Harry and I walked down the corridors filled with student and noticed something strange. They were wearing these badges that had Cedric's face on it and changed into Harry's face with the words 'Harry Stinks'. Almost everybody had it and they were even showing it to Harry.
We walked towards the field when two of Cedric friends blocked our way. I recognized the blonde girl, her mom works at the ministry. The two turned to face Harry and I flashing their badges.
"Like the badge?" The blonde girl said as the two broke into laughter.
"Doesn't your mom work at the ministry?" I said pushing the two aside, "I'll remember you". Her expressions stiffened real quick. Cedric was laying on a bench in the field surrounded by a group of his friends. We made our way and his friends nudged Cedric flashing Harry their badges. Of course, Cedric didn't have one.
"Read the badge Potter!" One of the boys mocked as the rest broke into laughter.
"Can I have a word?"
"Alright" Cedric got up and followed Harry a little further away until they got to a distance where the rest of us wouldn't hear their conversation.
"Look, it's Potter's girlfriend!" I snapped my head towards the boy who said that crossing my arms. His friends all eyed me nudging him who just continued to laugh, he must be a muggle born. I walked over to him as he flashed the badge at me, no one was laughing but him.
"Read the room idiot" I said ripping the badge off of his robe and throwing it on the ground, "I'm fucking Evelyn Clermont" I glared at him as his smile faded so quickly. I turned around to see Harry quickly running over to Ron yelling something. They're probably fighting again.
"Evelyn" Cedric called for me.
"You have a very interesting group of friends" I walked over to him as he laughed.
"Ron's not talking to Harry yeah?"
"Oh please they won't stop bickering whenever they see each other" We stopped to watch Harry and Ron fighting once again in the distance.
"The badges, who's giving it out?" I looked away rolling my eyes. Nothing you don't see everyday these days.
"Malfoy. I asked them not to wear them but-"

"It's alright they'll soon praise him"
"You're not rooting for me?" He furrowed his eyebrows with a smile.
"I'm rooting for the both of you, and Fleur, don't make me choose please" I laughed.
"Why so tense Potter!" Cedric and I turned around to Draco sitting on top of a tree with Crabbe and Goyle on his side, "My father and I have a bet you see! I don't think you're gonna last 10 minutes in this tournament" He jumped down the tree and walked towards Harry, "He disagrees, he thinks you won't even last 5"
"I don't give a DAMN what your father thinks Malfoy" Harry stomped over to Draco shoving him before I could even do anything. "He's vile, and cruel. And you're pathetic"
Cedric looked and me raising his eyebrows and I was just as surprised as he was. Harry never stood up for himself like that, I could tell he was fuming. Draco hurriedly took out a wand from his robe pocket and pointed it towards Harry walking back towards Cedric and I.
"OH NO YOU DON'T!" A rough old voice shouted from the corridors as a white light hit Draco turning him into a ferret. My eyes widened as Cedric and Harry let out a laughter.
"HOW DARE YOU TRY TO CURSE SOMEONE WHILE THEIR BACK IS TURNED!" From the corridors walked out Moody. He pointed his wand at the ferret lifting it up and down and he spoke.
"You stinky, cowardly, scumming-"
"Profesor Moody what are you doing?" Professor McGonagall came rushing by.
"Teaching"
"Is that a- Is that a student?!"
"Technically it's a ferret" Moody said putting the ferret inside Crabbe's pants as he yelled out. Soon a crowd formed around us laughing, even Harry and Cedric. I did find it funny but I was in utter shock. Profesor McGonagall flicked her wand transforming the ferret back to Draco who jumped up backing away.
"My father will hear about this!"
"Is that a threat? IS THAT A THREAT!" Moody yelled and chased Draco around a tree.
"Profesor Moody, Profesor- ALASTOR." Profesor McGonagall stopped Moody with a firm expression on her face, "We NEVER use transfiguration as a punishment. Surely Dumbledore told you that" She pointed her wand at Moody.

"Might've mentioned it"
"You will do well to remember that" She walked away and towards the crowd of students, "Away!"
"You, come with me" Moody motioned at Harry walking back into the corridors with his big walking stick. Harry looked at me as I nodded before he walked off.
"By the way" Cedric nudged me, "if you had to choose to root for Fleur, Harry, or me, who would go for?" He crossed his arms looking down at me with a smile.
"Viktor Krum" I rolled my eyes laughing before walking away back into the corridors.

The next day Harry was nowhere to be found. He along with the three other champions had already left to get prepared to start their match.
"Evelyn!" Ron grabbed my arm as Hermione came up beside him.
"Oh so you're talking to me now" I turned to face Hermione and Ron crossing my arms.
"I wasn't mad at you and even if I was I would never give you the silent treatment! You're like my sister!"
"Then why weren't you talking to me or Harry? Harry's your best friend you bimbo"
"Well because you were always around Harry and I did tell him the first task were dragons"
"Hagrid did"
"No I did, the whole Dean telling Parvati was a lie. It was me this whole time, I thought Harry or you would figure out and stop being mad at me"
"How on Earth were we supposed to figure that out you idiot!"
Hermione stared to laugh pulling my arm out of the common room.
"Him, really?" I whispered in her ear as Ron followed closely behind us.
"Shove off Evelyn"
It felt nice to be back as a group of 4.. well 3 for now but I know Harry would be understanding. Hermione Ron and I made our way towards the quidditch field laughing and having small talks until Hermione stopped midway staring at the champions tent.
"I think I'm gonna go talk to Harry" She turned to look at us, "Do you guys want to come with me?" She said mainly looking at Ron, obviously she knew I'd come with her but things were probably still awkward between Ron and Harry.
"I'll grab our seats" He said walking off with a conflicted facial expression. Hermione looked at me sighing before pulling me towards the champion's tent. We snuck towards the back where the curtain had an opening. In between the crack of the curtain I saw all four champions preparing themselves for their first task.
"Psst" Hermione leaned close against the curtain, "psst!" Someone's feet started to come closer to the curtain noticing the sound Hermione made.
"Harry? is that you?" I whispered peeking from Hermione's shoulder lifting the curtain up a little.
"Yeah" He whispered back softly leaning in.
"How are you feeling, ok?.. The key is to concentrate after that you just have to-"
"Battle the dragon" He finished Hermione's sentence. She looked back at me sighing and quickly went inside through the opening of the curtain to hug Harry. I slowly entered the champions tent just as Hermione jumped on to him.
"Evelyn?" Cedric called out furrowing his eyebrows, "What are you doing-" His sentence was interrupted by a quick flash as a woman walked in.
"Young love!" She exclaimed walking inside the the tent examining Harry and Hermione then at me before walking towards us. I quickly got out of the way and grabbed Fleur's arm.
"What did I say Fleur? You're crazy you've gone crazy you're absolutely crazy" I whispered in her ear.
"If I die here I'll make sure to apologize to you" She whispered back in French.
"You have no business here! This tent is for champions and friends" Viktor Krum walked up to her talking in a Bulgarian accent.
"No matter, we've got what we wanted" Rita Skeeter said before taking another picture of Viktor and left smirking.
"Good day champions! Gather around please" Dumbledore walked in followed by Crouch, Filch, headmistress and Igor. We all gathered around Dumbledore as I hugged Fleur's arm tight. "At last the moment has arrived, a moment only four of you will fully appreciate.. What are you doing here miss Granger and Clermont?" He asked eyeing the two of us.
"oh um.. Sorry I'll just..go" Hermione said walking out of the tent motioning me to follow. Fleur looked at me worried as I slowly let go of her arm. Before walking out I turned towards Harry and mouthed 'Good Luck'.

The Pugilist
Vincent Roy Salazar has never been your common folk. He climbed any mountain he found in front of him. From a bright young student to an accomplished professor, his life can be described as a continuous race to the top of his chosen fields. Patriarch of a loving family, proud father of three already grown siblings, Roy realizes that his life is the perfect picture of what the average man strives for, and for that he is truly grateful. But happiness is a difficult-to-reach goal, and as he lies in a pool of his own blood, his fist cracked, a young lady crying while cradling his head, he remembers what really gave sense to his youth. Pure Unadulterated Violence The Pugilist wants to be a different take on isekai shenanigans. What would happen if instead of a moronic idiot, a depressed high schooler, or a wannabe hero the one to get his do-over is a fully grown man that has already seen what life has to offer in full? Someone who conformed himself to society, but has always craved something different? In a journey of self-discovery, academy building, god-slaying, and absolutely no harem we follow someone driven by logic, experience, and a smokey goal: to fuck shit up, have fun while doing so, and maybe resume his career as a professor for those strange, magic-wielding, unstable youths that seems to never get enough of his presence. Guys, a few notes, first of all, this is my first time writing long-form fiction. I have a background in psychology, and my main income comes from writing dreary financial articles on SEO blogs. But after a bad break-up, and finding myself falling asleep only while thinking of deus ex machina for stories on this site (and for APGTE) I decided to try my hand at this web series thingy. I'm confident in my grammar, but that's it. Everything else will be a first time, and as such any constructive criticism is encouraged and gratefully accepted. Now, on the story. Romance will be introduced once my little heart is mended, if you are scared of LGBT you may be turned off by the fact that I plan to have no taboo of any kind in my universe, but I won't ever write detailed sex scenes for any characters so don't worry too much. The litRPG part is very light and will take place later in the novel, but it's a key component nonetheless, for world-building and storyline reasons. I already have everything big planned out, so I won't drop it outta nowhere, and I hope you won't find too many flaws in how things pan out. I plan to make The Pugilist an interactive story, with secondary characters created by my audience and introduced after tweaks and careful planning. The main reason I'm writing this is that I want to build a community for myself in this time of isolation. I discovered that exercising, playing the piano or video games means jack-shit when you are utterly miserable, so I hope to give some value to my readers in exchange for praise, fame, money, and companionship. I give full props to anyone who has read this whole mess of a synopsis: I hope to not disappoint too much, now let's write some more steaming garbage that will be in dire need of editing later on.
