Enters CJ, a laid-back charming man who attempts to get Kat to relax and enjoy life. However, he has his own demons to deal with. He leads Kat to believe that he is also a student at the school but lives off-campus in his own apartment. His secrets eat at him giving him a who cares attitude.

The author takes you on the adventure of Kat's and CJ's relationship. The highs, the lows, and how they maneuver through the story with their share of heartbreak. Their simple dates allow Kat to see a different side of herself. CJ shows her the freedom of following her heart.

Kat's roommate, Hannah, does not believe that CJ is good enough for Kat. CJ wants to think that he deserves Kat, but ends up pushing her away and into the arms of her childhood friend because of his insecurities and the aftermath of a poor decision on his part that affected Kat.

Will they find their way back to each other? Will CJ trust Kat enough to disclose his hidden side? I highly recommend that you read the story for yourself to find out. You will not be disappointed.

The author does well in showing how anxiety can affect the lives of people no matter what their background is or how they were raised. The characters were relatable and you find yourself feeling their emotions and turmoil throughout the story.

Thank you so much for sharing your talent. Your character development allows your readers to fall in love with and invest in their written lives. This story was very eye-opening for me, and I thank you for revealing the truths about mental health.
