He chuckled "Someone's impatient"

The thing he's been hiding from me is a bouquet of white gardenia flower wrap beautifully with a white ribbon

"Do you like it?"

I nod my head at him, speechless

"It's beautiful" I whisper as i grab the bouquet from him

"I wanted to get you flowers but, i didn't know what kind you like since, your middle name is a flower, i decided to get gardenia's for you"

"I have never seen a gardenia before in my life"

"Really?" He said, shock with my responce

I look at him "This is my first time seeing them, so thank you"

"Your welcome" He said, eyes gleamong with happiness

"I'm glad, you pick gardenia's rather than roses"

He raise an eyebrow at me "Why?"

"Because, most guys gives their girls roses and i feel like almost every girl likes roses"

He nods "Most of my friends gives their girlfriend's roses"

"See! That's what i'm talking about! Just glad you thought of something other than roses"

He chuckles "You sure have an opinion on alot of stuff"

"Well, that's me!"

He chuckles and he took out pringles from his backpack, he opens it and grab a pringle and pop it in his mouth

He saw me drooling over the pringles and offered me some pringle and happily accept the offer

I ate the happily and did my happy pringles dance while stranger look at me weirdly

"Are you high?"

I shook my head at him "I'm doing my pringles dance"

He shook his head at me and laughs out loud

And that night became the night that i fell in love with his laugh and the night i start to realize that i have a crush on stranger
