Damon had been very distant lately. He was rarely talking to you and you couldn't help but feel like you did something wrong. Caroline said she was throwing a party at the Salvatore house and everyone was invited. You were adjusting your hair. You had decided to curl it so you didn't wanna brush it or it would be wavy. Your dress is on and your makeup was done. You were gonna be late but you didn't care. You slipped on your nude heels and made your way down the stairs.

You pulled into the driveway. Everyone was already here. You didn't knock and went straight in. Jeremy was the first to greet you. Caroline was next. She handed you a drink as soon as she saw you. She wasn't kidding when she said everyone. The Mikaelson's were even here. You instantly went to Klaus' side. He gave you a peck on the cheek.
"Hello love, you look amazing." He whispered in your ear. You shivered from his breath hitting your neck.

You had been here for almost an hour and everyone has talked to you besides Damon. Damon was sitting alone on the couch. You made your way over and took a seat next to him. He didn't say anything.
"Damon Salvatore not partying? Now that's unheard of." You say with a smirk. He chuckled and took a sip of bourbon.
"Still not talking to me, I see." You said with annoyance and stood up leaving Damon alone.
You started dancing with Caroline. She was happy you joined. After a few minutes hands were placed on your waist. You turned in their arms. It was Enzo. He held a smirk and you began to dance with him. You and Enzo's bodies were rubbing against each other. You were both cracking jokes and making each other laugh. You were having fun.

Enzo spun you and dipped you down. You giggled at his actions. You were starting to get tired so Enzo had let you drift away. You made your way out to the porch and sat on the steps. You twirled the drink in your hand.
"Y/N L/N not rubbing against Enzo. Now that's unheard of." Damon's voice said behind you. You didn't bother to look behind you.
"Now you're talking to me?" You scoffed. He sat down next to you.
"I love you Y/N." He said casually. You looked at him in disbelief. He was jealous of you dancing with Enzo.
"Maybe if you would have talked to me, I wouldn't have danced with Enzo." You said a little angry.
He took the drink from your hand and placed it on the other side of him. He didn't give you a warning as he turned to kiss you. You took a moment to respond. He kept pushing you lightly until you finally laid down. He got on top of you. The kiss was gentle and soft. He took your bottom lip between his teeth and bit it softly before pulling it lightly. His hands were on your hips and yours were tangled in his hair. He pulled away. His forehead rested against yours.
"I'll take that as the feeling is mutual." He said cockily and gave you a smirk. You couldn't help but roll your eyes. He laid down next to you.
"Would you be my girlfriend?" He asked and you laughed.
"Yeah, I would really like that." You say and he intertwined his hand with yours. This wasn't how you expected the night to be.
