Liliana's PoV
I was right, the meeting was really boring and I have no idea why Sebastian wanted me with him. "Your knuckles are seriously gonna bruise," I told him. "You didn't even let me put an ice pack on it."
He shrugged his shoulders. "Lets go and get your stuff."
We left the club, walking past the guy who called me a slut before getting into the car. "I really need to fire that dickhead," Seb muttered as he sped down the road.
"You know I could've taken him."
"I know," he shrugged. "But I wanted to punch him." I let out a chuckle. Suddenly, his phone began ringing.
"What?," he said as soon as he answered. He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion as the other person spoke. "Really? Okay." With that he cut the call.
"We're gonna have to take a rain check on our date tonight," he sighed out. "We're definitely doing it tomorrow."
"Why? Is it something to do with work?"
He shook his head. "No, they got the date wrong for the surprise so instead tonight, we can watch a movie or something."
"As long as I get to choose."
"Fine."
~
"Take the damn bag," I almost yelled at him. Sebastian let out a sigh and got up from where he was sat.
"You're really fucking annoying," he insulted me. I rolled my eyes.
"And you're really fucking lazy but you don't hear me complaining," I retorted as I threw the bag filled with my bathroom stuff at him. He caught it effortlessly, dampening my mood slightly.
I really wanted it to hit him in the face.
"Go," I ordered him, pointing to the door. He let out a sigh. Now, it was just me and Valentina. "Hey, do you know where Jordan is staying?," I asked suddenly. She shrugged her shoulders.
"I told him he could stay here but he told me he had a place already," she spoke as she folded my clothes. "He's not staying with his parents."
Without thinking, I called him. He answered on the third ring, sounding slightly out of breath. "Hey Jordan," I said. "I just wanted to check up on you. I haven't heard from you in a few days."

"Huh? Yeah, yeah, I'm all good," he rushed out. "Babe-," I heard a man's voice say before Jordan shushed him.
I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "Why are you out of breath?," I asked. Valentina made the same facial expression as me when she heard what I had said.
"I'm sort of...busy," he said slowly. "I'll call you later." With that, he cut the call.
"It sounded like he was with someone," I told Valentina. "What if he's found a boyfriend?"
"That would be amazing," she spoke softly.
"He deserves some happiness," I said, thinking of everything I've put him through.
"Are you seriously not done yet?," Vin asked.
"Seems like someone really wants to get rid of me," I mumbled. Sebastian came behind me, kneeling to my height on the floor before wrapping his arms around my waist.
"I don't," he mumbled as his chin rested on my shoulder. I craned my head to give him a peck on the cheek.
"Do you really have to go?," Dante asked from out of nowhere as he sat on my bed. I nodded my head. He let out a sigh as he looked down and played with his little fingers.
"But I'll be back," I reassured him as I put a hand on his knee, trying to comfort him. "And we can call and you can even sleep over at our house."
Sebastian nodded his head as Dante looked at him for confirmation. "We have more than enough rooms," Sebastian spoke.
"And they don't even live that far," Vin chimed in only for Dante to shoot him a glare.
"Dante," Valentina said warningly. "That's your dad. Don't be rude."
"Yeah, I'm your dad so respect me, you little rat," Vin spoke only for Valentina to glare at him too. "Sorry."
Sometimes, I can't believe he's a dad.
"We'll try to visit whenever we can," I told Dante.
He let out a sigh. "I'm gonna miss you."
"I'm gonna miss you too," Sophia spoke up as she sat next to Dante only for him to push her off the bed.

"Dante!," I exclaimed as I leaned forward to see if Sophia was okay before letting her sit on my crossed legs.
I didn't miss the way she stuck her tongue out at him when she sat in my laps. Sebastian didn't move an inch from where he was.
"Why are you so close?," Sophia asked as she looked at him.
"Because I can be," Sebastian shrugged.
"That's not a proper answer."
He let out a sigh. "She smells nice," he spoke. "Is that a proper answer." She nodded her head and gave him a bright smile before leaning towards me and lightly sniffing my hair.
"He's right," she gasped out. "That smells really nice. I love your hair."
"Thanks!"
"Well, I love your-," Dante began to say before Sophia interrupted him.
"We don't care," she said flatly before she began playing with my hair.
"Sophia, Dante," Valentina said her tone warning them, her mom side coming out.
"Sorry, mama," they both said in unison.
"Go play with your toys." Before Dante could open his mouth to object, Valentina shot him a glare and said through gritted teeth, "She's not leaving yet. So go."
Begrudgingly, they left.
Thirty minutes to an hour later, I was all packed and my bags were in the back of Sebastian's car. I hugged Valentina and Vin.
"It's gonna be really weird not seeing you in the morning anymore," Vin mumbled as he hugged me.
I paused for a moment. "Are-Are you crying?," I slowly asked.
"What? No!," he said defensively as he pulled back from the hug, wiping his eyes. A smile broke out in my face.
"I'll miss you too, Vin."
"I hate you," I heard Dante say firmly to Sebastian who was leaned against his car.
"I don't care," he sighed out as he stuffed his hands into his trouser pockets.
This guy and his obsession with suits.
But he does look hot in them.
Without giving Dante time to reply, I wrapped my arms around him and Sophia as I knelt down to their height. "I'll be back soon."
"You better," Dante said. I gave him a small smile before I let go of the twins and walked over towards the passenger side of the car.
"Lets go."
~
"I was thinking," Sebastian began as he walked out of the shower with just a white towel hanging low on his waist, giving me a clear show of his v-line.
"It's never anything good when you're thinking," I spoke as I laid on the bed, stroking Bear.
I've honestly missed this dog and he seems to have missed me to since he has barely left my side.
He narrowed his eyes at me as he walked into his closet. "I was thinking we should just quit," he said as he re-emerged, this time with just boxer briefs on leaving the rest of his body on show.
"Quit what?," I asked, pulling my eyes away from his chest, most specifically the area covered with my name, to his face.
I still cannot believe he got my name tatted on him. That's un-fucking-believable.
I guess Isabella didn't like seeing my name on him.
"Fighting," he shrugged. I bit the inside of my cheek. "I know you've only just come back but I think it's time."
"I thought you said you weren't gonna stop me from doing something I love."
"I'm not," he said. "I'm gonna quit."
"And you want me to?"
"You don't need to stop fighting. You could go professional or just do it for fun."
"Sebastian..."
"I just don't want to see you hurt," he spoke.
"I won't," I promised him. "I don't get hurt."
He didn't say a word as he climbed into bed and snuggled closer to me. I grabbed the tv remote and found a movie on Netflix to watch. He let out a groan.
"You saying you don't want to watch this will hurt me," I told him.
"Fine," he grumbled out as he wrapped an arm around me. Bear laid in between us.
A crime documentary. My favourite type of shows to watch.
