Hardik had stopped crying now and was just clinging to Rohit and not leaving him at all.
Mahi along with Bhuvi had left to check on Rahul. And seniors left the room to give them some space.
Rishabh, Shreyas, Kuldeep and Yuzi were sitting there looking at Virat and Rohit with so much hope. They just thought to wait.
Jassi had kept his head on Virat's shoulder clutching his arm. And Virat just hold his hand to comfort him somehow.
"Cap Ro, Rah doesn't speak to me now" Hardik said in a low voice.
"I know Hardik, everything will be okay soon" Rohit said to him softly.
"He doesn't talk to anyone like before. Just gives limited response. I feel so lonely" hardik said emotionally.
Rohit just hugged him closer in response. Didn't know what to say.
Rishabh and Shreyas could not watch more so they also went and sat beside Rohit.
Kuldeep and Yuzi sat near Virat. They also craved their comfort.
"Do u want to share something? Whatever like Hardik did? Anything u want to say to us." Virat asked to all four of them.
"Don't hesitate, me and Rohit are here to listen" Virat said softly wanting them to say whatever they had in mind.
Rohit gave a nod to Virat for asking that. He was so proud of him right now and worried too because he has not yet reacted anything.
"You will not leave na" asked Rishabh in a low voice.
"No, we will not" said Virat wanting to hear what all they had to say.
"Everything changed once u left and we could not find you. No one used to talk to anyone like before. Just for work and the matches"
Yuzi began sadly.
"Mahi bhai was devastated. He was locked in his room for 2-3 days. We banged his door giving them your promise to open the door then he opened at last"

Said Rishabh.
"After your retirement news, Mahi bhai didn't say anything about it. He just took care of us. But we could feel the difference"
Said Yuzi.
"We missed u a lot. We cannot tell u how sorry we are. Jaddu bhai, Ash bhai, Jinks and Bhuvi bhai they would be in their own world. But after retirement news they gave up hope and would be with us but it was not like before"
Said Shreyas sadly.
"We don't deserve your forgiveness. We regret our actions so much. Please give us a chance. It's not the same anymore. It doesn't feel like family anymore."
Kuldeep said crying.
He kneeled in front of Virat and kept his head on his lap. And he cried his heart out.
Virat just kept his other hand on his head caressing it so he should stop crying.
Bhuvi, Jaddu, Ash and Jinks came to check on them.
They saw Hardik was still holding onto Rohit. Shreyas with Rishabh were on other side of Rohit.
Jassi holding onto Virat. At one side it was Yuzi and on his lap it was Kuldeep.
They smiled seeing that. They never succeeded in being the big brothers as Virat and Rohit were.
"Ummm I have to see KL once. I will come in sometime" said Virat and they untangled themselves from his hold except Jassi.
"I am coming with you" said Rohit but Hardik didn't leave him.
Jassi and Hardik too went with Virat and Rohit in KL's room. They entered and saw him resting on his head on headboard.
Virat and Jassi sat beside him.
"How are u feeling now ?" Virat asked softly to gain his attention.
"Better" KL replied.
"U really okay" Rohit asked again.
"Ya" said KL.
"U scared us Rah" said Jassi in a low voice.

"I am sorry" he said back turning silent again.
Virat kept his hand on his shoulder to which KL just looked at him.
"Thanks for being here." He said emotionally.
Virat shifted closer to which Rahul leaned onto him.
"It's not a dream" he said resting his head on Virat's shoulder.
"No it's not" Virat said softly.
Listening to that KL just hugged Virat by his waist laying in his lap.
"Where were you?" KL said and sobbed.
"I searched u everywhere, but couldn't find you" He continued sobbing harder and hugging him tighter.
Hardik just cuddled to Rohit feeling the same emotions.Jassi held Virat's hand.
"I was so scared that u left me forever. That I will never be able to see u again" KL said crying.
"Why u left me ? U knew how I need you even if I act like I don't"
"I know I broke ur trust but u just could have come and slapped me, knock some sense into me"
"U know na how I am, I never know how to handle everything by myself"
"Why did u go away? I was so lost without you, and still am"
"I so wished u were there to tell me everything will be okay. I wished u were here to give me a chance. I spent nights thinking one day u n BRo will come back but u didn't."
"Please come back and tell me everything will be okay. I cannot do anything without u"
"I lost my best friend as I was too drowned in guilt"
Listening to that Hardik hugged Rohit tightly and shed some tears.
"Please take away this guilt it's too suffocating. Please Bhai, stop this pain."
Said KL and buried himself into Virat crying hard. Jassi and Hardik too had tears in their eyes hearing that.
Virat just ruffled his hair which was making him cry more. Jassi clinged to his other side feeling too emotional.
Rohit also felt bad hearing all that and seeing the kids miserable.
Rohit just looked at Virat who was not reacting much and just listening to what everyone was saying. Which scared him a lot.

Bleen Fada - The Legendary Pathfinder
It had been decades since dreams started to kill. Today, it's finally over.Mahon was once a general and an impressive warrior. In his dreams. In Nightmare. There, he put an end to the war that plagued mankind for decades. In the real world, however, the war has been raging for millenia, and Mahon is weak, his body frail from all his years spent dream-fighting. But it's time for a new beginning. In a world he knows almost nothing about, he will struggle to climb back to power, a necessity if he wants to achieve his goal. But he doesn’t lack willpower. And he already reached the highest ranks before. Who is to say he can’t do it again? That is, if the Fada let it be… This story takes place in a medieval fantasy world. Swords and schemes are the common ways to assert your place among the powerful. This story follows Mahon on his journey back to power. Not a simple one, as he will uncover some of the deepest mysteries that had been buried deep down along the ages. As of now, 98% of my chapters are through Mahon’s PoV and I want to keep it that way. There will be no unending PoV swaps for multiple chapters. Although war/conflict is one of the main themes, it’s not really a story about war. Instead, expect fights, plots, foreshadowing, progression and adventure from these chapters. It’s my first time publishing a book, and English is not my native language. I hope you will enjoy the story and that you’ll be indulgent enough to point out my mistakes with kindness. I wish to grow as a better writer and provide something that will make you cheer for, and shiver in anticipation. As long as you’re not, it means there is something to improve. Note: It's a slow progression fantasy, and some have raised complaints about the depressing tones and slowness in some of the first chapters. Rest assured, it soon disappears as Mahon progresses.
