Everything was going perfectly. Hayley didn't think I was a total loser, she genuinely liked me.

It was the last throw of the game and I had to go to the bathroom. Hayley teased me, saying I was too afraid of losing the game. I playfully told her to shush and headed to the toilets.

I was washing my hands and I was about to leave when the sight of someone behind me caught my eye.

Melanie.

"Hello Ashley" she stood behind me "Miss me?"

She snaked her arms around my waist. I tried to prise her off me but she just tightened her grip.

In an effort to get her to go away I asked her why she was here and what did she want.

"Well I'm wondering what a loser like you was doing with Hayley Williams" she told me.

"She happens to like me Melanie" I stared into her eyes through the mirror "Is that all you wanted?"

She removed one of her arms and her fingers latched around my neck.

"Trust no one Ashley" she whispered in my ear "I'm always watching. You'll never escape me"
