《Soccer/Football Imagines》Gerard Piqué [~] Leo's Sister

For THEO:
Life for you had never been quite normal per say. Your brother had left Argentina by himself for Barcelona when you were both still young. Your brother, Lionel Messi, was now an international superstar in the world of football. Your once poor family now lived in luxury because of Leo. For your twenty fifth birthday, he had bought you a plane ticket to Barcelona. You hadn't ever really left Argentina, but now you were excited to leave your small town and see the world Leo lived in.
Leo's passion was football but yours was volleyball. You loved the sport with a passion and hoped to test it out in Spain for a bit. You had already represented Argentina in the Olympics with volleyball and had done decently. You were pumped for the next one, though, especially with it being just across the border from Argentina.
You got off the plane and walked through the grand Barcelona airport. You stared around in amazement, making your way over to the baggage claim. Calling Toni's cell phone, you looked around the pickup area for your sister-in-law and your nephew. She picked up the phone. "We're over by the sign that says 'Welcome to Barcelona' all the way to the right," Toni informed you.
"Okay," you responded, heading towards the sign. Seeing her in the distance, you hung up the phone. "Toni!" you shouted, waving at your sister-in-law. You embrace her, having not seen her in person for some time. "How are you? And how's Junior Messi #2?" you asked.
"The baby's healthy which is all that matters. I feel great too, this pregnancy is less troublesome than Thiago's," she replied, holding her son on her hip.
"I know, this guy's such a handful," you joked, poking your nephew in the cheek. He laughed and Toni handed you Thiago. You tickled him lightly before putting the toddler into his car seat. You put your luggage into the trunk, not wanting to strain Toni in her given state. You hopped into the passenger's seat and Toni drove out of the hectic airport.

"So how have you been? How's volleyball?"
"It's fun. My team's doing decent, we're second in the league currently. I bumped my knee on a dive but that's the only injury I've picked up this whole season," you answered.
"I hope you don't mind, we're picking up Leo at his practice," Toni explained.
"I don't mind at all, it'll be great to see Leo again. We haven't had a conversation face to face in months," you smiled. Toni pulled up to the training center and got out of the car. You offered to carry Thiago, which Toni accepted. She waved to the guards and they waved you through. She seemed to know where she was going so you just followed her into the training center. She took a right and there was a small pitch. A bunch of player's were running around, jokingly tackling each other as the trainers yelled at them to focus. You smiled at the sight.
Toni and you walked into the small pitch area, catching the attention of everyone there. Toni took Thiago from you as Leo jogged over. "Leo!" you shouted at your brother, running forward. You hugged him tightly, having not seen him in forever.
"(Y/N)!" Leo yelled back. You two separated to see the rest of the players looking at the two of you like you had three heads each. "Guys, this is my little sister, (Y/N)," Leo introduced.
"Hi, I've heard so much about all of you guys," you waved. Some of the players ran over and introduced themselves. One of said players was a certain Spanish defender.
"I'm Gerard, Gerard Piqué," Gerard smiled, shaking your hand.
"Pleasure to meet you," you replied.
"Pleasure is all mine," he responded, smiling back at you. Well, down at you. Seriously, he towered over you but you didn't mind. You two hadn't let go of each other's hand until Leo cleared his throat. You pulled your hand back, smiling to yourself. The coaches called the guys back to training and you waved goodbye to them as they finished up their practice. You walked over to Toni and Thiago, who sat in the stands with a few of the players' family members and/or WAGs. You sat next to Toni who smirked at you.

"What?" you said, confused at her antics.
"Don't what me, I saw what you did," she teased.
"I'm lost, you're going to have to explain this to me," you spoke.
"You and Gerard, isn't it obvious?"
"Not quite catching on still."
"You're so thick. You two obviously had a connection going there," she pointed out as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Your mama's crazy, Thiago. I'd run if I were you," you whispered to your nephew.
"I'm serious, (Y/N), there was a connection," she winked.
"Sure there was," you winked back. Practice had ended and Leo walked over to you guys. You four walked out to the car, you carrying Thiago with you.
"So, what happened between you and Gerard back there?" Leo asked, looking suspicious.
"I told you," Toni laughed.
"What? The two of you honestly, I can see why you two get along so well," you rolled your eyes.
"What was it, (Y/N)?" Leo demanded.
"We were just shaking hands, it's not like we had set up a drug deal where I would slip him something, Leo."
"You both held on quite long, if you ask me."
"Oh for god's sakes," you complained. Toni wouldn't stop teasing you about how you and Gerard had a connection which never ceased to put Leo in a bad mood. There was a Barcelona party to celebrate their treble win and Leo brought you along since Toni was exhausted from pregnancy. It was slightly formal and you borrowed one of Toni's dresses. Arriving at the party, you walked inside with Leo right next to you. Paparazzi was there.
"Leo, is that your girlfriend? Are you cheating on your wife?" one reporter shouted, making you laugh. The fact that paparazzi often thought that you were Leo's hidden lover never ceased to amuse you. Leo rolled his eyes and pulled you into the building. Inside there was already seats set up. Name cards had been placed at tables. You and Leo found your seats easy enough. Looking at the name card next to you, you smiled to yourself. Oh, if only Toni was here.
Noticing your smiling, Leo groaned. "You've got to be kidding me," he mumbled. Gerard walked over and took his seat. He didn't have a date you noticed.
"Hello again, (Y/N), long time no see," Gerard joked.
"It's been ages," you jokingly agreed. You and Gerard talked up a storm the whole night, with Leo glaring at the back of your heads the whole time.
"What's Leo's problem?" Gerard whispered to you.
"Oh, he thinks that we have a thing and he's super protective," you replied.
"Do we have a thing?" Gerard smirked.
"I don't know, depends on how well you can dance," you flirted.
"Well, then, what are we waiting for, would you like to dance?" Gerard asked, standing up. You took his hand and he led you to the dance floor. You laughed at the height difference between the two of you.
"Is Leo looking?" you smiled.
"More like glaring murderously at me, why?" Gerard responded.
"Perfect," you smirked, continuing to dance the night away with Gerard. Leo glared at the two of you the whole time while Dani Alves laughed at his facial expression throughout the night.

Iteration: Mirror-glass Stars in Iron Oceans. First Clause. A soul wakes up as a rock, clinging to fragmented memories and knowledge of another era. What fate awaits such a creature?
