Virat was sleeping but wake up with a sharp pain in his stomach.

"Ahhh !!" He groaned loudly.

Anushka came from the kitchen hearing that to see Virat laying on the couch holding his stomach and eyes shut with pain.

"Bubs ! What's the matter?" She asked kneeling near him.

"Ahhh !!" He groaned again which made Ritika to come down.

"What happened?" She asked coming near them.

"I don't know he was sleeping and then he started screaming in pain all of sudden." Anushka said worriedly.

"Wait I will call the doctor and Ro too" Ritika said and did that.

"Vi calm down please" said Anushka caressing his forehead.

After 30 mins Rohit arrived with Mahi to find Anushka and Ritika by the sides of Virat who was laying exhausted out of pain and tears coming out his eyes.

Rohit rushes to him. Anushka gives him space.

"Vi !" He called.

"Doctor has given the injection but he told if it arises again we have to get to the hospital for scans"said Ritika.

"Vi are u okay" asked Rohit kneeling near him as he was still on couch.

"Ro .. it's .. paining" Virat said in pain.

"It will be okay Vi" said Rohit not able to see him in pain himself.

"Cheeku hold still it will lessen may b.. don't move much" Mahi said softly.

"Tried ... not ... working" said Virat in pain.

"Should we take him to hospital Ro ?" Asked Ritika who was hell scared.

"Yes we will do it" said Rohit. He and Mahi helped Virat to get to the car.

"I will call Jassi, he will pick u up" said Mahi to Ritika and Anushka.

Rohit sat infront while Mahi at back with Virat.

Ritika and Anushka agreed with them after Ritika's parents arrive to take care of Sammy and Vami.

Rohit called Aman while driving. Mahi called Jassi.

"Jassi bacha don't Panic and listen to me now." Said Mahi as he picked up.

"Yes bhai" replied Jassi

"Take KL and pick up Anu and Ritz from their home and come to XYZ hospital now" Mahi said and hanged up the call. He was holding Virat's hand with his other.

"Yes sir" said Aman picking up the call.

"Reach the xyz hospital now. I am coming there. Talk to our doctor about Virat having severe stomach pain and make arrangements I am reaching there" said Rohit.

"Yes sir" Aman said being scared himself but didn't ask any questions.

"Ahhh ! Bhai !Ro !" Groaned Virat again and he lay somehow in Mahi's lap.

"Shhh .. Cheeku calm down we are reaching" Mahi said softly caressing his hair.

They reached and met Aman. Virat was taken inside on stretcher.

"What happened sir ?" Asked Aman seeing them worried.

"Don't know let's wait" said Rohit not knowing himself.

Mahi and Rohit sat on the chair waiting. Mahi held Rohit's hand. Ritika and Anushka arrived with Jassi and KL.

"Ro how is he ?" Asked Anushka worriedly.

"Don't know Nush, doctor didn't come out yet. U both sit" Rohit said softly and made them both sit.

Ritika sat but her hands were shaking as she was back at the hospital again. First it was her husband and now it's her brother. Why ? She thought.

Jassi and KL stood worriedly not knowing what had happened suddenly to Virat.

Rest of the ICT arrived there.

Doctor came outside and Rohit rushes to him along with Aman and the ladies.

"We have to take him for scans then only we can say what's wrong exactly. Now he is unconscious. We can tell the exact diagnosis in an hour. He was in lot of pain so we had to give him injection"

Doctor said.

"Can we meet him ?" Asked Aman as others were too worried.

"I am afraid not. After the tests u can" said Doctor.

Aman made arrangement for room where everyone could wait.

Ritika and Anushka were sitting together holding each other's hand. Mahi was sitting with Rohit holding his hand.

Ritika was fuming inside seeing the ICT there. Why were they here ? She thought.

"How did this happen?" Asked Jinks.

Anushka could feel Ritika's shaking hands. And also she could see that she was really angry and restless seeing ICT there. Anushka rubbed her knuckles softly.

"Cap Ro, what happened suddenly to Virat bhai?" Asked Hardik.

"Why do u want to know Hardik ? Not that u care about him!" Yelled Ritika in anger not able to control anymore.

Rohit who was lost in worry came out of it hearing Ritika's voice. He immediately rushed to her side.

"Why do u want to know now ?" Ritika asked again.

"Bhabhi I.." Hardik fumbled.

"Bhabhi .. do u even know the meaning to this word ? Ha Ajinkya ? Jassi ? KL?" She asked everyone to which they looked down.

"Ritz" Rohit said but Mahi told him not to say anything because it was necessary for her to let it out.

"Where were u when ur brothers needed you ? U were not there ! Because they are just teammates for u right ! Not ur brothers.. because brothers don't betray each other"

Ritika said bitterly.

"Jassi, Hardik, Rishabh, Shreyas, Yuzi, Kuldeep,KL - Rohit was always by ur side right.. and Virat too .. then where were u ! Ohh right ! U were busy doubting and accusing them. Aise toh u would claim so much that they are just ur brothers but when they needed u .. u were not there!"

"Jinks, Ash, Bhuvi, Jaddu - You were together for so long through all the thick and thin then why didn't u trust them through this ? Why u were not there to support Virat when he used to spent nights trying to prove both of them right! When Rohit wanted that love and comfort from u all"

Ritika sat down and Anushka pulled her in a hug. She cried so much because hospital just brought worst memories for her.

Aman gave her water to calm her down.

Mahi looked at the team who felt so bad hearing that but he and the team deserved it. And it was important for Ritika to let it out.

Rohit sat beside Mahi feeling so helpless to see Ritika like that.

"It's good she let it out Ro, don't think about it too much. The team will be okay I will make sure." Mahi said softly holding his hand.

Doctor came in the room. Rohit rushes to him with Aman.

"Is he okay ?" Rohit asked worriedly.

"He had too much caffeine yesterday and I think he is having it regularly which have given him severe stomach pain and cramps. Make sure he avoids it. We have shifted him to normal room. We will be keeping him in observation for 1-2 days depending on the progress then u can take him home"

"Can u tell me how much coffee he has in one day ? And yesterday how many he had?"

Aman - "Yesterday he had 5-6 I think and daily he takes 2 in the office and home ?"

Rohit - "2 at home in the morning"

Doctor - "That's too much ! U have to completely cut it out."

He left saying that.

Anushka - "Rohit u go first and meet him"

Rohit went in Virat's room. He sat beside him and held his hand to which Virat opened his eyes.

Rohit - "Are u taking revenge on me ? First i troubled u and then u are troubling me now"

He said chuckling.

Virat just smiled gripping his hand.
