Liliana's PoV
Thankfully, Valentina and Vins wedding went on without a hitch and they are now enjoying a family vacation somewhere on the other side of the world.
It's been a week since they've gone and I've been stuck at home, sick. I'm actually fucking sick of being sick. I never get sick.
But I've been spending this time wisely and I've slowly began gathering ideas of what I want the wedding day to look like. Sebastian has given me all the reins, claiming he 'planned' the last wedding of ours even though I know he got someone else to do it. Honestly, he just can't care less about it all.
But I have no problem with that.
I jumped up out of bed and ran to the bathroom, I bent over the toilet and emptied out the contents of my stomach which practically consisted of nothing. Sebastian followed behind me and gathered my hair in his hands, holding it back as he rubbed my back.
"Why aren't you sick?," I groaned as I sat on the floor and leaned against the wall, feeling jealous of him and his immune system. He shrugged his shoulders. I closed my eyes only for him to lightly nudge me with his leg. I cracked open an eye.
"I need to piss."
I shrugged my shoulders. "I'm too tired to get up and I've seen it all before. The stage is yours." He narrowed his eyes at me as I closed mine once again only for that funny feeling in my stomach to return. He crouched down in front of me, resting his arms on his knees. He placed a hand on my forehead.
"You don't have a fever," he observed.
"No shit Sherlock," I said, snarky. He let out a sigh.
"I think you should get checked out," he spoke, ignoring me.
"Stop being stupid," I told him. "I will be fine in a few days. It's just a bug."
He didn't even bother trying to argue with me because we had this same conversation yesterday. He held an arm out and pulled me to my feet before he pulled me over the sink and placed my toothbrush in my mouth after putting toothpaste on it.
He grabbed his toothbrush and brushed his teeth as mine sat in mouth unmoving. My eyes closed and I could feel myself falling to the side before he grabbed me. "We're definitely going to the doctor."
I shook my head. "I just need to sleep."

He let out a sigh and held my face tightly to keep me awake and upright before he grabbed my toothbrush with his still hanging in his mouth. He moved my brush around my mouth before telling me to spit a couple of times. When he was done, he tucked me into bed once again before he left.
I think I ate something that was out of date.

Sebastian's PoV
"Fuck off," I said flatly to the two men in front of me. "I'm sick and tired of you two. I don't own her which means I don't control her or make her decisions for her. I will tell her and she will make her own decision. Now fuck off."
"Sebastian, I swear to god if you tell her-," Liliana's non biological dad spoke.
Remember her mother had an affair with Matteo's father?
"What? What the fuck is it that you think you can do?" His mouth snapped shut. "She doesn't want to know you. She's made that very clear."
Suddenly, they both began shouting over each other. "Shut the fuck up!," I yelled out, silencing them both. They stared at me. I always wondered why she looked nothing like her father, turns out he isn't even her dad.
I looked at Matteos father who's name I still don't know. I could slightly see the resemblance but if I didn't know who or what I was looking for, I wouldn't have realised.
I will tell her. But only once she's better.
I ran a hand down my face as I called for security to get rid of the fucking idiots. "She won't agree," I told them as they were escorted out by a member of the security team.
She don't think she will agree to getting to know her real dad.
For some reason, only now he wants to get to know her.
I did some paperwork for a while, signing and signing papers. By the end of it and many hours later, my hand was tired and cramping up.
I'm pretty sure I could just pay someone to do it for me.
Suddenly the door was pushed open and I saw Liliana walk in. "What are you doing here?," I asked her a I ushered her over to me. Dom stood behind her.
"I missed you," she said with a smile as she sat on my lap leaning her head against my chest. I narrowed my eyes at Dom, waiting for him to speak.

"She called me," he shrugged. "She looked fine to me and I thought it would be better if I drove her rather than her driving and possibly killing herself."
"Thanks," I told him, knowing that with or without him, she would've made her way over here.
"Hey, what happened with that business proposition I came here for?," she suddenly asked curiously.
"After that day, I called your boss and we did some business," I shrugged. She nodded her head, understanding what I meant.
My hand fell on her thigh, tracing over the outline of Donald Duck before doing the same to Goofy.
At least it's not Winnie The Pooh.
Suddenly, the door was thrown open and my head snapped towards it with the aim to see who the intruder was. Within seconds, my free hand slid into the drawer and pulled out a gun as the other hand pulled her even closer to me. I held it in my hand tightly under the desk as I waited for anything.
"Liliana?"
"Oh what the fuck are you doing back?," I asked exasperated as I realised who it was. I put the gun back in the drawer.
"Dad?," she said questioningly. I watched as his face softened.
The last time they saw each other was the mafia ball and I heard that she said some pretty not nice stuff to him and her mom.
"You don't look good," he spoke worriedly. "You're so pale."
She shrugged her shoulders. "Who is he?," she asked as she looked at the newcomer who was stood by the door. Matteos father. Also, her real dad.
"Baby," I spoke, knowing the man who brought her up doesn't even want to tell her. She glanced up at me, giving me her full attention. "He's your real dad."
"What?," she asked, chuckling slightly before it turned into full blown laughter.
I thought she wasn't feeling good.
"That is not my dad."
"The last time I saw you, you were just a little bubbly child," he spoke, not really helping the situation. "I'm sorry I wasn't there."
"I don't care," she spoke flatly, like she just didn't laugh until tears came out.
"I knew about you," he said. "I did. Your mother told me that's why I was always away and never there. I wanted to be there so bad but-."
"How dare you?," she asked, standing up from where her spot on my lap, trying to seem intimidating with her Mickey Mouse pyjamas. "How dare you?," she repeated in shock. "You are not my dad."
He nodded his head softly. "I am."
Liliana's PoV
"If you are then why are you here? I don't need you and I don't want you. You're a stranger. You weren't even there for Matteo and look at how fucked up he turned out!," I yelled at this stranger, anger bubbling up inside of me.
How dare he just say this to me after years? If he really wanted to be there for me, he should've tried harder.
Why the fuck is this coming up suddenly out of the blue? He never cared before so why the sudden change of heart?
I haven't heard from him my whole life and now he suddenly wants to create a relationship with me? This whole situation just feels off. It doesn't feel right.
"I want to be here for you."
Lies.
"Too late," I shrugged. "One kid dies so you try to fuck up the life of the one you didn't care about? Fucking pathetic. What are you even doing? Trying to replace him with me? You sick fuck."
"I'm-."
"I don't care!," I exclaimed. "I don't even know your name and it's too late. I don't want you as my father. I don't need you because the man who brought me up and loved me like his own, didn't even give a shit about me. So what makes me think that you, a stranger, will?"
"Now, that's not true," the one who brought me up spoke, defending himself.
"Did you or did you not get me married to a psycho mafia leader with a lot blood on his hands?," I asked him before turning to look at Sebastian. "No offence, honey," I added in sheepishly at the end.
"None taken," he shrugged as he watched this play out in front of him.
"I did."
"Did you or did you not do that while knowing his mother believed that you killed her child?"
He let out a sigh. "I'm sorry."
"I don't give a fuck," I spat out. "I've heard it all before. So do me a favour and neither of you contact me ever again. I want nothing to do with either of you."
"You heard her," Sebastian spoke up, knowing I want this conversation to end. "Get the fuck out."
