《Reunited At Last|✔️》18| Problem

"Where the fuck is Jordan?," I asked as I walked into the house with Valentina following slowly behind me. "What the fuck are you doing here, Sebastian?"
He shrugged his shoulders. "Sorting out a problem."
I shook my head slowly. "If you've hurt him, I swear to g-."
"Shit. That's why you called asking where she was," Valentina pieced together. I let out a gasp as I walked towards him and punched his arm. He didn't move an inch.
"You fucking asshole. And to think I thought you fucking cared," I said angrily. "Where's Jordan and where the fuck is his family?"
"The family have gone to some theme park or something for the day," he shrugged carelessly. "Jordan decided to stay behind." A murderous smile grew on his face and it wasn't the nice one either. He looked like a serial killer, like the ones you see in documentaries on Netflix.
Honestly, it terrified me because I've only ever seen this once before.
"Where is he?"
"JORDAN!," Valentina yelled as she pushed past Sebastian and searched all the rooms in the house.
"I'M NOT FUCKING MESSING AROUND!," I screamed at him. "WHERE THE FUCK IS HE!"
He stayed silent until Valentina returned. "He's not here," she breathed out.
"SEBASTIAN, TELL ME WHERE HE IS!" I pushed him but he didn't even move an inch.
He let out a dark chuckle causing a shiver to run down my spine. Now, this wasn't the nice type of shiver we all love. This is the one we don't ever want to feel again.
"Thought you said you were done with me?," he asked questioningly as he tilted his head to the side, watching me.
"I am," I spat out. "Give me Jordan and I'll leave, just like you want me to."

"I can't do that," he shrugged. "I caused the problem so, I'll fix it."
"You don't need to. I will do it and I'll leave."
"You know what?," he asked.
"What?," I questioned, not really wanting to know whatever it is.
"I think I'm gonna keep him," he spoke. My eyes widened.
He's talking about Jordan like he's some animal.
Suddenly, he burst out into laughter. "You should've seen the looks on your faces!," he cackled out. When he realised we weren't laughing with him, he stood up straight and took a deep breath with a sinister smile still playing on his lips. "I'm kidding."
"Follow me," he demanded as he turned and walked deeper into the house. Suddenly, we came across a door.
"The basement," Valentina put together. "I didn't check the fucking basement." I gave her a 'what the fuck' look.
"So I wasted-."
"Shut up," Sebastian silenced me. Before we opened the door, Sebastian stood in front of it, blocking it. "Guns, knives and any other weapons you got." He pointed towards the table.
"How do we know you don't have any?"
He let out a sigh. "Check." I looked at Valentina warily before I checked his pockets and all the other possible places he could've hidden a weapon.
We put our weapons on the table before following him down the stairs. Grunting was all I could hear as well as our shoes hitting the wooden floors as I walked down the stairs.
Once my eyes landed on him, I stood there in shock. "Oh my god, Jordan!," I exclaimed as I rushed towards him. Blood was dripping from his head onto the floor.
"Sebastian, what the fuck did you do!"
"I did what I needed to," he shrugged. I shook my head as I examined Jordan for any other cuts or bruises.

"You did what you wanted too just like you normally do," I sneered. "You don't give a shit about who you hurt in the process!"
He rolled his eyes at me. "I thought you wanted him dead."
"Why would I want him dead? He's one of my best friends!"
He shrugged his shoulders. "I was gonna call you before I decided on killing him anyway," he said as if that made a difference.
I moved away from Jordan, letting Valentina untie him as I turned to Sebastian. "I really fucking hate you. Ever since I came back, you've fucked with me. First you told Jordan about everything, then you tell me to leave and practically die. Now, you fucking kidnap my friend! You seriously need to go and sort yourself out!"
He clenched his jaw. "What!," I said loudly, my voice raising slightly as I urged him to speak.
"You think I wanted to say that shit to you? You think I want you to leave again? Do you fucking think that? And how the fuck can I kidnap someone in their own house?," he got out through gritted teeth and a clenched jaw.
"You are unbelievable. Seriously, you are un-fucking-believable. You keep on changing your fucking mind. One minute you want me gone, then you're telling me you miss me and then you want me gone again! Make up your fucking mind."
"I HAD TO," he exploded. "I fucking had to say that shit to you! If you weren't here, things would be a lot less fucking complicated."
"Oh my-," I began to say as I turned around and rubbed my temple. He grabbed my arm, spinning me back around to face him.
"But I'm happy you're here. I'm fucking glad you're actually alive and not dead."
"If you are really happy that I'm back, then why'd you tell me to leave?"
"Because it complicates a lot of stuff that I've planned. Like the wedding. You almost ruined that and I needed it to happen."
"Wha-."
"I didn't want it to happen. I needed it. There's a difference."
"I knew you didn't love her but I couldn't piece together why you would get with her," Valentina spoke, interrupting our conversation.
I took a step back, making his hold on my arm loosen and his arm drop to his side. "For me. You did it for me," I breathed out as realisation had dawned upon me.
He closed his eyes and nodded his head. "Oh my god, you did it for me," I repeated softly as my eyes began watering. Without thinking, I jumped on him, wrapping my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. I pushed myself closer to him as I hugged him.
His hands instantly landed around my lower back, pushing me even closer to him. I moved my head back slightly as my hands moved to cup his face. "I thought I lost you. I thought I actually fucking lost you." I sniffled slightly.
"I'm so fucking sorry. I'm so so fucking sorry, amore (love)," he said as he searched my eyes for something. I could tell he was sincere; it's just one of those things I know when it comes to him.
"This doesn't mean I've forgiven you," I chuckled as the water that built up in my eyes had finally overflowed creating a wet trail down my cheeks.
"I know, tesoro (darling)."
Things are starting to look up after all.

Every day was a struggle to survive just as it had always been. He, as well as most of the survivors that remained on earth, had resigned themselves to a life of wandering until their deaths. Their last hope was news of an underground settlement being constructed to the far west, outside the eyes of the wandering and falling undead. But then they encounter a girl who had survived in the middle of a heavily-infested city. She claims that she knows of a way to end the apocalypse once and for all. What should he and his group do?
