Aman came in the outhouse with food. He gave it to Rohit and left giving them privacy.

Ro - Vi straighten up, here is the food.

He said seeing him leaning onto Mahi.

Vi - But I m feeling sleepy!

He said clinging more to Mahi closing his eyes.

Ro - Vi now u were telling me that u are starving !

Vi - I am starving.

Ro - Then get up and sit properly Vi!

He said sternly.

Vi - Uhhh ! Fine.

He got up and sat properly.

Rohit handed him the plate and Virat ate it all whatever was there which confused Rohit so much.

Ro - How come u are hungry ? We had breakfast then at the cafe we had sandwiches. And now u have finished the whole plate of food.

Mahi frowned at that because Virat had a proper timing of the meals.

Vi - Are u seriously keeping track of what am eating ?

He said while eating.

Ro - No I am just curious. Bhai don't u think he is eating too much.

Vi looked at Mahi and Mahi nodded.

Vi - What's wrong in that ? I am hungry!

He said being offended.

Mahi - Okay, let it be. U eat properly okay! Don't wanna have u dizzy again!

He said in concern. It just scares him seeing either of them sick.

Ro - Bhai u okay ?

He asked after a min or so.

Mahi - Yes why would u ask that ?

Vi - Bhai sorry but we heard everything what u and Bhabhi talked about.

Mahi - I don't want to talk about it.

Ro - Please bhai!

Mahi - I said I don't wanna discuss it!

He said and left from there.

Ro ran behind him - Bhai please wait!

He said running behind him and catching with him.

Mahi - What Rohit ?

He said turning to him.

Ro didn't say anything but he was trying to calm his heartbeats. Vi came up to him and saw him like that.

Vi - What's wrong Ro ?

He said keeping his hand on his back.

Mahi - What's happening Ro ?

Ro - Vi ..

He looked at him trying to say something taking heavy breaths.

Vi - I am here only. Come with me!

He said and took Ro with him. Mahi went with them too.

Vi made Rohit sit on the couch. Made him have his medicines which were for this kind of situation. He rubbed his palms to calm him down.

Mahi was looking at them worriedly. He sat beside Ro and took him into a hug.

Mahi - What happened to you Ro ?

He asked once he was calm.

Vi - His BP shoots up due to stress.

He said informing him.

Ro lay down his head on Mahi's lap. He closed his eyes and slept after sometime.

Mahi - Does anyone else know ?

He asked.

Vi - No only I knew. We went to check up once at that time I got to know. But I didn't want to worry Anu and Rits.

Mahi nodded stroking Rohit's hair softly.

Ro - Don't go bhai!

He mumbled holding him tightly.

Mahi just patted his head so that he could sleep. Seeing that Virat's eyes got moist.

Virat saw how Rohit seeked Mahi bhai's love n care. He would need it back then but he deprived him that while taking him away.

Virat just saw Mahi stroking his hair lovingly and Rohit having a content look on his face.

He left from there. Drove on the road thinking -

How much pain is too much pain ?

How much time is too much time if we take it to forgive someone?

What if I don't have it in me anymore ?

It was almost evening everyone had left the house. Anushka and Ritika were waiting for Vi and Ro to come.

Ro got up after a deep and calm sleep. He got up and saw Himself in Mahi's lap.

Ro - Thanks for being here bhai!

He said sincerely.

Mahi - I am always there for u Ro!

He said lovingly.

Ro - Bhai then let me be there for you as well.

He immediately said as still the conversation didn't leave his mind.

Mahi just didn't meet his eyes.

Rohit held his hands - Please bhai talk to me pls.

Mahi - Give me some time bacha! I will talk to you.

He said back.

Ro - Pakka?

Mahi - Yes pakka! Ro what's this .. Cheeku told me u are taking stress and that's why u are getting health problems.

Ro - Wo bhai ..

Mahi - Ro I know it's hard but don't worry so much ok. It should not affect ur health.

Ro - I will keep it mind Bhai! Speaking of Vi he told u right ?

To which Mahi nodded.

Ro - Where is he ?

He said looking around.

Mahi - I don't know, May b went back into the house.

He said.

Ro - That's impossible that he left without Me but let's check.

He said and went to the house.

Rits - Hey Ro ! Where is Vi ? U told me u will come back in 2 hours and it's been almost night.

She asked as soon as she saw him.

Rohit got shocked as she asked about Vi. Anushka was also looking at him for answers.

Ro - Ya he stayed for a bit at that place where we went. I will come in sometime picking him up ok. Don't wait up u both.

Anu n Rits nodded as they were tired.

Ro went in the lawn with Mahi following him. Ro tried Virat's phone but it was unreachable.

Ro - Where Did he go Bhai ?

He said worriedly.

Mahi - I am sorry Ro I didn't stop him. I just thought he went by the house.

Ro - It's not your fault bhai!

Suddenly their attention went to Virat's car arriving in the driveway.

Ro - Where did u go ? I was so tensed! Where is ur phone ?

He asked in one go.

Vi - Battery died! Sorry!

He said being guilty.

Mahi - Are u okay Cheeku ?

He asked.

Vi - I am tired, I am going to sleep!

He said and was going towards outhouse but stopped hearing Mahi's voice.

Mahi - I was thinking to talk to you both if u are ok!

He said wanting to know what was going in Cheeku's chotu sa brain.

Ro - Ofcourse Bhai!

He said and three of them sat in the outside lawn.

Vi - Kya baat hai bhai ?

He asked as they got seated.

Mahi - Are u guys like still angry with me ?

I know I have made a mistake but please forgive me !

Or do u really don't need me anymore in your life ?

He choked on last sentence.

Ro - Please don't cry bhai!

He said holding his hands.

Mahi - No u both tell me if u both don't need me anymore in your life then I will leave!

I am just been staying here in that hope that someday u will forgive me!

But I am sorry I can't handle it anymore!

Mahi ended up sobbing as talking to Sakshi also exhausted him emotionally and then see his Cheeku n Ro sick made him helpless and vulnerable.

Rohit hugged Mahi which made him cry more. Virat was finding it hard to see him like that.

It made Virat sick to hear from Mahi that he can't handle it anymore.

Have I pushed this all too far thinking of myself only ? Being too selfish!

That's the only thought running through his mind.

Ro - Bhai, I forgive you! I am sorry I have taken so much time!

I didn't know how to come to terms with all the things that happened that's why I was not sure.

But I need you Bhai!

I really really need you, my life is incomplete without you!

Till now I had my family by my side but there was a emptiness which I would feel when u were not there with me by my side when I was recovering!

I love you Bhai! I am really sorry!

Mahi - No please don't be sorry Ro! I am sorry that I didn't trust u in first place!

I promise you it will never happen again! I wish to die before that.

Ro - No bhai don't say like that!

Saying this he hugged Mahi again burying his face in his shoulder seeking comfort n love.

Ro - I missed u so much Bhai! I missed u at every moment!

Please don't every leave me again like this ! I will not able to handle it!

He said hugging him tightly as much as he could.

Mahi - I am sorry Bacha! I will be always be there with you!

He said patting his back.

Virat left from there hearing all that. He went to his room saw Anushka sleeping peacefully but his little munchkin was awake and looking around.

He picked her up and went to balcony. He sat on the chair.

Vi - U know Vami ur father is such a failure.

I could not give ur Ro chachu that comfort. He never told me that how he missed Bhai even though he had me by his side!

I always thought that our small family was enough as it was for me!

But I was wrong, ur Mom, chachu n chachi always needed everyone and missed them!

Ur dad is so heartless bacha! Only I didn't need anyone .. I thought I was enough for my family but no!

Vami nodded in No as if she was getting what he was saying.

Vami took her hands and tried to wipe his tears. Virat just hugged her close to his heart.

In lawn ~

Ro broke the hug and Mahi lovingly cupped his cheeks. Rohit turned and saw Virat was not there. He looked here and there and saw him sitting in balcony with Vami!

Ro - When did Vi leave ?

Mahi - Don't know! Ro why he is not saying anything!

He asked with his moist eyes.

Ro - Bhai don't worry ! U know na how ur Cheeku is ! He takes time for everything. Don't take tension he will come around.

Mahi nodded at that but had a fear thinking that may b he is not his Cheeku anymore.

He has changed and no one can bring him back again!

Rohit said Mahi to stay and informed Sakshi too. He also made his mind to talk to Vi in the morning!
