Gigan grinned as he watched the figure emerge from the crystal shards. Godzilla may have stolen some of his resurrection crystals, but he managed to keep one. After getting back to the ship, he used the crystal on Ghidorah's old helmet and whatever remains he could find in space, and managed to resurrect Ghidorah. He was afraid it wouldn't work, but it did. King Ghidorah was back, standing in front of him and the rest of the army. He was in his regular form, not his Mecha form. He placed a hand on his helmet.

"What...happened?" Ghidorah asked. He looked around. "Why am I on the ship? And where's Godzilla?"

Gigan was about to explain, but suddenly, Ghidorah gripped his head and collapsed. Destroyah quickly held him back up.

"Are you alright?" He asked. "What happened?"

"I...felt a disturbance." Ghidorah explained. "A powerful disturbance from my home planet." He gasped. "No...it can't be..."

"What is it?!" Gigan asked, worried that the process didn't work.

"It's...X." Ghidorah said. "He's back...but...there's something else too..."

Ghidorah's eyes widened as he realized who the other was. All he saw were crimson wings, fire, and red glowing eyes.
