Erin I don't take that long to get ready. He said

Yes you do, you take longer than me and I take longer than most girls I know. I said

Well, I would tell you why I take longer but I think I'll just keep that myself. He said

Whatever, let's just get inside the doctors office. I said

Fine, well are you excited? He asked

Excited for what it's just a doctors appointment. I said

Well the twins are due in a week. He said

You know what I forgot that they were due in a week, now that you mention that I'm really excited now. I said

I can't wait to meet our son and daughter. He said

Same, I'm not looking forward to the labor part but meeting them I'm excited for. I said

I'll be with you the whole time don't worry. He said

We better check in. I said

No,you go sit I'll check us in. He said

Thanks babe. I said

Erin Lindsay. Called the nurse

We got up and headed towards the nurse and she lead us to our room which was very nice well as nice as it could be for a doctors office.

So how are the two of you doing today? The nurse asked

Good. We both said

Ok, well the doctor will be in soon. The nurse said

Thanks. We said

As we waited for the doctor to come we just sat there in silence when all of a sudden my water broke.

Jay! I said

Yea, what's up babe. He asked

I'm in labor. I yelled

You're not due for another week though. He said

Jay, we have to get to Chicago Med right now. I said

Let's get out of here and get you to the hospital. He said

We aren't having anymore kids until these two are at least 18 years old. I yelled

Yea, like that will happen let's just take it one day at time. He said

We got to the car, and Jay put the sirens on so that we could get to the hospital faster. I was in a lot of pain so I was more worried about how much longer till we would get there.

Jay, did you call Hank and Justin yet? I asked trying not to concentrate on the pain

Not yet, but once we arrive I will call them. He said
