"Alright, people, we are back!" Finn announced excitedly, writing Regionals on the whiteboard. Everyone cheered and clapped, as Finn continued to speak. "First of all, big props to Sam and Blaine for all their hard work to make this happen. But... There's no time to celebrate. We just lost three weeks of prep time Regionals, and we still have to raise $4000 to pay for the bus to get to the competition in Indianapolis. It's the Paris of Indiana. I propose a bake sale."
"God no, anything but that." Haley complained. "Also no singing from classroom to classroom." She added.
"I mean... It worked last time." Finn tried to defend his suggestion.
"Well, that's because Puck spiked the cupcakes with Mary Jane." Artie commented.
"I'd be willing to cut off my hair to sell it for extra cash." Joe offered.
"To who?" Kitty scoffed. "Jamaican kids with Rastafarian cancer? Or as rigging on a haunted pirate ship?"
"I could sell more of my semen." Sam said.
"What? Not going to happen." Haley said, as he shrugged.
"This is silly. I know exactly how we're gonna get the money. The Men of McKinley calendar. Let's face it... This is the cutest crop of Glee boys we've ever had." Tina said, standing in the front of the group.
"That's a great idea. And it's January, so it's the perfect time to sell them." Marley commented.
"There are six gusy, so each one can take two months. I think Blaine should definitely be December. You can do a Satna thing but sexy. Sexy Clause." Tina said.
"I'm in as long as I can take my shirt off." Sam said. Haley rolled her eyes, amused at his eagerness.
"Wait, why does it have to be just the men? Why can't we objectify the girls, too?" Artie asked.
"Cough..cough.. You do it all the time." Haley pointed out.
"And girls are the ones that buy stuff. We're responsible for the consumer-driven economy. Those Twilight books are poop on paper, and we've turned them into a billion-dollar industry." Kitty added.
"This could actually work. Tina... You're in charge. You can set up the photo shoots. Everybody else, pick your months and work on your concepts. Good job, Tina!" Finn said.
----
Haley was walking down the hallway in her Cheerios uniform, having rejoined again, gaining her position as captain again. She gasped, when she saw her boyfriend walking towards her, shirtless.
As she got closer, she saw he had almost nothing on, only shorts and sunglasses. She ran up to him, as he surprised her by kissing her suddenly.
As they pulled away, she looked up at his face concerned. "Sam... What are you doing? It's freezing. And it's January."
"What do you mean? It's hot out there, you know? Sun's out, it's like, way above freezing." He replied smiling.
"Baby! You are freezing! Look maybe you're overcompensating, for what, I'm not sure...but please put some clothing on. It's cold outside.. And I just...."
"There's no need for you to be jealous because I came to school like this."
"I'm not jealous. I'm merely concerned with this sudden urge to dress like you are going to the beach in January." Haley corrected him.
"Okay, well I'm totally fine, you don't need to look out for me. And I have to reschedule our date as well." He said.
"Oh, okay, no problem." She sighed. "Wait, why?"

"I have a seminar this afternoon." He answered.
"A seminar? For what?"
"For the Men of McKinley calendar. It's a one-hour course Techniques that work for Today's Hot Young Posers. 3:30. Locker room. No chicks. Sorry."
"Oh that's fine, I guess. I'm proud of you, nonetheless." She said. She swore she saw Sam's face drop before he was suddenly 'fine' again.
"Great!" He said as he leaned down for one last kiss. As he began to walk away, she took a deep breath, before calling after him.
"Sam...Please put a jacket or even better, a shirt on!" She called, as he turned around to look at her.
"Yeah, I'll take it into consideration." He called back.
She sighed. "I'm going to get to the bottom of this by the week." She muttered as she headed off to her next class of the day.
----
Haley watched as the boys and some of the Cheerios, excluding her performed a mashup of Centerfold/Hot in Herre doing all these workout moves. She felt jealous, she'd admit, because Kitty was in there instead of her. However, she knew that something was going on with Sam, and she wanted to help him, but he seemed to be avoiding the confrontation at every cost.
"You guys! You guys, that was amazing! We are going to make so much money!" Finn said, cheering.
"Yeah!" Sam said as he ran over to Haley, dipping her over as he pressed his lips to hers. As they came back up, she wore a shocked expression. "Wow...okay.." She said as she looked up at Sam. "Um, I get the number, it was hot, I'd admit. But why wasn't I included in the number?" She asked, hurt interlaced in her voice.
Sam clearly didn't notice, as he shrugged. "We wanted you to have the full experience without having to work and perform the number."
She sighed. "Okay, I guess. But I do get the experience every week." She protested, upset.
"Wait, are you jealous?" Sam asked.
"No. Of course not." She lied. "I guess I..." She trailed off as he kissed her deeply again.
"I love you." He said, clearly trying to end the conversation.
"I love you too." She replied, still upset.

{Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)-Sung by Jake Puckerman}
Everyone clapped as Marley wiped her tears, while Jake sent her a smile.
"That was awesome, man. Absolutely a contender for Regionals." Finn said.
"Who was that song for?" Ryder asked.
"Uh, that was for Marley." Jake said.
"Is there anything else you wanted to say to her?"
"Uh, I think the song pretty much said it."
----
Haley stood off to the side with Brittany working on the photos, as Tina took the guys' photos. Haley was somewhat distracted, as she was trying to figure out what was wrong with her boyfriend.
"Alright, August is up next!" Tina called, as Sam walked to stand in front of the camera. "Artie, are you sure you don't want to pose?"
"Oh, I'm happy posing with this bound-board over here." Artie answered, clearly uncomfortable.
"Hey! Why don't we do August with a few of the guys? Blaine, why don't you jump in with Sam? You're looking particularly cute today." Tina suggested.
"I'll do it, too." Joe offered.
"No offense, Joe, but I don't't really think you want to be in the shot next to me." Sam shook his head, as he continued speaking. "My washboards are gonna make you look like a bloated white Bob Marley."

"I'm as God made me, dude." Joe replied.
"Look, the reality is that we probably should have just done a Sam Evans calendar." Sam continued gloating.
"Yes, and every month we could see you dressed as a different brand of jerkwad." Artie commented, rolling his eyes.
Haley frowned, as Sam pouted. "Guys, we waited too long! I lost my pump. I need five minutes." He said walking back towards the weights.
Haley got up and followed him, she wanted to figure out what was going on once and for all.
She found him sitting on a bench lifting a weight. It wasn't healthy for anyone to be overworking themselves.
"You got this. You got this." He muttered to himself.
"Sam... You're kind of out of control." Haley spoke up.
"Yeha, well haters, gonna hate." He said, not even looking at her.
"Will you please stop lifting? It's not healthy to be overworking yourself like this!" Haley said gently, but firmly. "This isn't who you are, baby. You're not just some body-obsessed muscle head."
"You don't know what it's like." Sam sighed, putting down the weights. "You can sing and dance and you kick butt in school and you're all charming and everything... I have to announce my presence with authority the second I walk into a room People have to notice me, or else they never will. People laugh at my impressions because how I look already has them on board."
"Do you really believe that?" Haley asked as she sat beside him. She felt horrible, like this was her fault that she hadn't done anything to help.
"It's just a fact. If you want to make it in this world, you have to be special." Sam sighed, as tears began to form in his eyes.
"But you are special, so darn special. Even without your body." Haley argued.
"No, I'm not, Hay. It's... it's all I have. I'm exhausted. Watching what I eat all the time, my two-a day workouts."
"Let it go. Have a burger every now and then. Eat a bag of Cheetos. Skip your workouts. Sleep in a little. Your body isn't going to change." Haley encouraged. "And even if it does...You're gonna see that me, and everyone else is still gonna to love you." She leaned her head against his shoulder. "And we're gonna laugh at your impressions." She sighed.
She grabbed his hands as she made him face her. "Sam, you are way more than what you see in the mirror. People don't define you, your looks don't define you, your past doesn't define you." She began her speech. She paused. "Do you want to know why I fell in love with you?" She asked, as he nodded at her.
"Well." She began, as she teared up thinking about what she was going to say. "I fell in love with you, not because of your looks, or insecurities, but because you are the kindest, most genuine, most loving, supportive, encouraging, sweetest and loyal person I know. Your impressions always make me laugh, you always know when I'm not okay, and always try to make me feel better, or you give me a shoulder to cry on. I always look at the stars before bed, thinking how lucky I am, to call you mine. I really don't know what I would do without you. I'm fortunate and grateful that I get to spend everyday with you, and hopefully we will spend the rest of our lives together." Haley said, as Sam wiped her tears that were falling before he wrapped her in his arms, sighing.
"I love you so much, Hay."
"I love you too, Sam, and know that I'd do anything for you, just like you do anything for me. I merely want to make you feel happy and content."
"Same here, Hay, same here." He answered as he pressed his lips to hers. Grateful that she was his forever. He really had some things to do before he proposed. He was also looking forward to spending the rest of his life with her, if she said yes.
----
Later on, Sam and Haley were sitting on her bed, enjoying each other's company.
"I'm sorry for everything that happened this week, I know I was a bit of a jerk." Sam spoke up.
"I know, baby. It's okay." She said.
"No, Hay, I feel more ashamed about my SAT scores, as someone who struggles with dyslexia, I was really embarrassed."
"Sam.." Haley said, sitting up and looking at him. "I do not care what you get on your SAT. I'm proud of you either way. Your scores were very good for someone who struggles with dyslexia. And you know, someone, I really love, once told me, I should be proud of how far I've come and what I've accomplished..." Haley smiled as Sam smiled back at her. "So don't worry. Even if Principal Figgins exaggerates the score results, just celebrate how hard you tried."
Sam nodded, as she wiped his tears that had fallen. He leaned down for a kiss, and as they pulled away, he smiled down at her.
Their smiles said it all. They really loved each other.
----
"You want to see me?" Sam asked, confused as he entered Miss Pillsbury's office. He glanced to notice Haley sitting there as well.
"What are you doing here?" He asked, as Haley sent him a small smile.
"She asked me to look into something for you. Come on in and have a seat." Miss Pillsbury explained, as he sat down and she gave him some pamphlets with colleges she had found.
"This is a very small sampling of colleges that don't require SAT or ACT scores. And they're really good schools, Sam. they're schools that recognize that a test score isn't always the best measure of your intelligence." She said.
"Or creativity, or talent and potential." Haley added, as Sam read through the pamphlets.
"And you can always take the SATs again if you want. You weren;t even that bad. You know, a lot of kids do that." Haley said.
"Yeah, well, let's say I somehow get into college somewhere. I still can't afford it." Sam pointed out, not convinced.
"Yes, you can. Because even in this economy, there are hundreds of scholarships out there. What you'll need for these is a personal essay about yourself and your accomplishments." Miss. Pillsbury said.
"Like what? Like my abs and my fish lips?" Sam scoffed.
"Like the Glee Club. Like football. Like Student Council." Haley added.
"And swimming.." She continued.
"Synchronised swimming." He muttered.
"You've accomplished a lot more than you're giving yourself credit for." Haley said, as he sighed. "Remember what I said earlier.
"But why don't you take that home and, um, just think about it?" Miss. Pillsbury offered.
Sam didn't want to, but knowing Haley would be upset, he agreed to take them home. Haley had done a lot for him right?
----
Haley sighed, as she watched Sam through the door of a classroom. He had been playing with his pencil, debating on what to write for his essay. She decided it was time to fix that, so she opened the door and walked in to join him.
"Are you ready to write that essay?" She asked.
"No, I'm not." He sighed, as Haley placed her laptop in front of him.
"Well, I've been doing a little research, with some people that know you really well, and.... They all seem to think that you've actually accomplished quite a bit." Haley said, playing the video.
"Sam saved Sectionals last year when we short a member and he moved back to McKinley." Artie said.
"He rescued the Nationals trophy. And then he saved Sectionals again this year when he found out the Warblers cheated." Tina said.
"Trouty Mouth inspired me to try my hand at songwriting." Santana smirked.
"Sam was the first person in America to do a Sean Connery impression." Brittany said.
"Grouper Mouth." Santana began singing, as she appeared again.
"His impression is what made Sean Connery's career really take off." Brittany continued.
"Froggy Lips."
"Sam defended me when a bully was attacking me because I was just being myself. He didn't care if I was gay, he was accepting. In fact he was the only person who would sing a duet with me." Kurt said.
"You know, Sam gave me the courage to follow my dreams and become a singer, and without him I probably would have never moved to L.A." Mercedes said, as Haley teared up.
"And let's not forget when Sam took care of his entire family after his dad lost his job. His brother and sister have so much admiration for him and they are absolutely right to feel that way." Quinn said.
"They were living in a motel, homeless, and Sam supported them. I mean, that's pretty amazing. He's really a substantial person." Finn said.
"Now that's your essay." Haley said, her voice cracking, as she wiped her tears, and closed her laptop.
"Thanks." Sam whispered. "Thanks, Hay."
"Don't mention it." Haley said, laughing quietly, as she was quite emotional.
Sam brought her into a hug, rocking them back and forth. "I love you. I'm so proud of everything you've accomplished, I'm proud to be your girlfriend, and I'm proud of everything you are and who you're becoming." Haley whispered, as she shook in his arms, letting herself cry, as he felt himself crying again.
----
Haley stood in line, as she smiled at Jake and Marley's moment.
"Ugh! Gross! Get a room!" Becky spat at the Jarley moment, she turned to Artie and smiled. "My future wife, Becky Jackson. I wish you'd lose the shirt so I can drool over that hot bod." Artie's reaction was a mix of shock and confusion, nevertheless he signed.
Haley walked and gave her calendar to Sam who sent her a smile.
"You know what? I'm really excited about this New Year." Artie said.
"Me, too... It's a new year and a new me." Sam said, as he gave Haley her calendar back. She opened it up and read his message.
Haley,
Thank you for putting up with all my craziness this week.
I love you so much, and you mean the world to me.
Love, Sam
"I love you too, Sam." She smiled as she leaned down across from him, so their faces were almost touching. "And please tell me, you didn't put that in every calendar you've signed?"
"Nope I could never. You're the only one." He said smiling at her, and giving her a passionate kiss on the lips.
"Well, good." She smirked after they had pulled away.
As she walked out of the room, he smiled. She was his girl, and he knew that he would forever be grateful for her as long as they were together.
