"Leo has to be an idiot!" I say to my half-brother Malcolm. "I mean has he seen any time travel movie where everything goes ok?"

"Annabeth, just think of it as a quest. And anyways you are going to the future, not the past. Your life won't be impacted." I knew what he meant. Percy and I won't get affected.

"Yes, I know, but what if something kills him in the future?" I start stressing again.

"Wait. Are you serious... this was the guy who took down the Titan lord, the one who was praetor at Camp Jupiter because he killed a giant, the guy who went through Tartarus with you," yes, I told him, but I had to... I kept having nightmares about it. "I don't think you have to worry, and if he does die, you can just go back before you leave and stop the quest."

"Your right Malcolm thank you, I'll miss you." I smile at him and start to my bed.

"I'll miss you too. And if Chiron asks I'll tell him you aren't anytime near..." We both chuckle a little.

When I reach my bed I get down to the floor and look under it. I see the box that I have kept there since I was 7 I grab it and decide to pack it in my backpack. It wasn't that big so I still had room to pack way more, but I only pack what I needed and start towards the pavilion.

"AAAH" I know that scream! I ran to the Poseidon Cabin.

"Tyson get off me." When I get into the door I see Percy's brother Tyson.

"Percy! I have come to visit for the day! Dad said that he missed you and wished you would come visit but then stepmom said no..." Tyson looked at Percy sadly.

"Tyson, I'm sorry but I have to go on a quest... I don't know when I'll come back."

Tyson looked like he was about to cry, but he hugged Percy and let him pack, which I had to help with.
