When I stormed out of the hospital and made my way home, I knew I had to shift. Or go train. I needed to get rid of all my anger and all of the emotions I had bottled inside of me.

What did I do so terribly? What did I do to deserve this? I'm twenty and four years ago I was given a mate. I didn't go searching through the packs like most werewolves, I felt as if I had more important things to do like finish my medical schooling that I've been doing since I was thirteen and finished two years ago. Even now I still do small courses but studying is what got me to be the highest pack doctor and most people know about how well I am.

I train with my brother because I can and a werewolf like me should take part in protecting its pack. Sure I'm not the strongest but I'm nowhere near the weakest. My biological father was killed in front of me when I was a baby by my mother's mate. Even though I showed my parents nothing but gratefulness, respect, and love. I didn't know I needed this as well.

Cruel. Life is cruel.

I changed into shorts and a workout bra before making my way downstairs to the castle's personal gym. If I let White out I'm afraid of what she would do. I have to contain her until Evander leaves for my reasons. I won't be able to control her around Evander if she gets control. Every thought about him and his mate, made me run faster, punch faster, move faster. The feeling was overwhelming and powerful, I felt electricity pulse through my body as I pushed myself to work harder.

My chest was rising and falling rapidly as I opened the fridge. I grabbed the first bottled water I saw and gulped it down before doing another. I was exhausted. When I turned around, my eyes widened to see Kira and Brandon. "What are you guys doing here?" I asked. Before they could have replied, the King's voice entered my mind," please give the golden cove members a tour of the castle and show them to their rooms, please," he said. I internally groaned before plastering a fake smile on my face. "How did you get here?" I asked them since they shouldn't know their way around the castle already.

Then I remembered Brandon and Lucas, one of the young but strong warriors, stayed here last night. "The king asked us to meet him here, Alpha Evander and Luna Iris are supposed to be here also," Brandon exclaimed. They didn't receive a full tour only to where the kitchen, exit, and to the eastern bedroom quarter where they were staying. I nod once, trying not to wince when he said his name.

"Give me a minute," I mumbled before running up the staircase and into my room where I changed into something less revealing. After the hoodie and jeans were covering my body, I made my way to the kitchen where his scent was amazingly strong. When I opened the door, it revealed all seven of them leaning on the counter. I tried not to look at him or the Luna and I succeeded. Their chins lifted and looked at me and I smile," Come along for the tour."

I showed them the main areas that would be grateful access to them like the study, the library, the living room, the king's office, the gym, the indoor pool, and lastly was the bedroom quarters. "The Nothern Quater is where the king and queen, beta and beta female, gamma and gamma female stay," I point towards the hallway, and then I turned to the one on its right.

"The western quarter is where the head warriors stay for the king's protection," I turn to the one opposite the other quarter," The southern quarter is where the heirs stay and the female children like myself and princess Renee," and lastly I turned to the Eastern quarter," the eastern quarter is where you all would be staying. Beta Brandon and Lucas are already given their rooms so I assume Luna and Alpha, your rooms would be here," I said and opened the master bedroom in the quarter.

"I'll leave you to get settled in, everything you need is in the cupboards," I stated before leaving. I felt relieved that I was finally away from his stare. All five of them were staring at me but it felt like only his mattered, like I couldn't shake off his eyes. It was certainly intoxicating and overwhelming. I decided to take a shower since the sweat was dried into my skin by now and I felt disgusted. After taking my long and awaited shower, I wanted to stay because I loved the feeling of the hot water trailing down my skin and the feeling of my hair constantly wetting on my head. I changed into my scrubs before going to the hospital where I usually was if I wasn't in the field or at the castle.
