A favourite of mine! There's a few parts I'd take out, but there's one scene that plays rent free in my head, haha. I think you know which one.

SEASON 5 Ep: 16
TESTED
"You wanted to see me Professor?" Haley asked tentatively, as she entered the office.
"Yes, I did." He answered. "Please have a seat Haley."
"Yes sir." She said, sitting down in front of him.
"It's come to my attention that you're taking 5 courses, and it is quite the demanding and heavy workload."
"Yeah, well, it was the requirement, but I can handle it." She assured the professor.
"I know you believe you can, but after some discussion with your other professors, and advisor we believe it's best if you drop a course, to relieve your stress. I don't think you understand the credentials, or requirements here at NYU.
That explanation hit Haley right in the heart. She was a perfectionist, a driven, hard working, determined and ambitious human being. She hated when things weren't in her control.
"Um, but sir, I can handle it. I've handled the 5 courses very well since September, and it's the New Year." Haley protested, laughing nervously. "Don't you think it's a little late to be asking me to drop out?"
"No, Haley I don't. I believe it's best and for your own mental health. Your workload is too heavy."
"I can work harder, professor." She protested.
"I believe it's best to drop out until you can devote your time and energy to this course. In fact if you want to argue, your paper was an D +. Being asked to drop out isn't a big deal Haley. Students are asked from time to time."
"Well." Haley said standing up. "Glad to be fitting right in." She said, before leaving the office quickly, tears threatening to fall.

Meanwhile, the guys were all gathered in Kurt's apartment watching something, when Artie wheeled in, clearly stressed.
"Guys I can't stand it anymore, I have to tell you guys something." Artie said, as the guys turned to look at him. "I have chlamydia."
"What?" Sam shouted, almost falling off the couch.
"Oh my god!" Blaine said disgusted.
"Yeah. The doctor called me and said I tested positive." Artie said.
"How is that possible?" Kurt asked, incredulously.
"I don't know how!" Artie exclaimed, shaking his head.
"Well do you wear condoms?" Blaine asked, as Artie shook his head no.
"Well that would be how."
Sam being the most irritated approached him. "Artie are you kidding?!" He yelled.
"The one time I bought them I got nervous because they were locked away in the cabinet and when the pharmacist asked me what kind I liked, I panicked and she gave me these ones which were all greasy and they smelt like bananas! It was like putting on a tiny, banana flavored wetsuit." Artie explained.
"No Artie! There's no excuse! That's completely irresponsible! You have to wear one every time!" Sam scoffed, holding his hands over his crotch.
"Stop yelling, I'm sure he feels bad enough." Blaine sighed.
"No Blaine, this isn't okay!" Sam protested, moving to point a finger right in Artie's face. "Artie needs to be slut-shamed! I'm slut-shaming you Artie!" He yelled running to the bathroom and loading hand sanitizer onto his hands.

"You're lucky you just got chlamydia, you could've gotten something that couldn't be cured." Kurt spoke up loudly, over Sam's continued slut-shaming.
"You could've gotten somebody pregnant, did you think about that?" Blaine scolded, as Artie looked down disappointed.
"Slut! Slut shame!" Sam shouted.
"You're getting treated right?" Kurt asked.
"Yes, I take antibiotics for two weeks and then I go for a check up to make sure it's cured." Artie nodded.
"You have to tell the girl you slept with." Blaine insisted.
"Which one? I've been sleeping with two different girls." Artie said.
"Who even are you? It's like I don't even know you!" Sam yelled, shaking his head violently.
"You have to tell these girls you have chlamydia. If you don't, you're gonna be putting their health at risk and they could be spreading it to others. It's the right thing to do, you owe it to them." Kurt said firmly.
Artie nodded, letting out a heavy breath, as he felt embarrassed.
----
Haley made her way into her and Sam's apartment, after her disappointing visit with her professor. She smiled softly when she saw Sam sitting on the couch.
"Hey, I'm back, are you ready to go on our date?" She asked.
"We aren't going." Sam answered, his voice clearly upset.
"Wait, why? I'm only 10 minutes late." She pointed out.
"We've lived here for months, how can you still be late?" He questioned, as she swallowed a lump that came to her throat.
"It's okay, Sam. Just because I'm a little late, doesn't mean it's a problem." Haley said. "This is the only time it's happened."
"Yeah well, we haven't hung out for weeks." Sam pointed out.
"That's a lie, we literally walked down the river, and had a date last week." She retaliated, taking deep breaths, because she didn't want to cave.
"Yeah, on your way to college."
"Tell me, Sam...how's that not considered hanging out?" Haley asked, growing irritated.
"Well it isn't! It's not a date, like back in Lima when we would go bowling, have dinners at Breadstix, watch movies or go out." Sam ranted. "You're spending all your time at a job, and with university." Sam finished, as she listened on, hurt.
"Oh..." She laughed sarcastically, covering up her sadness and hurt. The mention of university triggered her. "Who do you think I'll have to hangout with when you're away across the world?" She asked. "I had barely anyone, and I was depressed when you moved away. I could easily slip into that phase again! Plus I'm already insecure about your modelling, so if that's not enough..."
"Hay, that's not what I'm saying." Sam sighed annoyed.
"Well, I'm sorry, but the way you're explaining it, it seems like it to me!" She yelled, as she turned away wiping her tears harshly as she crossed her arms, eventually turning back to him. "We can't spend every minute together. I'm freaking sorry, but I have school, I have a job, I'm trying to pay for our apartment, and part of our wedding, because my parents...oh right, I don't have any." She continued.
"You think it's wrong that I want to spend time with you?" Sam yelled back at her. "I care about you! And I want to be able to see you more often!"

"You don't think that I don't? I honestly do, but my schedule prevents me from hanging out with you 24/7! Even though I want to spend all my time with you, the difficult society we inhibit requires us to have a job, and education!
"Well, then fix it! Fix your damn schedule!" Sam yelled as she walked toward the door, her jaw clenched, and tears falling.
Sam followed her. "Wait, Hay, where are you going?" He asked as she wiped her tears, before looking back at him.
"I'm going to the park, Sam." She said, upset.
"Wait... don't go. We can work this out." He said, tears in his eyes, pulling on her hand.
"I'm sorry, I'd love to discuss this, but I'm not in the mood right now." She said, pulling her hand away, causing his heart to break. "I'm sorry Sam, but I just need to go for a walk, calm down, and figure some thing's out okay?" She said, holding her sobs as she walked off down the streets, out of his eyesight.
After she had gotten farther away, she pulled out her phone. "Yeah, Kurt? Could you meet me at Central Park please?" She asked.
"Of course. What happened? You sound sad." Kurt explained.
"Just some things happened." She said, letting her tears fall.
"Okay, I'm on my way." Kurt assured her, as she hung up, letting herself sob on her way to the park.
----
Haley smiled sadly, as Kurt approached her, sitting down beside her.
"What happened, Hay?" He asked, as she sighed.
"Well, it's been quite the day. I got told to drop a university course, because my 'workload' is too much. And to add to that mess, Sam and I had a nasty fight." Haley explained, tearing up.
"Oh Hay." Kurt sighed, bringing her into his arms. "How are you feeling?"
"Well...upset, about everything. I feel like a complete failure. I usually handle things perfectly. I'm really just drawing myself in a pool of self pity." She explained.
"I feel like a failure... everything's falling apart...I shouldn't need to drop a class, I get impressive grades! I usually don't fight with Sam, but it just happened to be tonight." She trailed off.
"You aren't a failure." Kurt assured her. "You never will be. Let yourself feel, validate your emotions. You are going to be okay. This isn't the end of the world. You're intelligent even without needing the fifth course. And I know for a fact, that you and Sam will work it out. You're both reasonable human beings."
"Thanks Kurt, I don't know what I'd do without you." Haley said as she let herself cry.
-----
The next morning, Haley woke up on the couch. She had slept there the previous night after her talk with Kurt. As she went to the kitchen, she bumped right into Sam, both of them looking awkwardly at one another. Not sure of what to say about the night before.
"I'm so sorry about last night." Haley spoke up, first to apologize, as Sam looked down at her.
"No, I should be the one apologizing. I went kind of crazy." Sam said, as he led them toward the couch to talk.
"I also had an outburst, which is not plausible in retrospect. I feel very bad, and I was just upset about some things that had gone down earlier." Haley trailed off.
"What happened, Hay?"
"Um, I got told to drop one of my courses at university. I was quite upset, and felt rejected. Then low and behold, I come home, and I upset you and we have a nasty fight." Haley explained.
"Hay, come here." Sam said, pulling her into his arms, as he felt her tears falling onto his shirt.
"I just feel like a complete failure, you know? I'm not the type of person who quits or drops a class for that matter. I get good grades...and I didn't make your day any better. I caused a fight to break out. I feel responsible." Haley sniffled.
"It isn't your fault Hay. Not everything is in our control. I know for you, being a perfectionist, that's hard to hear. You have to accept the difficulty and move on, I know you'll be okay, and I'll be here by your side. You aren't a failure, you aren't responsible for our fight. Life and relationships have their ups and downs. We all have those days. You will be fine, and we will be fine." Sam said as Haley looked at him.
"Yeah." She sighed. "I guess."
"Don't look at it negatively, look at it positively. Sometimes the things we hope for don't work out in order for greater things to take place." Sam said, as she sent him a smile.
"You're right. Thanks, Sam." Haley said, as he leaned his forehead against hers.
"I love you, Hay, we're going to get through everything together." Sam said as he pressed his lips to hers, as they shared a passionate kiss. She pulled away before it escalated.
"I love you too, Sam, so much...and I second that." She smiled, as she cuddled into his arms.
----
"Well can I get you two love birds anything else?" Kurt asked Sam and Haley who sat at a table.
"What's the most expensive dessert on the menu?" Sam asked excitedly.
"Sam!" Haley laughed, confused.
"This is a diner Sam, I don't think there's anything too expensive." Kurt shrugged.
"What about, do you guys have those milkshakes with little specks of gold in 'em?"
"We do not." Kurt asked, blinking a few times, still confused.
"Sam, you barely have enough money. I'm going to pay for this meal." Haley said firmly, as Sam sighed in agreement.
"I'm gonna go say hi." Kurt said, as he walked off to greet Artie and a girl, who entered.
"Don't touch him." Sam told Haley, who frowned.
"What? Why would I touch him?" Haley asked, confused. She continued, after some moments of silence."You don't have to pay for a fancy meal, Sam. We've worked out our fight and we are going to be okay. I don't need milkshakes with flecks of gold in them."
"I just wanna treat my fiance right." Sam shrugged. "It's my way of saying I love you."
"Oh, Sam, I know you love me, you don't need milkshakes to prove it. I'm already so lucky." Haley smiled, as he leaned his forehead against hers.
"I love you too, Hay."

Magriculture (Rewrite)
When Aurum Industries announced the first Full Immersion Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (FIVRMMORPG if you're hip) Limitless Online, most people saw it as an opportunity to live out their sword and sorcery fantasies. John, however, saw it as the opening of a new and as of yet uncrowded job market. One he was willing, and eager, to exploit. Determined to make money through virtual hard work and effort, John sets his sights not on the heights of magic or the perfection of the sword, but instead upon the tilling of the soil and the sowing of seeds as he explores the wide and wonderful world of magical agriculture all from the comfort of his own bed. Disclaimer: This is a rewrite of the original "Magriculture", which some of you may have read. (To those who did, you have my deepest gratitude, it is absolutely because of your patronage and comments that this rewrite happened, and I feel the story is better for it.) That said, this story is not a complete and polished work, there will be mistakes and errors, an occasionally these errors may mean I need to rewrite portions of the story (as of this posting the story has gone through two major rewrites already, and I'm seriously hoping there won't be need of a third.) Because of this, there may at times be changes. Such changes may be as small as editing a few numbers (such as going back and changing how much mana an object holds) or it may force me to re-write entire chapters (this has happened once already, and I'm really hoping it doesn't happen again, but... life). Minor re-writes will probably never be posted here. Major rewrites probably will. Anyway, what this boils down to is: If you're looking for a fully cohesive story with few to no errors and publisher level editing, this is not the story for you. If you're looking for a cohesive plot that's more than "Man farms, man farms, man farms well, man maybe makes money" you're probably also in the wrong place, but I will attempt to entertain you anyway.
