Hayley texted me after twenty minutes of waiting to say that she lost track of time talking to Lauren and that she was on her way now.
"Is that that girl you're always here with?" Rena asked.
I nodded "Yeah, Hayley"
"She comes here a lot. She's always with this brunette. Laura? Lauren? I'm not sure of her name"
"Lauren, yeah I've met her today"
Rena chuckled "Do you not like her?"
I shrugged "I only met her today but she didn't make me feel welcome, she just said hello to me. I don't know what I've done wrong"
Rena pulled a face "Hmm, maybe she's jealous or something"
"Rena!" An older woman called her "Come on now, back to work!"
Rena rolled her eyes "Gotta Zayn. Would you like anything?"
"Could I have a hot chocolate please?"
"Coming right up!" Rena smiled and went to get my drink.
Right on cue, Hayley came into the café.
