This compulsive desire to write for you, Krishna

Often drives me crazy.

A craze to hold that pen

And scribble down

Anything and everything for you

Is the best feeling ever.

Knowing that somewhere

Somehow

You may be reading

Missing me

Kissing me

Is bliss to me.

And then there are times

The hand wants to dance on paper

And the mind just won't

Cooperate.

Such obsession

Such compulsion

To write pages

And pages

And pages

For you

With you

Filled with you

But

What to write?

You are someone

Rather, something

I can't find

The words for.

Can't complete

In passages.

Can't do justice to

In mere poems of mine.

Come for a dance today, Krishna.

This crazy obsession of mine

Will scare you.

You will look at me

And I dare you

Try looking away.
