(Season 4 x 21)

Calliope and Dean stood in the den of Bobby's house, Dean starting out the window, his mind a million miles away, not paying much attention to what Bobby had been saying to him or to Calliope.

"Dean...Dean" Bobby repeats trying to bring Dean back into the conversation, "You listen to a word I said?" Bobby then asks him.

"Yeah I heard ya, I'm not calling him" Dean says his back still to them.

"Don't make me get my gun, boy, or use Calliope" Bobby tells him.

Dean then turns back around to look at the two of them, "We are damn near kickoff for Armageddon, don't you think we got bigger fish at the moment" he says.

"I know you're pissed and I'm not making apologies for what he's done, but he's your-" "Blood, he's my blood, is that what you're gonna say" Dean says to Bobby before he could finish his sentence.

"He's your brother, and he's drowning" Bobby says to Dean.

"Bobby, I tried to help him, I did, Calliope can attest to that, and look what ended up happening" Dean tells him.

"So try again, this time you use your mojo better" Bobby practically orders them,.

"It's too late, Bobby, Sam's gone" Calliope tells him.

"There's no such thing" Bobby says to her, not wanting them to give up on Sam.

"No, damn it!" Dean then shouts, "No, we gotta face the facts. Sam never wanted part of this family, he hated this life growing up. Ran away to Stanford first chance he got. Now it's like déjà vu all over again" Dean says, as Calliope places a hand on his shoulder as he sits down, comforting him, "Well, I am sick and tired of chasing him. Screw him, he can do what he wants" Dean says to them.

"Dean, you don't really mean that" Calliope says to him.

"Yes, I do, Callie, Bobby. Sam's gone, he's gone. I'm not even sure if he's still my brother anymore. If he ever was" Dean says looking down, and Calliope squeezes his shoulder. Bobby then turns around, and anger builds inside him, as he then tosses all the books and papers off his desk.

"You stupid, stupid son of a bitch" Bobby shouts as Dean surprising both him and Calliope, causing Dean to stand up, and Calliope grab his arm.

"Well, boohoo, I'm sorry your feelings are hurt, princess. You under the impression that family's supposed to make you feel good, bake you an apple pie, maybe. They're supposed to make you miserable! That's why they're family!" Bobby shouts at Dean.

"I told him, 'You walk out that door, don't come back' and he walked out anyway, that was his choice" Dean shouts back at Bobby.

"Dean, you know how much of a whiny brat your sounding like right now" Calliope tells him, as he walks away from her. She follows him, taking his hand, "I'm sorry Dean" she apologizies regretting her words right away.

"No, he sounds like his Dad" Bobby then says, "Well, let me tell you something. Your Dad was a coward" Bobby says this and it causes both Dean and Calliope to look at him.

"My dad was a lot of things Bobby, but a coward" Dean says to him.

"He'd rather push Sam away than reach out to him. Well that don't strike me as brave" Bobby says to Dean.

"You are a better man than your daddy ever was. So you do both of us a favor, don't be him" Bobby tells Dean. Calliope holds Dean's hand giving it a light squeeze letting him know she's there for him right now, and that the words Bobby were saying meant something. Dean looks away for a second, and Calliope looks up at him, as they both go to look back at Bobby, they realize they aren't in Bobby's house anymore.

Looking around they see there are in some over decorated ornate room, "Hello, Dean" they then hear Castiel say and they both turn to look at him, "It's almost time" he says to him, as he then sees Calliope. "Calliope you weren't suppose to be here" he adds.

"Well, wherever here is, I am not leaving Dean alone in" she tells him as Castiel then disappears. Dean and Calliope look at one another confused by all this, as Dean starts to walk around, he walks by an empty table, and seconds later there is a tray of burgers, and a bowl of ice, with beers in it. Dean then slowly picks a beer up looking at it.

"Hello, Dean" they then hear a voice say, "You're looking fit" the man says to him.

Dean looks at the man clearly recognizing him and scoffs, as he puts the beer down, "Well look at that The Suite Life of Zach and Cass" Dean says as they both look at him not understanding his culture reference. "It's a-never mind, so, what is this? Where the hell am I?" he asks.

"Call it a Green room, we're closing in on the grand finale here wanna keep you safe before showtime" the man that Calliope now guessed was Zach says to Dean, "Try a burger, they're your favoirite, from that sea-side shack in Delaware. You were 11, I think" he offers Dean a burger.

"I'm not hungry" Dean tells him.

"No? How about Ginger from season two of Gilligan's Island, you do have a thing for her, don't you" Zach says to him.

"Tempting, weird" Dean then says to him.

"We'll throw in Mary Ann for free" he tries to tempt Dean.

Dean glances over at Calliope for a second, "No no, it's..bail on the Holodeck, okay, I wanna know what the game plan is" Dean says to him.

"Let us worry about that, we want you focused, relaxed" he says to Dean.

"Well, I'm about to be pissed and leaving so start talking, chuckles" Dean tells him.

Zach sighs as he walks past Dean, "All the seals have fallen, except one" he says.

"That's an impressive score, that's right up there with the Washington Generals" Dean says.

"You think sarcasm's appropriate, do you? Considering...you started all this?" Zach says turning around to look at Dean, who doesn't say a word, "But the final seal" Zach pats Deans shoulder. "It'll be different" he adds.

"Why?" Dean asks.

"Lilith has to break it, she's the only one who can" he tells Dean, "Tomorrow night at midnight" he adds.

"Where?" Dean asks.

"We're working on that" he tells him.

"I think you need to work a little harder" Calliope then says to the angel.

"Who is she..why is she here? Wait it doesn't matter, We'll do our job, as long as he does his" he tells Calliope.

"Yeah, what is that exactly, I'm the one that stops her, How, with the knife?" Dean asks.

"All in good time" he's told.

"Isn't now a good time?" Dean asks.

"Have Faith" the angel replies.

"Really, in you, yeah right" Calliope pipes up saying.

"Yeah, in you, give me one good reason why I should?" Dean then says.

The angel steps toward Dean, "Because you swore your obedience. So obey" he says to Dean sounding like it's a threat if he doesn't, Dean looks over at Castiel who looks down at the ground.

Zach and Castiel eventually disappear leaving Calliope and Dean alone in the room, "Can you believe this crap" Calliope says looking at Dean.

"Well ,I said I would do whatever they wanted, so I guess I have to" he says.

"No, no you don't" Calliope says to him, as she then touches his arm, "We are getting out of here" she then adds, as she closes her eyes and tries to focus on leaving. After a few seconds Calliope opens her eyes and sees that they are still there.

"Yeah, that didn't work" Dean says to her.

"Well got any other crazy ideas?" she then asks him.

"Not really" he tells her, as they just walk around the room.

After awhile of just standing in the room wondering how they were going to get out, Dean takes his phone out and starts looking at it. "Ah, screw it" he says and Calliope looks at him as he opens the phone and presses a button to make a call. "Hey, it's me, uh..Ahem, look, I'll just get right to it. I'm still pissed and I owe you a serious beat down. But....I shouldn't have said what I said. I'm not dad, we're brothers, you know, we're family, and no matter how bad it gets, that doesn't change. Sammy, I'm sorry" he says as he then closes up the phone. Calliope walks over to Dean, hugging him, knowing how hard that was for him. "You know we have this whole place to ourselves" Dean suddenly says to her, and Calliope pulls away from him.

"Seriously Dean" she says to him.

"What, not like we are going anywhere" he smirks.

"I think there are other important things to focus on for now" she then says to him.

"Yeah..yeah..yeah it was worth a shot" he says giving her a half smile and she rolls her eyes. "Anyway I'm gonna call Castiel in see if he can do something for me. Castiel!" he then shouts, waiting for the angel to appear. Castiel doesn't come at first as, Dean walks over to an angel statue knocking it down, and they watch as it breaks.

"You wanted to see me" they then hear Cass say and they look at the broken angel statue then at him.

"Ahem, yeah, listen I , uh, need something" Dean tells him.

"Anything you wish" he tells Dean.

"I need you to take us to see Sam" Dean says.

"Why?"Castiel asks.

"There's something I gotta talk to him about" Dean replies.

"What's that?" the angel asks.

"The BM I took this morning, what's it to you? Just make it snappy" Dean orders him.

"I don't think that's wise" Castiel says looking away for a moment.

"He didn't ask for your opinion, and I can't do it, so let's go" Calliope says to him.

"Have you two forgotten what happened the last time you and your brother met" Castiel says looking at the two of them.

"No, that's the whole point. Listen, I'm gonna do whatever you mooks want, okay? I just need to tie up this one think, five minutes, that's all I need" Dean tells him.

"No" Castiel tells him.

"What do you mean 'no'?" Dean tells him.

"Are you trying to say we are trapped here?" Calliope then asks.

"You two can go wherever you want" he tells them.

"Super we wanna go see Sam" Dean tells him.

"Except there" Castiel tells him.

"I wanna take a walk" Dean then says.

"I'll go with you" the angel says.

"Just with Calliope" Dean rebuddles.

"No" Castiel says back.

"You know what screw this noise. I'm out of here, let's go Callie" Dean says to Calliope and the two of them head for the door.

"Through what door" Castiel and the two of them look back at him before looking back to where they were about to leave to see it's just a wall. Looking back Castiel is gone, and looking around the whole room they see there is no more exits. "Damn it" Dean says. He then starts to walk around the room, trying to find any possible way out. "Calliope try your whole mojo thing again" Dean orders her.

"It didn't work before Dean" she says to him as she then closes her eyes and just focuses on getting out of there.

"What the hell?" she then heard Bobby say.

Calliope opens her eyes to see she is back in Bobby's house, "Where's Dean?" she asks him.

"You two left together, you tell me" he says to her.

"Balls" she replies to him as she closes her eyes once again focusing on Dean. Suddenly she hears banging and opening her eyes she sees Dean attacking a wall.

"Dean....Dean I did it come on" she says to him. As she then grabs Dean's hand and tries to leave with him, only this time she can't.

"Seriously Callie, why are we stil here, if you could leave two seconds ago" he shouts at her.

"I guess only I can go, they've got you trapped here or something" she says.

"Fine then I am finding a way to bust out" he says as he goes back to damaging the wall in front of him. As Dean goes to hit the wall again, the hole he had already created disappears and the wall is right back to the way it had been before, "Son of a Bitch" he says.

"Quit hurling feces like a howler monkey, would you?" they both hear the angle Zach say and turn to look at him. "It's unbecoming" he adds.

Dean starts to walk toward him, "Let me out of here" he demands.

"I told you, too dangerous out there, demons on the prowl" he tells Dean.

"I've been getting my ass kicked all year, now you're sweating my safety. You're lying, I wanna see my brother" Dean says to him.

"That's ill advised" the angel tells him.

"You know, I am so sick of your crap riddles and your smug fat face. What the hell is going on huh?" Dean shouts at him. "Why can't I see Sam? I know she can, and how am I gonna ice Lilith?" he continues.

Zach then sighs, "You're not...going to ice Lilith" he tells them.

"What?" Calliope and Dean say together.

"Lilith's going to break the final seal. Fait accompli, at this point, train's left the station" he tells them as he walks away and sits down.

"But, Callie, me and Sam, we can stop—" Dean then stops saying what he was going to say because he comes to the realization that letting this happen was the plan all along, "You don't wanna stop it, do you?" he then says.

"Nope, never did" he tells them, "The end is nigh, the Apolcalypse is coming, kiddo to a theater near you" he says.

"So what the hell was all the crap about saving the seals?" Calliope then asks.

"Grunts on the ground, we couldn't just tell them the whole truth, we'd have a full-scale rebellion on our hands. I mean think about it, would we really let 65 seals get broken unless senior management wanted it that way" he tells them. Calliope looks at Dean who is taken aback by this information.

"But why?" Dean asks.

"Why not? The apocalypse, poor name, bad marketing, it puts people off. When all it is, is Ali-Foreman. On a slightly larger scale, and we like out chances" Zack goes on to explain as Dean and Calliope start to look around at the paintings in the room, "When our side wins, and we will, its paradise on Earth. What's not to like about that?" he adds.

"And what is supposed to happen to all the people during your stupid pissing contest?" Calliope then asks.

"Why should you care you're not one of them, from what I have learned. Besides you can't make an omelet without cracking a few eggs. In this case, truckloads of eggs, but you get the picture. Loo, it happens." Zack tells them as he stands back up, "This isn't the first planetary enema we've delivered" he adds.

Dean then looks over at one of the statues in the room, "Oh, no Dean probably shouldn't try to bash my skull in with that thing, wouldn't end up too pleasant for you" Zach says.

"What about Sam? He won't go quietly, he'll stop Lilith?" Dean asks.

"Sam....has a part to play" he tells Dean, "A very important part, he may need a little nudging in the right direction but I'll make sure he plays it" he tells them.

"What does that mean?" Dean asks concern in his voice, "What are you gonna do to him?" he then asks.

"Sam, Sam, Sam, Marcia, Marcia, Marcia forget about him, would you? You have larger concerns" he says putting his hand on Deans shoulder who just glares at it. "Why do you think I', confiding in you? You're still vital, Dean. We weren't lying about your destiny, just omitted a few pertinent details, but nothing's changed, you are chosen, you will stop it. Just not Lilith or the apocalypse, that's all" Zach says to Dean. He then looks at the painting in front of him and Dean, "Lucifer, you're going to stop Lucifer. You're own little Russell Crowe complete with surly attitude, and when it's over....and when you've won....your rewards will be unimaginable. Peace, happiness, two virgins and 70 sluts" Zach laughs at that, "Trust me, one day we'll look back on this and laugh" he says as he walks away from Dean and Calliope.

"Tell me something" Dean then says getting him to stop, "Where's God in all this?" he then asks.

"God? God has left the building" the angel tells them as he then disappears.
