****something I might need to clear up because of reasons, this is set a year after HoO if ToA didn't happen****
I woke up in the nurse's office. "Hello Praetor, what are you doing here?" I see the nurse and recognize her from somewhere, she has dark brown hair and looks a lot like my sister Hylla, but it wasn't her.
"Um... excuse me, what is a praetor? I have to act confused, if this person knew me from somewhere this might not be good.
"Oh, your playing dumb, don't worry I did as well once too." She smiles as if knowing exactly what I am doing here and what my plans are.
I sit up from the cot and the world starts spinning. "I'm fine, is it time for lunch?"
"Yes, but some kids are getting a little suspicious of you. They want to win the games, and your are threatening their possibility to volunteer." She walks back to her small desk.
"Well I am going to go to lunch."
"Ok, and Reyna, come home with me tonight, unless you want to go to your parent's house." She smirks and I start to question who she is and how she knows me. She looks familiar but I have no idea why. I walk out of the nurse's office and walk to the cafeteria. I look at the pictures on the walls, most in black and white and some in color, it has a sequence boy, girl, boy, girl, all down the hall. I stop to look at one girl, black and white. Amelia Dearhart, age 16, 37th Hunger Games. Then the next photo was in color and was a boy, Ferdinand Dearhart, age 17, 37th Hunger Games. I realize they were siblings in the same year. I start to wonder, did it come down to both of them? Did he kill her? How many lives did they take? I'm 17, I don't think I could even kill Le- ohh, never mind, he's the one that got me in this mess I would kill him if it came down to it.

"I miss her..." a boy from behind me says.
"Oh, hello. Did you not go to lunch?" I ask him.
"No, I had to talk to the gym coach." He smiles and starts to walk towards the cafeteria.
"How do you know her?" I run up to him and walk to his pace.
"Oh, she was my sister." So he had to watch both his brother and sister in the games and only one come out.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Are you going to volunteer?"
"Duh, any sane person from district 1 or 2 would." He says. I stop in my steps realizing I may have to fight just to have the chance to die. What is wrong mentally with this district.
