You don't say anything and just attempt to walk past him

"(Y/n).." Alessio says standing up blocking the door

"What?" You say looking past him

"You need to come with me" he says

"Why? It's just a waste of time. You and everyone else have moved on and so should I" You say trying to shove past him

"(Y/n) I'm not letting you go" he says blocking you off again

"Fine" You say giving in

He leads you to his car and you get in

"Where are we going" You say buckling up

"You'll know when we get there" he says pulling out of your driveway

Alessio pulls up at the theatre that premiered Rim of The World 2

"Why are we here" you say unbuckling and getting out of the car

"Because we need to talk (y/n)" Alessio says also getting out of the car

He leads you to a back door that was propped open

He escorts you in and leads you up a flight of stairs

He opens another door that leads you to a balcony

"Why are we here of all places. And how did you know where to get in?" You ask

"We are here because we need to catch up...personally" Alessio says standing at the edge of the balcony

"Okay?.." you say also standing next to the edge but away from him

Alessio scoots himself next to you

You just awkwardly glance at him

"C'mon. I'm still Alessio" he says nudging you grinning his amazing grin

You let a small smile slip and continue looking out at the city

"Look (y/n) if I would've known all of that. I wouldn't have brought Hailey around so soon" he says looking at the city as well

"I get it. You can wait forever" You say

Alessio nods in agreement

"It's just not hard being close" You say

"We can be close (y/n) we've always been close. We just can't be together" he says

"I know" you say

"I'm with Hailey and someday you're gonna find someone amazing as well" he says rubbing your back

He doesn't get it.

"Yea I guess" you lie looking down at your hands

"I'll always care about you (y/n)" Alessio says turning you towards him so you make eye contact

"Me to Alessio" you say giving in

You both embrace each other in a hug that lingers for a while

You get changed into some regular clothes and wait for Alessio to come over

After about 30 minutes of playing on your phone you finally hear the doorbell ring

You get up and travel to the door

"Hola amigo" you say letting Alessio in

"Elllo mate" he says with an awful Australian accent

You chuckle and shut the door behind him

"So what do you wanna do?" You ask

"Hang out" he shrugs

You and Alessio spend the entire day hanging out at your house playing bored games, watching movies, going live and eating

"Oop" Alessio says pulling his buzzing phone out of his pocket

You were in the middle of making a home made pizza

"Hey baby" he says

You cringe

One thing Alessio never called you in your relationship whether it was a dream or real life, was 'baby'

"Yea baby I'll be there soon. I can't wait to see your cute face" he says blushing into the phone

You wanted to punch him

"I love you... bye" he says hanging up

"So I have to go" he says

"Yea that's fine" you say not looking at him poking the raw pizza dough

"Bye (y/n)" he says pulling you into a side hug

"Bye" You say not even bothering to hug back

As soon as Alessio left you threw everything away including the unbaked pizza

*** One week later

You and Alessio have hung out everyday

You've always done something different each day

You were surprised that he never spends his days with Hailey

Today you are both at the park walking Nino for Alessio's mom

"So why do you never hang out with Hailey?" You ask looking at your shoes

"Hailey is very busy with her job" He says

"What does she do?" You ask

"She works for a Magazine" he says

"She writes and edits almost all day and she stays overtime a lot" he says

"That's dedication" You say

"Yeaaaa she can be distant sometimes but she's amazing" he says smiling at himself

You look in another direction and roll your eyes

***Three days later

"Okay sooo Mr. Z O T T O" you say spelling out his name as you eat a scoop of ice cream

"So" he says raising one of his bushy eyebrows as he chews

"Everytime we hang out we never really talk about you" you say

"What do you want to know" he shrugs taking another bite off of his ice cream cone

"Well what's new?" you say

"Uhh I've gotten a few more roles but nothing big. I'm focusing on my music career" he says after swallowing

"What do your parents think of that?" You ask

"I don't know..it doesn't matter anyways I don't live with them" he shrugs

"Since when" you laugh in confusion

"Since I moved out and got an apartment" he says

"I wanna see it" You say

"Bet" he says

You both leave the ice cream shop you were at and head to his car

"You highkey owe me gas money" he says chuckling

"No" you say squinting your eyes at him

"How do you figure?!" He says

"Because I pay for my rides with my company" you say flipping your hair

"Okay hot stuff" he chuckles and pulls out of the parking lot

"Okay here we are" he says

You look at the building in awe

"(Y/n)?" Alessio says snapping you out of your stare session

You look at him

"Are you good?" He asks

"Yea I'm great" you say shaking off the coincidence

He leads you into the building and to the elevator

He punched the button to head to the same floor the apartment from your coma dream is on

"This is crazy" you mumble to yourself

"What?" He says

"Okay when we get to the floor don't tell me what apartment it is let me guess" you say in a serious tone

"Okay" he says with a *wtf* face

The elevator doors open and you lead him to the apartment from your dream

"Is this it?" You look at him

"How did you know that?" He says unlocking the door

"Alessio this is the apartment from my dream" You say
