《Radha's Krishna》37. ||STARE||

Sometimes, Krishna

I wish to sit somewhere

And stare

At you.

Take in your magnificent form

That has bewildered me since eternities

Since God knows which age

You might know, though.

The beautiful blue-black body of yours

Clad in shimmering yellow

A flute and a conch

At times the mace and the bow

Oh, how you've enchanted me!

In Vrindavan

We spent

All the time there was

Together

Yet today

Gazing at your footprints on the forbidden path of separation

I feel like

I could never have had

Enough of you.

Should've noticed earlier

The way you licked the butter off your fingers

The quickness with which you clicked them

The subtle steps of our eternal dance

The calmness of our magical union

To cherish them

For times like now.

Like they say, Krishna

You realise how precious something was

The minute details of its divine form

The unnoticed beauties

And the magnificence of something that once was mine

When

It's gone.
